I am not the kind of person to ever leave a negative review, even after a negative experience, but my experience with this vendor was so awful that I feel obligated to. I'm a very easy going person but I ended up extremely frustrated by the end of this experience. Laura is very friendly and nice to talk to. My wedding makeup was nice. I didn't love love it, but it was definitely acceptable. Most of the bridesmaids liked their hair. One of the bridesmaids hair did not hold up and had to be repinned by the MOH before the ceremony even started. The main issues were communication and professionalism. Any time I needed to get a response, I had to repeatedly contact Laura via text and email and would get a response days or weeks later. She actually told me to do this during the trial because she said that she forgets to answer. I asked for a day of schedule a couple weeks before the wedding, and did not get one until very late the night before the actual wedding. This is completely unacceptable and none of the bridal party had any idea of what time they needed to be at the room to get ready until Laura sent over a picture message of a hand written schedule after many had already gone to bed. On the day of, they were late and then the makeup artist left for a medical issue after doing a couple peoples makeup. I asked Laura what we should do to catch up on time and she wouldn't give me any plan or information. My MOH ended up stepping in to help and even then, we were over an hour behind schedule and several people had to do their own makeup. It took over 3 months to get a refund for the services that were paid for up front and not received and when I asked about a partial refund for all of the services that my MOH helped with, I was refused. Throughout the entire process, it was like pulling teeth to get any response and I had to clarify things many times. I would not recommend this vendor to a friend.
