WOW - our guests were literally taking pictures of the flowers (on the altar) themselves because they couldn't get over how beautiful they were. I would more than recommend Laura of Lauxmont to assist you in making your wedding look perfect. It was the perfect fall day and the colors/style was unbelievably ME and my now husband. It was so important for us to have a wedding, with florals, that were "so us" and not just trendy --- and somehow she made it happen. I thought it was amazing that she wanted to know about us as a couple and to see a picture - it made me really appreciate working with her even more. It is so so so evident that Laura and her team care about what they do and the couples they work with. I cannot say enough good things about Laura and I was so happy I was able to give her a hug and see her in person after just exchanging emails the past year. I thought I had a clear vision in kind of what I wanted and that choosing a florist would be easy, until I started reaching out to different companies in the area. I quickly realized how little I knew about planning a wedding when faced with lots of questions from these potential vendors. That feeling of panic was starting to hit me, that is, until I spoke to Laura over the phone. I don’t think she realized at the time that she did more than walk me through the process and teach me what I needed to know, she eased my worry with her soft voice and calm demeanor. We clicked instantly and I knew she was the perfect florist for us! Working with her was so incredibly easy and enjoyable. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she genuinely seemed excited to create our flower arrangements. I nearly cried the morning of our wedding, when I saw the works of art she had designed and brought to life for us. They were EXACTLY what I dreamed they would be - no, they were more than what I dreamed they’d be. postponed date she couldn’t be there on the day of, but we had agreed on this when we postponed and she sent someone else she works with to do our setup and it went great with no issues! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I felt like the colors and flowers in the bouquets weren’t quite what we had discussed, (for example there were a lot of cafe roses when I had been looking for very bright colors). The ceremony and reception arrangements were absolutely spectacular, though, and got lots of compliments!

e a specific list of flowers that I wanted beyond my color palette of jewel tones, but that wasn't an issue. Laura's inspiration and passion for my day, and what she does, just exploded in the most beautiful way. She incorporated so many unique and wonderful flowers into all of my arrangements, I was so blown away. Flowers are such an important part of bringing everything to life and I am so thankful that I was able to have Laura as a part of the amazing team that pulled it off. Working with her during the planning process was definitely a highlight. She is so accommodating and literally sat for hours (twice!) to listen to my detailed floor plans, color palette thoughts and where I thought flowers should be incorporated. She took things off my plate and even reached out to the church herself to figure out questions that we had for the arrangements, she was also extremely proactive with the venue and any logistics that were required there. Her attention to detail is beyond what I think others deliver, she loves ribbon and finding ways to add touches of floral elements throughout everything. She was also extremely understanding and easy to work with when it comes to your budget. She line prices everything and has creative solutions if you're not able to afford it all. She was able to give me something that worked within my budget, without having me feel like I was losing absolutely everything that we originally asked for. I seriously can't say enough. Laura thank you for making my day so beautiful, it means the world to be surrounded by so much splendor. We will never forget it.

he most important days I will ever plan. Her designs are unique and special, unlike any other florist I interviewed or researched in the Philadelphia/Lancaster area. She truly knows her flowers too, so it made planning a unique bouquet and arrangements that much more special than the rather mundane normal florals you see at every wedding. Laura is a professional; she was on time and ready to work. Also, she works with your budget and is quite reasonable. She is honest with what she can offer if you are honest with your financial abilities.  Laura really shows pride in her work and it is definitely seen through the beauty she displays. I am not one to rave and write glowing reviews because I am quite the harsh critic, but she is truly a rare gem and a lovely human! Plus, for me.... her calming sweet nature really helped when nerves were running high!

e. She came SO organized. She guided me through the process and even went to my venue to get an idea of what blooms looked best, if we would need some more, and made recommendations appropriately. Throughout the process, Laura was prompt to respond and always answered my questions in a timely manner. She even helped out in planning other areas (i.e. what table numbers looked best). On my wedding day, Laura came with people to set up and make sure everything looked perfect. When she presented me with my bridal bouquet, I teared up. IT WAS LIKE SHE READ MY MIND. The bouquet was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. All of my wedding colors complimented each other perfectly and accented the venue as well as my bridesmaids' dresses. I received SO many compliments about my flowers. Both my photographer AND her second shooter told me that my wedding had the prettiest flowers they had ever seen! Aside from being a phenomenal florist, Laura is a top-notch person. She is so passionate about what she does as well as helping the people with whom she is working. We used a small cake just to do a cake-cutting picture, our dessert was ice cream. We realized we needed a flower or two for the cake a few days before the wedding and Laura told us she had it covered. She used leftover blooms to make our little cake look picturesque. Additionally, after placing our final order, my grandmother became too ill to be at the wedding. I reached out to Laura to let her know that she no longer needed to make a corsage for her and that I understood I already paid--I just did not want to cause more work than was needed. Laura told me she would take care of it and had something for me. Laura made her a BEAUTIFUL bouquet in a vase that had her name on it. Her heart for both people and her work is unrivaled. I am forever grateful for this kind act. Having Laura do our wedding flowers was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. I KEEP getting compliments from people on how pretty my wedding flowers were, even from people who just saw pictures and did not see it in person! I love my flowers so much that I am having them preserved and made into a wreath. Thank you Laura, from the bottom of my heart!
