Five-Star Wedding Review Latin Chicks and Mint to Be Mojito completely knocked it out of the park for a 50-guest wedding I hosted this past weekend. And the incredible thing is that I only had 12 days’ notice to plan the event!  First off, Astrid was my point of contact, and she was the best. She was professional, friendly, and super helpful. She made planning a breeze. Her communication was perfect, and she was one of the staff members on site to handle the event. You can tell this isn’t just a job for her. She exudes joy and truly cares about providing top-notch service.  The catering from Latin Chicks was absolutely spectacular. The guests are still raving about the food! The Ropa Vieja and pork were incredibly flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Pairing them with classic white rice, rich black beans, and perfectly sweet plantains created the ultimate crowd-pleasing menu. To top it off, the appetizers were an absolute hit—the tequeños, chicken empanaditas, and pork empanaditas disappeared almost instantly during cocktail hour.  To complement the amazing food, Mint to Be Mojito (sister location to Latin Chicks) provided phenomenal bartending services. The mojitos are made from scratch, not a mix. We had classic, coconut, and my favorite, passion fruit mojitos. Newlyweds loved the coconut mojitos. They kept the energy high, the drinks flowing, and the service immaculate throughout the entire night. At the end of the evening, they let us know they had packaged up the leftovers, so I was able to give the food to the newlyweds to take home. And they helped to clean up the event site.  If you want delicious, authentic food and top-tier bar service that your guests will talk about long after the reception ends, hire this incredible team!
