You will not be disappointed when you work with Laura and her team of professionals! I found her on Instagram when my now husband was my boyfriend and we had just bought a house together so wanted to get photos done. Fast forward almost 2.5 years and I have had Laura photograph us 4 separate times, including our wedding, and have told her she isn't getting rid of us anytime soon! She is extremely personable - making you feel comfortable as if you've been friends for years. She is incredibly talented - she knows all the right poses and prompts to get photos that are romantic, silly, sensual, classic, you name it! She has such a magic touch when editing - bringing colors to life but still staying true to the moment as you remember it. She always goes the extra mile, like staying for an extra 20+ minutes because your boyfriend was nervous and didn't muster the courage to propose until the last minute of your hour-long photoshoot. She does the dirty work, like telling extended family to buzz off during after ceremony photos for just immediate family. Most importantly, she is an AMAZING hype woman. Every time I am photographed by her I feel beautiful and very *me*. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. I love you Laura!!!

Hiring Laura as my wedding photographer was the easiest and best decision I could have made! I was so nervous about picking the right one. My search was far and wide, but once I talked to Laura, I knew I had to work with her. She made me feel comfortable from the first minute of my engagement shoot to the last minute of my wedding day. I typically hate having my picture taken. But I sincerely enjoyed my experience with her. She is kind, so encouraging, professional, and talented. Her work truly speaks for itself, but her personality made the experience one my husband and I will never forget. I will cherish the photos she took forever❤️ ALSO - talk about flexible? I accidentally gave her the wrong time for our wedding ceremony only to realize my mistake 5 days before the big day. She instantly hopped on a phone call with me and spent 45 minutes redoing our entire day of timeline. She’s a goddess.

Laura made us feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot and on our wedding day. We were a little nervous being in the spotlight, but she felt like a friend we'd known for years just snapping some photos. And when we got the photos back we couldn't have been happier! She did such a beautiful job capturing us as a couple. Highly recommend!!

When we started wedding planning, we took advice from friends and family on what to invest the most in. The top answer was a photographer, because no matter where you are, how you feel or how you look, a good photographer will capture you beautifully for the best memories. This is exactly what we got with Laura. She is incredibly personable and easy to work with. I always say that I am not an "instagram girl," meaning I feel awkward posing in front of the camera and I'm really bad at photo editing and filters. All of my anxities were not an issue at all while shooting with Laura. Everything felt very natural and not forced. I told her what vibe I was looking for and she delivered. It rained on our wedding day, which we ended up being glad for because of how beautiful and unique the photos turned out. I've had so many people ask who took the photos, and friends that are already married who say they wish they could have used her. My husband and family all feel that we got MUCH more in return with the photo package than what we invested money wise, which is a great feeling with how pricey wedding vendors have become these days. When we were searching for a photographer for our wedding, the moment we had our first call with Laura to "meet" her, we knew she was our girl. Laura has such a way with making you feel so comfortable and like you've known her for years. We finally got to meet her in person for our engagement shoot and she instantly worked her magic. Neither my husband nor myself love being the subject of pictures, and Laura put us so at ease. She was cracking jokes and making it so fun! My husband was so annoyed that I was dragging him to do the shoot and he left singing Laura's praises, "that was actually fun!" She was constantly in communication with me throughout the planning process which was always appreciated and would just check in with me to see how I was doing. Cut to the wedding day and she drove from PA to DC early in the AM to scout locations for pictures all before heading to us for the long day of shooting. No detail was left unnoticed. The turnaround time for pictures was so impressive! And not to mention her style of photography is breathtaking. I am SO excited to hang these up! She captured my entire vision in photos that I will have forever and I cannot thank her enough <3

I would HIGHLY recommend Laura Patrick Photography. Laura was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient! My husband and I are generally pretty uncomfortable with having our pictures taken but Laura put us at easy AND made the experience very fun! Laura was so helpful and supportive before, during, and after the wedding and truly treats you like a friend rather than a client. She also provided the Sneak Peak for both the engagement session and wedding super quickly. Of course, the photos were gorgeous! But in addition to her services and photos, she also provided us with a lovely shadowbox with the USB, print of our photos, and a small painting of my wedding bouquet. The time Laura puts into all the little details makes such a big difference and I am so grateful that I was able to have her as a vendor at the wedding!

