book a consultion about invitations for my event this May. I previously forwarded images of inspiration for the call for Laura to review and discuss during my consultation. She was extremely organized, thorough and transparent about the process and what steps would be involved. Within a week, a contract was forwarded to me that reviewed her policies and elaborated on what was discussed in the consultation, including pricing options for my budget. Once executed, the rest of the process was seamless. We communicated on multiple occasions via e-mail regarding Laura’s design drafts for my invitations. All of the drafts were beautiful, different, and unique in their own ways, but one design spoke out to me the most. She happily encouraged my input (which only required minor suggestions) in order to capture the final effect I was looking for on paper. Laura and her assistant Michelle were extremely diligent and responsive – even responding on weekends and late evening hours to ensure my contract was being timely fulfilled. Once I received the final e-mail from Laura that my invites were ready to be picked up, I was so excited to get to the studio where her ideas are born! She was just as friendly and approachable in-person as in the virtual consultation.
