Laura Jacobs herself is fantastic and the nicest! This was the third bridal shop I went to, feeling defeated and just tired of the process by that time. I showed Laura pictures of my top contenders of dresses, and she pulled dresses for me. The first one I tried on, fit like a glove, and I didn’t want to take it off. Laura was honest and helped meet my budget. I only came with a friend, so Laura held my dress for me a few days to allow me to show pictures to my mom. Laura was flexible with appointments around my work schedule. Her team was friendly every time I visited the store.

Laura Jacobs Bridal were welcoming, helpful and professional from the day I called to book my first appointment until my last fitting. I ended up selecting the wedding dress of my dreams and cannot get over how beautiful it is! I purchased an Eddy K dress in December of 2020 and it arrived in April of 2021 with plenty of time for alterations. They ensured I felt beautiful and that my dress was perfect for my special day. I highly recommend you stop by Laura Jacobs... you will 1000% find the dress of your dreams!

Laura is AMAZING! Her selection of dresses is awesome and even better she helps you sort through them by meeting your individual needs! She is SO informative and an amazing help to narrow down your choices. On top of that you don't feel rushed, or like you are just another number like you would at a chain store. She takes the time and is also SO helpful in the alteration process. Her experience and wisdom make this process smooth and enjoyable. She allowed my grandparents to come to my 2nd fitting since they can't be at the wedding and we were able to have that private time as a family and I even did my dance with my dad for them! She honestly has gone above and beyond form the moment we shopped for a gown to multiple fittings she has been FANTASTIC! You will not regret coming here to shop for your gown and do any alterations you need! The one on one service makes shopping for YOUR day even more enjoyable and personalized!

I said yes to the dress at this boutique! The owner, Laura, did such a fantastic job with pulling gowns that I loved. I had shopped at a couple different places before, but this boutique was above and beyond what my other experiences were. She made me feel so comfortable and let us spend about an hour over the appointment time to let my maid of honor try on bridesmaid dresses as well. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

These women are a great team! I was a challenge as I was having surgery and they had to guess as to what my final size would be. Their expertise in helping me narrow the field and find the dress of my dreams was priceless! The alterations were flawless--and I required a practical rebuild because I was post-surgical! They were professional, cheerful and a delight to work with. Most of all--THEY ARE DEPENDABLE!!

I wish I would have gone with Laura Jacobs Bridal for my wedding dress experience. They are very kind and try to make it your best experience, which is how customer service should be for your wedding experience! Unfortunately, I loved a dress I found elsewhere and Laura Jacobs didn't happen to have it. I would still recommend Laura Jacobs Bridal!

I cannot say enough good things about Laura Jacobs Bridal. I had the worst experience at the first dress shop I went to and from the moment I walked into Laura Jacobs I knew it was where I would find my dream dress. The staff is so personable and welcoming and make you feel like family. I bought my dream dress a little over a year before my wedding and ended up having my second child in between. After having the baby they did everything possible to make sure I could still have my dream dress and feel just as beautiful in it as I did when I first fell in love with it.

Laura Jacob's bridal did everything in their power to make my time there comfortably. Even during a pandemic they were charming and upbeat. The women who did alterations was marvelous.

I walked into Laura Jacob’s bridal not expecting to leave with my perfect dress. I was Christmas shopping and we stopped in by chance because they had an opening! Jackie and Laura were so amazing they made me feel at home, and so comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable about what kinds of dresses they had on the floor and in the back. Every single dress I tried on was better than the one before, I really felt like they were listening to what I liked and what I didn’t! Jackie showed me dresses right in my budget and I never felt pressured to make a decision. My second to last dress I tried on I loved but something didn’t feel 100% and Jackie knew it, she didn’t miss a step she went to the back and hand picked the most perfect dress, before I tried it on, I knew it was the one, a beautiful Stella York dress 😍I would recommend Laura Jacobs bridal to everyone!

