I was very apprehensive and nervous to be in front of the camera, but the minute she started working I forgot all about it. Even though we just met her, she made us feel like old friends. She has such a calming and upbeat presence which was perfect since my husband and I were anxious about being in front of the camera. She will get every picture you ask for but, personally, I preferred to just let her do what she thought would look best, and boy am I thrilled with our results. Every. Single. If it weren't for her, I would have been in full-on panic mode on my wedding day. Lastly and what I valued the most was her honesty. She will make sure your expectations are realistic while also doing everything in her power to make your vision come to life. The gratitude I feel towards Laura simply cannot be put into words. She is simply amazing. I'm tempted to get married again just so I can work with her again! I'm confident my husband and I will be going to Laura for pictures for as long as we can. e got engaged I knew who I wanted right away to be our photographer. I checked and made sure she was available too when we were picking a day. My fiancé and I are awkward and nervous when it comes to getting our photos taken but with Laura we weren't nervous at all, she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed as if we have known her forever! 10 whole years ago now, Laura photographed my high school senior photos (!) back then she made the process fun, easy and comfortable! Which is what I knew I needed again for our wedding day, she was the first person I thought of. I am not a fan of being in front of a camera but Laura makes the process easy and key word: comfortable. She told us how to stand, what to do and made all our pictures for us as a couple so fun! We had a large bridal party and again, she made getting pictures with all of them fun and fast (which is crucial when you can be on a time crunch for wedding days). We are just so grateful to have had her for our big day and have not stopped looking at the pictures since we received them. Even though Laura has been booked straight throughout the year, she STILL got us our photos before the timeframe she promised! We can't thank her enough. en I came across Laura’s site I wrote exclamation points next to her name as she offered packages at all levels and her portfolio was so impressive I was sharing it with my friends. She was the first vendor we booked. Fast forward to engagement photos- my fiancé and I were so nervous but at the end we had so much fun- Laura is professional, easy going, and fun to be around. We booked her for our wedding without hesitation. Without Laura, we would not have our flawless timeline and thoughtful recommendations for the day that I never would have thought of. Fast forward again to wedding day- Hurricane Henri was forecasted to hit and thankfully missed where we were. We were one of many COVID couples & Laura was right by our side helping us with the difficult process of rescheduling and finding a new date she was available for. She helped me from trying to find a hotel to get ready at to creating a unique timeline for our day. We didn’t have a wedding planner but Laura sure felt like it!!
