(A hard thing to do at a busy bridal shop). We told Kendra what kind of dress I was looking for over the phone. As soon as we walked in the door, she already had a list of dresses in mind for me. All of the dresses she chose for me were exactly the style I was looking for! As a plus-size bride, I was shocked at the HUGE selection of wedding dresses they had in my size! Kendra and the staff were so welcoming, I felt like I was dress shopping with a group of close friends. The last dress that Kendra pulled for me was not a dress I would have picked when looking at the rack. Amazingly, the dress was so beautiful on me, it made me emotional and I said yes to it! My mother was not able to come with me on this day, but the girls at LLB were so supportive and happy for me that it made the experience so much more personal. I can't thank these girls enough, especially Kendra, for taking their time with me and making me feel like a beautiful bride!!! They really care about their brides and you can tell that they LOVE what they do!

I really liked that extra touch of personalization. It was nice to get a feel for who my stylist was and their personality on the phone before meeting them in person! I arrived at LLB to big smiley faces and warm personalities from everyone who worked there! My party had a nice spacious area to wait in with a couch, several chairs, and were offered still or sparkling water. The dressing rooms are the largest I’ve been in and very clean with a nice size mirror inside so I could see myself in a dress and decided if I wanted to show my party or just move on to the next. My Lead Stylist, Desiree, was absolutely amazing. We vibed immediately and took the time to get to know who the guests in my party were, a bit about our relationships, who my fiancé was and how we met. She also very clearly had MY best interests in mind and continuously reminded me that this day was about me and not pleasing anyone in my party. I truly had the best time at LLB and thanks to Desiree I found a dress style that looks stunning with my body type. She took everything I said about what I wanted…… but also really listened to what I did not want/like and found me a style of dress that truly wasn’t on my radar. Once I said “yes to the dress” the entire staff jumped up and down and clapped! They truly are invested in YOU. It was so fun! I am so thankful this was a stress free experience and one I will look back on and smile about for the rest of my life. The owner, Laura came with me and Desiree after I chose my gown to double check measurements and Desiree went over everything with me before we officially ordered the gown and made a payment. I am honestly sad that my time with them is finished but cannot wait to go back and pick up my dress. You will not regret the time you spend at LLB!!!

She knew what I was searching for after a few minutes of speaking with her and sure enough, I chose dress number 2 after only trying on 3 dresses ! All of the women made me feel beautiful and welcomed. I highly highly recommend Laura & Leigh Bridal. I had the BEST experience !

She checked on me and my feelings throughout the process. I went in with not a ton of time before my date and she helped me find a designer that could get it to me in time. She was also super honest with me about things and set realistic expectations. She was so genuinely excited as I tried on my dresses. I keep joking that in all of my photos she’s the most excited looking person. It was cute. She made me feel comfortable and respected my pronouns. I initially came in on Wednesday to try on dresses and then came back with my Mom to show her the dress on Saturday. Desiree came in on her off day to assist me in my final decision. I just really liked her. She also showed interest in my partner who also needs to purchase her dress still, encouraging her to come in asap and that she could help her. I definitely recommend requesting her if you go to L&L, though throughout my experience everyone was lovely and such a nice cheerleader during dress try ons and the official yes! The dress selection was really nice and super plus size friendly. They had a handwritten sign noting LGBTQ friendly which I found to be legit based on no discomfort with my pronouns or partner. From what I looked at they didnt have much under 1200 but that’s just what it is to get a dress these days. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and know that Desiree was a huge part of that. Also, my dress is stunning and I’m so happy. Thank you Desiree and the whole team at L&L. Now fingers crossed for a good delivery process!!

Despite not finding a dress during my first visit, Kendra had two other dresses in mind for me and had them ordered to the store so I could try them on. The whole team at the salon cheered me as I searched for a dress and finally said yes!

Even though I was looking for a specific dress, they allowed me to try on some others in the store in addition to the one I was looking at. I said yes to the dress at L&L! they were so helpful and they're prices are reasonable! I would definitely recommend and I traveled an hour to go there. they are worth it!!