I purchased a Martina Liana gown from Laura Jacobs back in June 2018 while on vacation with my family who live in Ft. Myers. My wedding was November 9, 2019, which was a bit early to be shopping for a dress, but with a hectic work schedule I wasn't sure when the next opportunity would be to shop with my Mom, Dad and now Mother-in-Law. From the start, the consultants in the shop were so nice and helpful! They were not pushy at all and chose dresses for me to try based on my preferences. We told them our budget and when my father chose a gown off the rack that was over our budget, our consultant showed him the price tag before letting me try it on to ensure he was okay with the price before putting it on me. He confirmed that he was okay with the price and then when I put it on we ALL knew it was the PERFECT dress for me! We ordered my dress and veil right then and there and were quickly on our way to celebrate with a mimosa next door. A few months later I returned to pick up my gown, which was a little large on me, but to be expected as they choose a size based on your largest body part (mine being my bust). I lost about 20lbs over the next 7 months and started to become quite worried about beginning my alterations. Sadly, I could not have my alterations done at Laura Jacobs since I live on the East coast of FL and work 6 days per week, so I took my dress to another bridal shop near my home. HUGE MISTAKE! But how could I have known?! Needless to say, after three fittings, it was the end of October, only 10 days until my wedding day and my wedding dress did not fit me properly, even though I had not lost any weight during my fittings. The other shop refused to perform additional alterations to make it fit me better and would not give me my dress without paying them. My mom and I were so distraught. We called Laura Jacobs and spoke to the owner, Loretta, who we told what had happened. She was so sweet and accommodating! She re-assured us everything would be okay and had us come in as soon as I arrived to Ft. Myers on the Monday of my wedding week to take a look at my dress. She admitted to me that the other shop charged us an obscene amount of money for very poor alterations and bustling, but said she would do everything in her power to make my dress fit me comfortably. This wasn't an easy task as the entire top of my dress was HUGE on me and the sides needed inches taken in. Loretta took my dress to her HOME that Monday and had me return Wednesday afternoon to try it on. It fit like a glove! And she even fixed my entire bustle! I WAS SO HAPPY I WAS IN TEARS! Literally! After everything we had just experienced with the other store, we were so happy with how kind and caring Laura Jacobs was with us. She literally saved my wedding dress! She will forever be my fairy godmother. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS, Laura Jacobs. I will never forget all you did for us. You have my highest recommendation! You are a blessing!

I had a great experience with Laura Jacobs Bridal! Alterations were incredible and anything I wanted done they didn't even think twice about! The dress fit me perfectly and straps and additional lacing were added to ensure I was comfortable. I can't recommend enough!

Luis and I were married on October 11, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. Our wedding day was like a dream, and more beautiful than we could have ever imagined it to be. Its been two weeks, and our family, friends, and guests are still constantly talking about how perfect our day was and how well it all came together. The ladies at Laura Jacobs Bridal made the wedding dress shopping experience such a pleasure and such a special time for me. I found the dress of my dreams there, and couldn't have had a better team there to support me during my purchase and fittings. They were a pleasure to work with and communicate with, making the process of purchasing a wedding dress one that I will never forget! Stay away! The owner of the salon, Loretta, is condescending and disrespectful to customers. I had a nightmare of an experience with the dress I ordered. She thinks that it’s ok to order dresses way to large for a bride and then chop it down destroying the silhouette - not boutique treatment or what you’re paying for at a store like this. Things were financially resolved but I had to go elsewhere to find a dress after waiting months for my dress to arrive. Just beware, this was so traumatic for me!

I called this salon on a whim because I was in the area and I’m from out of town. They fit me right in were so excited when I arrived. Susan helped me pick out gowns that I liked and helped me steer away from gowns above my price point. She was never pushy and helped me find my dream dress! The salon was clean and all of the gowns were high quality. I got an amazing dress for a great price and walked away in aw of my amazing experience and exceptional gown.

My experience at Laura Jacobs was amazing! Loretta was so helpful & all the dresses are absolutely gorgeous. I ended up choosing the first dress Loretta selected for me...She definitely knows what she’ doing! So happy I went to this salon & I can’t wait to wear the dress!

