We loved working with Laura - we loved her style and knew the dance party photos would be EPIC if she shot them. She was kind, organized, easy to work with, had great ideas, and is...
professional. She knows what she's doing! Since photos are the one thing we get to keep after our wedding, we were excited to work with such an amazing photographer who brought our day to life and provided photos we'll reminisce on for years to come.
Laura was our DREAM photographer to work with and she absolutely brought our vision to life. From our first call with her up to the wedding day, she was an absolute joy to work wit...
h. During our initial consultation, we asked Laura how to know if a photographer is the right fit. She answered honestly, “If you would feel comfortable going out for a drink or dinner with your photographer, I think that’s a great indicator you would be a good fit together.” I thought about that SO much through our entire vendor search, and was a big contributor to the joy of our wedding day. No matter how you do it, the wedding day is always at least a little stressful with such a big event being put together. Having vendors who feel like potential friends and being comfortable around them made a HUGE difference to me, and Laura was truly one of the best. She was kind, grounding, fun, and gave great directions to give us some of the most beautiful pictures I’ve ever seen. Thank you, Laura!!!!

en taking your pictures, she's also very professional and communicative. I initially reached out to her to take engagement photos and I could not even imagine having someone else take photos for our elopement. I could not recommend Laura enough!
I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to leave Laura Shepherd a review as I have so many great things to say about her and her work! Before we got married, my husband and I were being...
super particular with who we wanted as a photographer since we knew this element was one of the most important to us. We found her through her beautiful Instagram account and we just knew she had the exact style and vibe we wanted for our big day. Not only did she take mesmerizing photos that we will treasure forever, she was extremely flexible, kind, and available. Laura maintained a professional but down to earth energy that made us feel so comfortable and as someone who is camera shy, this was important to me. I cannot recommend Laura’s business more. Our friends and family are still raving about the photos! There isn’t one thing I would change about our big day or the beautiful photos she captured that we will cherish for our lives. Thank you, Laura, you are the best!
