s plenty of photo options to choose from. Her work was absolutely beautiful, and mastered the the manipulation of lighting and backdrop elements to create flattering and vibrant pictures. However, what was even more remarkable was her calming presence during an already jittery day. She provided gentle guidance and direction when necessary, but also deferred to my wishes and preferences for many of the shots. During the "Drama" moments, she discretely melted into the background which made for a soothing, intimate photography environment. Indeed, she was a photographers photographer, which is to say that she observed and documented her surroundings without inserting herself into the environment. Upon reviewing the pictures when my husband and I returned from our honeymoon, we found she had captured so many special moments of which we had not been aware during the big day. Since our wedding, we have had a little boy and she has photographed him on a couple of occasions. Those pictures have captured his sweet, curious, and mischievous personality and have become treasured keepsakes in our home. I would not hesitate to book Laura again for future special events or anytime we want high quality, artistically rendered photographs.