I live in Ohio and the rest of my family is in Florida. My uncle recommended Laura's bridal shop because she is a good friend. I was treated like family walking in. Laura was so welcoming. She worked SO hard to give me a variety of dresses. I fell in love with one and she celebrated with us when we found it. A few weeks later I found out I had to have emergency abdonimal surgery. I flew down to Florida for a fitting, knowing I'd need to have it altered again. Laura and her husband worked hard to make sure it'd fit even after surgery. I ended up having 2 emergency surgeries and was not well. But my dress was NEVER a worry. Laura Fed Ex'd it up with plenty of time for a final alteration in Ohio. The dress arrived perfectly, with a special note written on the cardboard inside the dress. I was disappointed that we decided her husband would alter the dress as if I would not need another alteration (finished alterations) yet the dress was not finished. There were parts tacked but not sewn together. And the bottom of the dress had blue marks (where it was altered) that were not cleaned off. The dress ended up needing more alterations, so these were easily fixed. I know my situation was unique and Laura and her husband handled it. I never worried. Ever. Even though my dress was a thousand miles away! I HIGHLY recommend anyone go to this bridal shop. The unique gowns, MORE than reasonable prices, and the service is amazing. I will go there for any formal dress I ever need again! GREAT in house experience and GREAT dresses!!!!!!

Absolutely loved my experience at Laura Jacobs Bridal! My mother and I had a great experience with Rachel while shopping for my dress, she understood what I wanted very quickly. She was very easy going - not a typical "sales pitch" kind of experience. Loretta was also extremely accommodating to fit me in for a final fitting tweak days before the wedding. Couldn't be happier with decision to buy my dress here!

Unparalleled. That is the best word I can use to describe the service, experience, and selection that Laura Jacobs Bridal offered. This was my third appointment of the day and by far the best. Three staff members, including the owner, were there to help me choose a dress. They were fully prepared for my appointment and my entourage. We were encouraged to look around the front of the store and let them know which dresses caught our eye, then they pulled additional dresses from the back stockroom based upon our preferences, along with some additional styles that I had never considered. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They pulled a dress that I would not have considered and once it was on me, they completed transformed it before my eyes. In an instant me and everyone in my entourage immediately knew that this creation was my dress. Knowing that it was slightly above my budget, Loretta brought down the price as much as possible, and with all costs added in, we walked out the door spending less than the cost of the price originally marked on the dress. Furthermore, after we found the dress, Loretta brought out wine for a toast. Such a wonderful experience - I wouldn't trade it for the world! Had I known before what I know now, this would have been my one and only stop.

Laura Jacobs is A MUST when searching for your wedding dress! The owner keeps unique dresses in store that you won't find anywhere else. She also will not re-order the same dress over and over so your wedding dress won't be worn a lot. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to me, even going as far as helping me find a perfect corset bra to wear under my dress! On my wedding day, I was met with gasps and compliments all night over my beautiful, unique dress. I highly recommend shopping here!

I am from CT but my mom and sister live in Naples so I went wedding dress shopping in Florida with them. I wanted to get something unique. I had an idea what I wanted. We went to Laura Jacobs bridal shop and pulled some dresses. The woman working asked which one I wanted to try on first and I decided on this beautiful mermaid gown that I couldnt stop looking at. I saw myself in the mirror and knew it was the one. She went and got me a crystaled belt and a veil before I could walk out and show my mom and sister. I walked out and immediately my family started to cry. I didnt believe you get that overwhelming feeling when you find your dress but you definitely do. The ladies at this shop are amazing. They accommodated me coming down for a weekend to get my fittings done. They shipped my dress to CT and it was perfect. I didnt want to take my dress off and everyone complimented how beautiful it was. I felt like such a beautiful bride. My husband loved the dress. They have dresses for everyone and will work with your budget. I got my dress, veil, belt, and jewelry from this shop and it was all perfect!!!!

Renee made the whole experience personal and fun for us all! Laura and Tony are first class and know the industry better than anyone. They went above and beyond and are always on hand if you need them. Loretta was wonderful to work with. My mother lives in Estero Florida but I live in Charlottesville Virginia. I went down to dress shop with my mom with no anticipations of actually buying something so far from my home. I fell in love with everything about the experience. I did not feel pressured I loved the care they took with their dresses as well as allowing us to go to other locations and try other things on. I didn't get service like this anywhere else I went and I loved the one on one experience. We did go to 4 other bridal salons but ended up back at Laura Jacobs where we purchased the second dress I tried on. Great experience, great value, and great people!!!
