James did an AMAZING job on our July 2024 wedding! We also did our engagement pictures with James, and all the pictures are fantastic! He has so much experience and he was so helpful in directing shots when we needed it and also capturing the candid moments. We loved working with him!

James is such a joy to work with! He flew out to Las Vegas to capture our wedding and really listened to the style we were aiming for. We could not be happier with the way our photos turned out and he makes taking photos fun! We also got our photos back quickly and he stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Can not recommend James enough :)

James and his team were so great. His wife was wonderful at suggesting poses that felt natural for my husband and I, and James had a very stress free and flexible attitude when taking the pictures. He truly just goes with the flow while somehow getting very detailed shots in moments you wouldn’t even think of. He did my courthouse and more elaborate ceremony photos that had two very different vibes and they all turned out amazing!

Easy to work with, very kind, and listens. James & team are so amazing and even more amazing to work with. On a day that scan be scattered with every emotion there is, they ease the craziness and help things run smooth with their professionalism. I couldn’t recommend James enough!

James is amazing, I don’t know where to start! We did 2 sessions with him engagement and wedding. Both sets of pictures turned out phenomenal! These were our first professionally taken photos done for the 2 of us and we are very pleased. He did his own spin on the crazy ideas and outfits we showed up with for our engagement session that turned out great! James AND Zelle also did a great job at capturing photos of our friends and family during our wedding that we will cherish for a lifetime. He is very reasonably priced and takes the time to get to know you and what you expect to be captured during your big day. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend! We will definitely be life time customers for future photo sessions!

A pleasure to work with from start to finish. My photos are beautiful. I was feeling discouraged and starting to think maybe we just would forego a photographer since we were having a small wedding and trying to keep a modest budget. And then I found James. He offers more options than any other photographer I saw. He was also warm, professional and did a great job.

James was as professional as they come and did an amazing job on our wedding photos! He worked with us to create a package that worked for us, made sure he really understood what type of photos we were looking for and that it was within his expertise. We wanted more action shots than staged photos and he captured so many people perfectly in their element as if he’d know all of us for years. When it came to the staged photos, they also came out incredible! The group photos look very much like they were taken in a studio and the bride and groom photos look so natural and beautiful.

James was absolutely phenomenal in our wedding!! His professionalism and amazing personality is the best combination anyone could ask for!! We absolutely loved spending our day with him and becoming friends. His prices are extremely reasonable and have an amazing value. He knows what he’s doing, so just let him do his thing!! We HIGHLY recommend hiring him for any event, but especially weddings in the Iowa/Nebraska area. We cannot wait to see our photos! ❤️

I can't say enough good things about James! He was easy to work with, kind, and took all of our requests to heart. He and his partner, Matt, did a fabulous job before, during, and after our wedding (at the reception). Turn around time for our photos and video was short and his editing skills are top par. We loved looking through all the photos and the wedding compilation video was AMAZING! We have had so many positive comments about the work they did. I would HIGHLY recommend James for your wedding photographer/videographer.

My fiancé and I selected James to take our engagement photos in April and we were incredibly impressed with him and the photos!
From the beginning, James was very communicative and helped us select a location that would give us some color in April. When we got there, we informed James we really wanted to get some candid shots and James delivered! He directed us into poses that allowed us to relax into them and make them our own. James captured these moments beautifully, giving us stunning photos.
I would absolutely recommend James to anyone looking for beautiful pictures at a reasonable price.

James took pictures for my wedding in August 2020, I would highly recommend him to anyone for a wedding or any pictures. James got back to the the same day that I sent him a message regarding my wedding. He meet me before the wedding at the venue so we could look at at where would be the best places to take photos and he wanted to make sure he understood what my vision was for the big day. He is on time, went with the flow of the day and did a Great Job.

James was very friendly and made us feel really comfortable while our photoshoot since it was our first time getting pictures clicked being able to laugh around made it a lil more easier to pose for the pictures. The pictures came out really good even though it was night time and there was limited lightning in some places.

James is a wonderful photographer. We are really glad that we found him at a very affordable price. He is very responsive and always goes that extra mile to make you happy. He gets to the photoshoot location atleast 30 minutes before the appointment to find some great locations for the photos. We really admired that and all our photos came out great. Thanks James!

James was a JOY to work with! I had kind of a vision of some of the things that I wanted, and the things that I wasn't sure about, James was able to fill in with his creativity. We went to several locations and got some amazing shots. The shoot took longer than usual because we had our dog with us, but James was patient, even when our pooch wasn't cooperating. The amount and quality of pictures we received was more than worth it. We hope to book him again in the future.

We're very glad that we chose James as our wedding photographer last summer! We initially didn't think we'd be able to afford a photographer, but we found the money about a month before the wedding. Luckily, James was available, even with relatively short notice. He was very professional, friendly, and flexible with our changing plans. He even brought the equipment to take professional family portraits at the church (and had everything put away well before the ceremony started). He was also proactive about wearing a mask (before the mandate), which we appreciated. During the events, he was a fly on the wall, and we hardly noticed that he was there. A month later, we received our pictures as promised, and they're beautiful. We're so grateful that James did such a wonderful job--and at a great price for quality wedding photography!
