Laura was the second shooter for our wedding, working with Jenna Therese Photography, but she was amazing and treated us as if we were her own couple. Laura did my engagement and wedding photography and I could not have asked for more beautiful photos. First, in my engagement photo, Laura was willing to put herself at risk (quite literally) to get the perfect photo after venture down a hill into a stream of water. They turned out AMAZING. Her editing skills are unmatched. At my wedding, the photos were the most important to me because my family loves to be able to capture memories. Laura captured EVERYTHING. She made me and my husband look beautiful as we got ready, she captured the love between us during our formal photos, and she got THE BEST photos of all of our guests having fun at the reception. While I will gush forever about the pictures I get to keep forever, I will always be grateful to Laura for the way she helped me PLAN my wedding. She gave the best suggestions on timing and the order of the day prior to our wedding, but most importantly - without hesitation - she stepped in to help coordinate my reception when my coordinator abruptly left without my knowledge. I cannot thank her enough for that because we would not have had the cake cutting, bouquet toss, anniversary dance, or dress change without her stepping in to help. Laura cares about her people as much as she cares about her craft. I will forever pass her name on to those looking for an extremely talented photographer and coordinator, and an overall good person. She will forever be part of my tribe.

I cannot begin to say enough great things about Laura. Her pictures are so breathtaking and she made sure our day went absolutely perfect and captured everything we could have wanted and more. She is absolutely amazing in every way <3

Seriously, where to begin? Laura is an ABSOLUTE DREAM to work with! My husband (still getting used to saying that!) and I were a little nervous about photography because we're both awkward, but Laura immediately made us feel at ease. Our engagement session was so helpful because we learned some tips/tricks that prepped us for the wedding day, and we got to know Laura a little better. She is personable, funny, warm, and will do anything to get the perfect shot! Laying down in the road or the middle of a dirt path? Sure! Finding rocks and leaves to use as backdrops for the perfect ring shot? Done! In the final weeks leading up to the wedding, she was communicative and super easy to work with, which just made me feel at ease. The wedding photos I've seen so far are STUNNING! I feel like a million bucks, and she captured us perfectly. I know these photos will help me remember our special day for years to come, and I have Laura to thank for that. You will not regret working with her!

I could not have asked for a better photographer for my wedding(s) during this crazy year of 2020. First off, she's a lot of fun to work with. She will do literally anything to get the best angle for the shot (even laying down on a road). Second, she's professional. She doesn't waste time during photo-ops, but you never feel rushed. She uses multiple lens and a spot light to get wide views, close-ups, and more. She was well prepared for the wedding, knew what pictures to capture based on her well-thought through and detailed questionaire, and took pictures of all the details from that day. Third, her pictures are beautiful! They're bright and fresh looking. I will suggest brides to put up a backdrop (flat sheets) if they're pale like me standing in front of a white wall in a white dress as I looked washed out in the pictures, but the colored backdrop helped immensely. She has so many amazing ideas for pictures and knows how to pull them off. I will never search for another photographer again! She's hassle free, stress free. She's worth every dime!

We used Laura Silvay Photography for our wedding on 11/14/2020 (and 11/13/2020!) I cannot speak high enough praises to Laura. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her from the day we book until our wedding (and after!). Laura went above and beyond for us. She provided a detailed survey and met with us a few times to ensure that our expectations and vision were met. Laura was flexible with any last minute changes, helped keep us organized on the day of, and did a phenomenal job on the day of. Our family and friends even commented on how comfortable Laura made them feel throughout the day. She is a lovely, personable, kindhearted person, and I look forward to working with Laura for ALL of our future photography needs!

I don’t know where to even start with my experience with Laura...she has seriously been one of the most amazing people I have ever worked with. She is so dedicated to her job and making sure that she delivers exactly what you have envisioned (even if it means lying on the concrete stacking your 2 wedding bands, engagement ring and his wedding band) 😂 The hard work and kindness that she showed during our engagement photos and our wedding was out of this world. I thought our engagement photos turned out perfectly, but she went above and beyond, completely exceeding my expectations for our wedding photos (and I haven’t even received them all yet). I will without a doubt be contacting her every single time I need photos done and will recommend her to anyone and everyone x100.

Laura was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. From when we first meet her, to the engagement session and the wedding, I couldn’t stop laughing. She meet all of our expectations and I could not be more happy with the pictures and the turnaround time. I had over 1800 photos given to me maybe a week and half after my wedding, who does that?! I could go on and on about Laura. She is so professional yet so personable and fun at the same time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else beside Laura. So if your looking for a GREAT photographer who is also fun, I recommend looking at Laura.

To say that Laura is a great photographer would be an understatement! She took it upon herself to go above and beyond what anyone would expect from any other photographer. Both Laura and her assistant were a pleasure and almost every single guest had a comment about how great she was. From capturing candids, to getting us in the perfect poses, to helping me keep my veil on... She was always there with a smile and the positive & professional attitude we needed! Thanks to Laura, we'll be able to relive one of the best days of our lives over and over for many years to come.

I can’t imagine my wedding with any other photographer!!!!! Laura captures every single moment from the face my husband made as I walked down the aisle to a sentimental moment of remembrance for his father whom passed. The images came out beautiful and faster than I expected. Laura also was able to command space to take photos in a very polite manner. I’d book again and again.
