We are grateful for Laura's hard work, time, and effort spent in helping us plan our wedding - it was truly a magical day. We very much appreciated her thoughtfulness and organization leading up to the event and the day of - she had the entire operation running smoothly and made sure we were all in the right places at the right time (not an easy task!!).

When we got engaged we knew exactly who we were calling - Laura Boulton. Laura did my sisters wedding 5 years ago and it was perfect, from start to finish, details to the big picture, smooth sailing the whole way. And that's exactly how she made our planning process and weekend of! Laura is a pro at what she does. She gave us a planning timeline and checked in as our 14 months of engagement went on - helping us step by step, recommending vendors, ideas, etc. She took care of all the nitty gritty, the details like outlets, microphones, nice soap in the bathroom and more - not to mention helping organize everything else for a destination wedding. Before the weekend of she gave us a detailed timeline for day of but took care of everything. As the bride, I didn't have to worry or do a thing that weekend. Laura was on top of it all. We definitely faced a handful of challenges planning our wedding - from a tricky venue who had never had weddings before, to a Photo Booth cancellation the day before & more - she took care of it all with grace - and made it seem easy for us. We could not recommend Laura more! She was a consummate professional, who worked well with our party, our vendors, and everyone involved in our wedding. Our backyard wedding last weekend would not have happened without her smooth organization and talented eye. Her attention to detail with the aesthetic we wanted to build could be seen in our gorgeous tent, beautiful lighting, and great selection of fabrics, tables, and flowers. Not to mention the food! Laura Boulton could not have been more perfect for the job! She is incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating. Laura met with us, called us and emailed as often as we needed. She listened to us, advised us, followed up relentlessly... then on the wedding day directed us and everything else exquisitely! We legitimately could not have had our wedding without Laura. She is THE BEST. She is experienced, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. Laura helped us navigate a tough 2020 postponement and then the constantly-changing rules and regulations of 2021. She always advocated for what we wanted to all of our vendors, even if this took multiple e-mails and phone calls to a lot of different people. She created a minute-by-minute timeline of our weekend to give to all vendors and the wedding party. I spoke with Laura so often that I honestly feel like something is missing now that the wedding is over! On our wedding day she was there first thing in the AM to assist with keeping hair and makeup on schedule, for dispersing appropriate tips, for dealing with late-arriving guests, for making sure we stuck to our timeline, for helping us make decisions during a summer cold front in VT, for getting our dog out of the hotel for evening photos, for bandaging my toe when my heels gave me a wedding-day blister...among a million other things! Our wedding came together BECAUSE of Laura, and any couple would be lucky to have her as their coordinator. She is THE BEST!!

Laura was a godsend for our event held in VT this past MDW. After making the decision to postpone our June 2020 wedding due to COVID, Laura was instrumental to navigating VT's strict COVID guidelines, organizing vendors for the new date, and ultimately facilitating a completely new and better wedding weekend in 2021. Not only did she stay in regular communication when our wedding was still months away, she helped keep us calm and level-headed as we worked with the venue to reshape a Covid-safe wedding. Her last month and week-of/day-of planning and role as organizer for all vendors and wedding-related parties was exceptional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Her services brought sanity an incredibly stressful procees, especially during the last 8 weeks before the wedding when guidelines were quickly changing. She advocates on your behalf and is worth every penny!

I was that bride who had to postpone her wedding, cut her guest list and start the planning process all over again. I felt overwhelmed and not sure how to navigate through the pandemic while working with a venue just as insecure as I. However, we felt sure that we wanted to move forward. Cut to Laura Boulton, who I spotted on Instagram. Laura, in the midst of the pandemic, pulled-off what looked like a lovely outdoor tiny wedding for one of her clients. That photo inspired me to reach out to her and boy! am I glad I did. In no time, Laura got my planning for our September wedding back on track; organized a timeline that kept us forward moving; and, had the necessary temperament that works well under challenging circumstances. We brainstormed, a lot, and I never once felt crazy for the plethora of emails and texts that I sent her. She was and is just a blessing and has great taste and contacts too! I can‘’t thank Laura enough for the endless drafts of “socially distant” table diagrams, for allowing me to work through what I wanted and didn’t want and for making my husband and I feel well supported during what really had been a crazy time. All of her suggestions were spot on. Our wedding day was a success and our family and friends felt safe and comfortable. Honestly, look no further. You will be thrilled with Laura as your choice and so will your vendors. She is truly a wonderful person and excellent at her craft.
