Laura Ashley Catering is quite possibly the greatest caterer in the world. Laura was/is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is kind and compassionate, she absolutely loves her work and is dedicated to your experience as her customer. Her employees and wait staff are top notch. The food was perfect and all of her small touches truly made my wedding that much more special. I leaned on Laura’s knowledge of the wedding industry multiple times and went with her recommendations for other vendors. I was beyond impressed with everyone she referred me to. I wish I could give her a one hundred star review. Laura Ashley catering was the backbone of my wedding reception and I couldn’t have imagined a better cocktail hour and reception!

Laura catered my wedding and did amazing. Her small touches and attention to detail go a long way. We got so many compliments on how great the food was, and her and her staff were awesome. I would absolutely recommend her for any event.

We used Laura for our wedding at Lady Jean Ranch. She was so fun to work with. She was very responsive and professional. She did an amazing job. She made all our food dreams come true.

From the initial meeting/tasting to the very end of the night Laura Ashley Catering made our wedding perfect! Laura not only provided the most amazing catered food and awesome staff but also helped with all of the rentals(tent, tables, chairs, linens, etc...)and every little detail for a backyard wedding. All of our guests kept complimenting the passed appetizers during cocktail hour , the main courses and how awesome the staff and bartender were. At the end of the night they cleared and cleaned everything to where it seemed as if they had never been there. Thank you Chef Laura and your whole team for helping to make our night so special!

Our venue allowed us to bring in our own food and bar services which turned out to be the BEST thing ever thanks to Laura and her incredible team! Chef Laura helped us craft a menu that was well balanced and could satisfy even the pickiest of eaters when we had our IN-HOME menu selection tasting! (What other caterer do you know that does a home visit to not only help you select your menu, but for you to try it as well?! The attention to detail and level of execution was jaw dropping just at our tasting alone!) When the wedding day arrived, Laura and her team took such amazing care of our guests that we were getting compliments AT our wedding! Everyone raved about the exceptional food that was not only beautifully presented, but tasted out of this world. The servers would even remember a guests preference and go out of their way to offer them more! Even the bar staff carried over this level of detail, service, and exceptional drinks. The staff not only treated our guests like royalty, but they even went out of their way to ensure my husband and I were getting enough food and drinks the ENTIRE night! Right when our ceremony was over we were offered a beverage and food right off the bat and the staff kept it coming to us all night! (Heck we were even brought food and beverage while we were taking our family photos!) My husband and I actually left our wedding with full bellies and Laura even packaged us up even more food to take home for the next day! Literally everything was beyond exceptional and when you get numerous compliments saying "That was the best food and service I've ever had not only at a wedding, but at any restaurant I've ever been to" you know you selected the right team for the job. So do yourself a favor and look no further than Laura Ashley Catering for any event you have. They are the best of the best in every way.

Laura Ashley catering made my wedding so epicly magical. Booking with her was a breeze, I got so many reccomendations to use her I didn't even meet with another caterer. She was responsive and professional right from the beginning (even when we had to push back our tasting because of covid, and when our numbers dropped drastically). Not only was the food delicious and hot and fresh. She made the place settings beautiful. The service was next level i had servers and bartenders following me around all night asking me if I wanted food , holding plates for me or sometimes just handing me treats and drinks! And above all that Laura packed all the food up for me and loaded it into my parents car on top of separating the open and unopen liquuor so we could make the return process easier. Literally the best caterer in South Florida, and a lifetime friend from here on out. I will never use anyone else! Maybe next year it can be a babyshower 😉.

I used Laura for my wedding catering. The food and classy presentation by her team that day were fantastic! Laura and her chef Alex were wonderful to work with. I had 3 set stations where food was served by staff and 6 appetizers passed around. They were all tasty and unique. My favorites were the sliced filet with grilled vegetables and the cheeseburger sliders with truffle fries. Many of my guests thought the grilled cheese with tomato soup shooter was very unique. I would highly recommend Laura Ashley catering for any event!

I am so thankful for this team’s exceptional work at our wedding. All of the food was absolutely amazing! From our signature drinks to our unique menu, everything was so on point! Laura provided everything I wanted down to a tee. And the ice cream bar was a favorite of our guests! Not only was the food dynamite, but also the staff were rock stars! Everyone did a wonderful job that night! We are so grateful Laura Ashly Catering & Events was our caterer for our special day! Highly recommended!!!

I honestly wish I could give more stars. Chef Laura was absolutely amazing! Our venue was a bit difficult to deal with but luckily Chef Laura never left any doubt in our mind about the food or presentation of it. Her and her staff set up our welcome table as well as making the food stations look amazing and taste even better. The grazing table is a must for any cocktail style wedding. Her prices are very reasonable and she was so willing to go above and beyond to make our day special. We even had a member of her staff following us with appetizers as we were taking our pictures before the reception. From the first time we met with Chef Laura when she came to our house to let us try all of the dishes we were considering, she was open and completely transparent about the whole process. She also gave a ton of great advise on other areas of the planning. All being said, if you are doing a wedding in South Florida, I would put Chef Laura at the top of your list.

We hired Laura Ashley for our April wedding and we could not have been happier with the food!! Everything was absolutely delicious! Our guests were very impressed! My husband is a chef and we both LOVE food. We were very concerned about the quality of the food at our wedding and Chef Laura did NOT disappoint.

Laura and her team are beyond amazing! The food was unbelievable and her staff is top notch! She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is everything and more that could want in a caterer!