In the wedding planning process, timelines can be a huge hurdle, but not with Laura! She worked with me to come up with a timeline that would work for all the different aspects of my wedding and it was truly appreciated. Laura and her team were awesome to work with! Laura was always quick to respond to any emails or texts. We had decided we weren’t going to do a full engagement photo shoot, so instead Laura suggested we meet with her and Sherri for coffee and then do a mini photo shoot to learn each other’s personalities. They made the entire process so much fun! On the day of our wedding, we had Sherri and Tori as our photographers. They did a fantastic job of keeping our bridal party on track throughout our pictures while also allowing for us to continue having fun together. Because of this, they captured both posed and candid pictures that turned out amazing. We highly recommend Laura Patrick, Sherri, and Tori for your day!

Laura was just down right incredible. From our very first session with her, she was personable, flexible, involved, positive, full of complements, and fun. She captures the most breathtaking photos. I love that she provides links to download the images for sneak peeks and then the full session. On our wedding day, she arrived promptly at the time she said she would. She even had a wonderful helping hand who took gorgeous shots as well. She made sure to keep everything moving, while capturing all of the special moments. She even took us out and had us move our cars for some awesome shots with our cars (as we are both car geeks)! She also had us make a family photo guideline for the wedding day, which helped her keep moving and keep all of the family members happy! She also did really well with some of the family tension that occurred and she quickly found a solution. One thing that I want to mention that made me so incredibly happy that we picked her as our photographer is that my computer ended up getting erased, so I lost our engagement photos, and she offered to resend the download link!! She understands that the unexpected can happen but she is there to save the day! I cannot express enough how wonderful of a photographer she was and how happy we were with everything! We get never ending complements on our photos from everyone! I also loved the little box that she mails you later on! Absolutely adorable! The one thing that I wish she would add is all of the photos from engagement and wedding to the flash drive that she provides (it only has wedding photos on it). She deserves more pay than what she charges for her work! I will definitely go to her for any of my photography needs!

We loved working with Laura for our wedding photography! Every small detail was well thought out and perfectly executed, from the delivery of the photos to the special gift at the end. She was easy to communicate with, and we really enjoyed the included engagement session. The photos themselves are plentiful and beyond beautiful. We loved working with Laura as our wedding photographer! She made it so easy for us by having a clear plan and she did great sticking to our timeline! Laura and her team are truly amazing!! We hired Laura for our October wedding after a family friend recommended her. We met with Laura and knew right away she was the person we wanted to capture our wedding! Laura captured our engagement pictures for us as well. It was a freezing cold January day, but you would never know how cold we were from how beautiful the pictures were! On our wedding day, we had the pleasure of working with Laura, Elle, and Tori. All three were so professional, caring, and fun to work with and really helped the day flow so smoothly. Laura sent us a sneak peek of both our engagement and wedding pictures the same day. We had our entire wedding album back in less than three weeks! We had friends married two weeks before us who had yet to see one picture from their wedding by the time Laura had sent us all our pictures. Everyone who sees our pictures cannot stop complimenting them! We cannot recommend Laura enough and can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

Laura and her team were a dream to work with. Like most couples, we didn't know exactly what we were doing in front of the camera! Laura learned our personalities quickly, and we were feeling comfortable in no time! Besides Laura's amazing talent, she is such a kind and thoughtful person which was a big component when we were picking our vendors. We love our engagement and wedding photos so much!

We hired Laura for our photographer for our wedding on July 31, 2021 after she came from a referral from a friend in the area and can't praise her enough! My husband and I generally feel awkward about photos but Laura made it so fun and all the smiles were genuine (unlike our engagement photos that we did on our own!). Laura captured all the little moments of the day and add her own special touches. She was extremely responsive and on top of her planning. Our budget was extremely tight and Laura was willing to work on a package that met our needs, and generously threw in extra time at the end free of charge to make sure she could get everything we would want. She sent us a glass box of prints, a USB and a surprise painting of my bouquet after the wedding which was really special! She was everything we wanted in a photographer.

