Laura was amazing all the way through the wedding process. Was very flexible with our schedule for engagement photos. She is not only an extremely talented photographer but an amazing individual and very personable. Her team made our wedding day perfect and we can not thank them enough!

The saying is true... your wedding day is a blur. In a good way, but picking the details out from that cloud of bliss is difficult. Enter photographer extraordinaire, Laura Ivanova. Not only did enjoy having her and her assistant, Whitney, hanging out with my family and best friends on our wedding day, but when the photos came back, I realized how important it was that we had hired a fantastic photographer. I found myself incredibly grateful that she was there, capturing moments that my brain had glossed over in all the uproar. I know I felt like a rockstar that day... hair done, amazing dress, made-up to the best version of myself... Laura definitely made me and my husband look like rockstars!! She's great!! I am so happy with the photographs we have from that day and the memories that we will have forever... cemented in our brains thanks to the friendly reminder of the photos.

We met with Laura and Whitney after another photographer (Jessica of JM photography) recommended them. We hit it off and I knew that they would be a perfect match for our engagement and wedding pictures. I devoured both of their blogs and found myself "pinning" lots of their images to my Pinterest board. Whitney shot our engagement/wedding photos and Laura took care of all of the business details. It worked wonderfully. Laura was always quick to respond to my (endless) questions that I had and really seemed to understand me as a bride and who Adam and I were as a couple. When we had our engagement pics done Whitney was amazing. She helped put us at ease and made it fun. My (now) husband hates getting his picture taken and she really captured his personality and I loved them. Our wedding was just 2 weeks ago so we don't have our pics yet but I have no doubt that we will love them. I appreciate them taking their time with the editing and not rushing the process. Laura understands what a monetary commitment it is for pictures and wants to make sure we will love every image. I so respect her and Whitney's eye and talent that it's well worth the wait. Plus we will be able to relive the day again and again with those images forever. I just can't gush enough about these 2 wonderful women and I would recommend their work to anyone in an instant. I am so happy with our decision to work with them.

Laura did an absolutely wonderful job with our engagement photos and our wedding photos. She has a calm, laid-back personality, which put everyone at ease. She has a great eye for finding excellent locations for photos, and she is extremely helpful in allowing us to create a photo album that we love. I would highly recommend hiring Laura as a wedding photographer -- our photos are gorgeous, and we will treasure them as a keepsake!

From day one of meeting Laura, my fiance(now husband) and I could tell that she was passionate about what she does. Photography for Laura is not "just a job", but truly something that she takes, "owns", and runs with. Every step of the way Laura was responsive to e-mails, sending thoughtful notes/gifts/reminders, etc..., timely, and focused on delivering the best experience that a wedding day/engagement photographer could ever give. Not only did she work with us to find the best package that suited our tastes/styles/budget, she always went the extra mile to ensure that we were fully satisfied every step of the way! She sent us hand-written letterpress thank you's, a valentine's day card, these fancy truffles one time, and all of her presentation is/was first class. She is so personable, and my fiance and I became friends with her beyond the wedding day. She truly is a rare gem in this world and her number one priority is making sure that her client gets everything that they could ever want or dream of. She tells a story with her photography and truly captures EVERY detail. Laura cares about your wedding as if it was her own. I know I keep saying this, but it is not just a job to her, it really is something that she takes great pride in and does AMAZING work and it shows! Her photos are crisp, clear, yet blurred in the background to truly showcase the people being focused in on. She shoots with film and digital and is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about all things photography/camera related! She is personable, friendly, accommodating, trustworthy, giving, and serving. I love her as more than a photographer now, and am so grateful we got to have her for our wedding day. Because now more than having lasting, amazing engagement and wedding day photos, we gained an amazing one-of-a kind friend. Truly, HIGHLY recommended!

I was sooo nervous for my boudoir session with Laura-- I'd never done anything like that before, and I didn't feel like I could pull off "bedroom eyes" without feeling goofy. But Laura's incredible to work with-- her studio is fantastic, she's very easy going but motivated to help you get the most out of the session you're paying for. The pictures turned out fantastically well, and I've never felt sexier! She offers printing but I chose to go through my own print shop, as the prices were a little steep. But I'm sure the quality is awesome, and in retrospect I wish she'd put together a book for me. If you're considering boudoir but don't feel that it's for you, talk with Laura and try it! I hope to do more shoots throughout the years for fun (and to send underway with my Navy hubby :) )

Laura is such a special find - she not only took amazing photos for our engagement session, but blew us away with our wedding photos. Truly spectacular, with a creative approach that made for some very special shots. Beyond her fantastic photography, Laura was just a gem to work with throughout the entire experience. Both my husband and I felt like she was more of a friend by the end - her attitude was so great, and put us at ease right away. We decided to take photos before the ceremony, and I felt like Laura and her assistant Whitney (yay for Whitney - also great, btw!!) allowed us to have our moment without forcing a formality that would have ruined that emotional/special time for us. We took day after photos as well, an idea that I was not loving. Turns out that they were our favorite shots of the entire event. So glad that we did that, and so happy that Laura recommended it for us! THANK YOU LAURA!

Laura was fabulous to work with. We were recommended by a photographer friend of ours to meet with Laura when we were searching out a photographer and we knew that she must be pretty good based on another professional's recommendation. Laura was better than good - she was great. From the first day I met with Laura, I appreciated her genuine personality mixed in her professionalism and her creativity to capture special moments. Her work on our engagement session made us feel relaxed and at ease and we were able to just have a fun time and get to know Laura as a photographer better. This was very beneficial for our wedding day. The week prior to the wedding, Laura reached out to me to go over last minute details to make sure our day went smooth and listened to my needs and suggested ideas of her own. On our wedding day, Laura was found the right balance between capturing posed shots and just letting the day happen and capturing the moment. I appreciated Laura's energy throughout the entire day and her ability to tailor her style to the flow of the day. Finally, the end result is BEAUTIFUL and BREATHTAKING pictures and I will cherish the rest of my life.

Laura was amazing to work with. She is a very talented artist and a really sweet person overall. The quality of her work is fantastic. She was super responsive to communication, and was very receptive to all of our concerns or ideas for our wedding pictures. We were very happy with the final product!! I now consider Laura a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Laura was absolutely fantastic. She was super fun and took some fabulous pictures. We had our engagement photos on a super hot day and she was a great trooper with out of our props and costume changes. She and her assistant were also great on the wedding day and kept the rowdy groomsmen in check and everyone interested. Can't wait to see the actual wedding photographs now!

Laura was very flexible with location as the weather was questionable for the day of my wedding. She took many, many shots that truely told the story of our wedding day. She is very talented and the photos turned out lovely. We love that we can share our pictures with relatives and friends due to the fact that we could purchase the photo rights from Laura. She was so much fun to work with and made us look amazing. When it is all over, the photos are all you have left so it means alot to us that Laura was so talented to capture it all.