I could try on dresses that zipped right up! The dress I ended up choosing was so stunning and it was more than I could have ever hoped for. I also HIGHLY recommend using the seamstress they suggest. She made my dress look like it was custom made just for me. I got so many compliments on my dress and I felt so beautiful wearing it. The staff there are ALL so kind and are there for you every step of the way. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone but specifically to all the plus size brides out there.

Bridal, they were so excited to work with me and find my black dress. My stylist, Kendra, did an amazing job finding dresses in my style with all of the details I was looking for while helping me stay within my budget - and making sure the dress could be all black! I was a little overwhelmed first walking into the store, but Kendra made me so comfortable, hopeful and excited throughout the whole process. I felt very lucky to have her as my stylist and I loved working with her. Finding my dress was such a special moment I'll never forget and all of the stylists were so happy to celebrate it with me :) I would definitely recommend Laura & Leigh Bridal and Kendra to other brides still looking for the perfect dress for them. I guarantee they will help you find the one.

that very same day! It was a great buying experience. I even took my bridesmaids there a few weeks later to purchase their dresses. However, everything after the fact caused a lot of unnecessary stress. After purchasing my dress in January, I was contacted about a month later and was told that they were actually booked for alterations appointments for the rest of the year. My wedding was in November of that year, and I purchased my dress at this shop specifically because they told me I was still within the timeframe of getting my dress ordered and altered before my date. They also could alter the dress in-house. Then, there were a few weeks of me being contacted by different people to say "never mind, we actually CAN do it" then "sorry, we really can't." I finally said forget it after all of the back and forth. They were great to offer recommendations for some other alterations specialists in the area, and I quickly made an appointment with the one that was highest recommended since they book out months in advance. When my dress came in almost a month earlier than expected (which was great!), I asked for a try-on appointment. I was measured a few times before putting it on, and I could tell that the person helping me was a little nervous. When I had it on, I could tell that it was a little loose, but I didn't think much of it and assumed it just needed standard alterations. The woman working with me agreed. When I took it to the seamstress that was recommended by Laura & Leigh, I was in shock. After they started pulling and pinning the dress, I could tell that this was way more than I bargained for. Because Laura & Leigh ordered too big of a size for me (as confirmed by the seamstress), I had to pay an extremely large, unexpected amount to the seamstress which completely caught me off guard. My mom called Laura & Leigh to see how this could've happened, and they noted that when they re-measured me when I picked up my dress, I actually gained an inch in my waist. That must've been why the woman was a little nervous. But even if I did, wouldn't a bigger dress fit better now that I had gained weight? It doesn't make sense that I would have gained weight and my dress would still be one or two sizes too big. When my mom told them how much my alterations cost because of the size, they told her we should've taken my dress and walked out. But where else was I supposed to go with less than 3 months 'til my wedding? And besides, THEY recommended this place! Buying my dress here was fantastic and it truly is a beautiful dress and everything I wanted, but please double and triple check your measurements before you order. It caused myself and my family helping pay for this dress so much stress that we didn't need. Other than this, everyone we talked to and worked with was extremely nice and very responsive. We just have no idea how something like this happened.

smoothly. I worked with Kendra and she was amazing and even when I was trying on dresses, other employees at the shop were being hype people during my appointment. I've been to a couple bridal shops and have never felt as comfortable as I have in this store. Everyone was so sweet, welcoming and genuine. And I even found my dress :) It's a really beautiful store as well- lots a space and nice lighting. Highly recommend coming here to try on dresses!

We didn’t want to see each others dresses and we wanted our looks to compliment each other. We haven’t seen each others gowns yet, and I can’t wait! They appointed me my own stylist for the day (Kendra) and our conversations were so happy and light and you can tell she really took the time to get to know me before ever stepping foot into their building. The day I went to try on dresses was one of the best days so far for wedding planning. The ENTIRE team was so bubbly and kind and truly made me feel special. It was just my mom and I and they made her feel super special as well. Brooklyn and Kendra helped me in and out of dresses and really took their time with my overwhelmed/ anxious self. I eventually found my dress and say YES!! I cried, my mom cried and they cried. It was such a beautiful experience and I can’t thank them enough. If you’re looking for a place with the most beautiful dresses, the best staff and overall experience this is the place for you!!