Laura Patrick is great! She did an amazing job for our super intimate wedding last month. From the very beginning Laura was very friendly and responsive. She was really flexible and understanding of our needs and customizing a package perfect for us since it was such a small and non traditional request. Gathered a lot of information from me to ensure she knew exactly what we were looking for on our wedding day. The day of, she was so warm and instantly made us both feel comfortable. Everything went seamlessly and I couldn't believe how beautiful our photos turned out! I am so glad we invested in her photography for our special day to have these beautiful memories. Laura is amazing! I reached out to her last minute because I moved my wedding up and didn’t have very much time to plan. She was very flexible and accommodating. She was also very reassuring and supportive. She really made my vision come to life through pictures! (Even in freezing weather) If you are someone that doesn’t know where to start when it comes to events that need to be photographed, you can leave it in Laura’s hands and she will work wonders! Additionally, if you are someone that doesn’t like pictures or doesn’t feel comfortable around people you don’t know, Laura is amazing at making people smile, laugh, and relax. I’ve known Laura for years and love and admire her energy, ability to make you feel accepted, attention for detail and her creative spirit. I will be thanking Laura Patrick Photography for the rest of my life - seriously. Firstly, Laura is the sweetest, most professional, funny and caring photographer you could ask for. She makes you feel comfortable from the second you meet her - which was a big deal for us because we are both awkward in front of a camera! We hired her for both our engagement photos and wedding. She is extremely responsive and just a dream vendor to work with. On top of being the very best person to work with, her art is just WOW. I am trying to pair down photos for an album and it is just IMPOSSIBLE because I love every. Single. Photo. She is such a master of lighting and angles, and really just has a magic about her that she can capture the energy, laughter and emotions in her images. I am also a huge fan of her editing work. It is just enough to make a photo pop, without altering the colors of the day I worked so hard to pick out and coordinate. Overall, I can not recommend Laura enough. If you are looking for a photographer in the PA/NJ/MD/NY area, you HAVE to hire Laura. We will be using her for the rest of our lives for every major event.

We are so happy Laura was available on our wedding day! She has a talent for making everyone feel at ease and comfortable, which results in very natural looking pictures. Not only that, but she is able to get a ton of good pictures in a very short amount of time! This was especially important to us because we chose not to do a first look. We took our bridal party pictures and bride/groom portraits in between the ceremony and reception, and Laura got so many beautiful shots in a quick time slot so that our guests weren’t waiting for us too long. Laura also helped me plan out my wedding timeline, and it was perfectly on point! She is truly an expert at what she does. Laura is quick to edit the pictures as well. We were originally told that our pictures would be finished in a standard 6 to 8 weeks, but she actually finished them all in FIVE DAYS and surprised us with them. We had the absolute sweetest time looking through them and laughing together while on our honeymoon! We are going to have a difficult time choosing which shots to put in an album, because there are so many pictures and every single shot is a winner. Laura, thank you so much for capturing our day so beautifully! You have given us memories to last a lifetime!

That isn’t the easiest thing to do when being in front of the camera isn’t your natural talent. I can not recommend Laura enough! Everyone that has seen our photos , haven’t stopped talking about how good they are- we can’t stop swooning either! Her portfolio speaks for itself but her personality is really what is the icing on the cake. She did our proposal, engagement, and wedding photos. She really has gone above and beyond for us, especially where Covid is concerned. She was down for my plan a , b , c , d just for me to change my mind again. When my hair dresser canceled two days before the wedding she was the first person to try and help me out - which obviously is not in her “job description” but she did it anyways because she is just THAT caring. We hired Laura after hiring someone else to do our engagement pictures but were not happy with what we got back. We hired Laura and wow! Night and day difference! Laura is very down to earth and definitely has many different ideas and they definitely show in the pictures just how great she is. We literally loved every picture she gave us, her vision for pictures is incredible. We didn’t get a proper wedding due to covid, but the pictures definitely make us feel like we got our special day! Definitely recommend Laura for pictures of any kind!
