Laura's Boutique and Bridal are the best! They were so helpful in finding my dream dress. All of the dresses were so beautiful!!

I had such an amazing experience at Laura’s Boutique & Bridal. I highly recommend coming here to look for your dress. Laura is incredibly talented! The quality and attention to detail in Laura’s gowns are unlike any others that I tried on. Both Laura and Lucy were amazing to work with. They made me feel so special and beautiful, and they truly understood my vision for the day! Before I even tried on my dress, Laura called it that “this is the one!” Working with Laura and Lucy was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am so grateful to have a dress from the “Dream Couture” line.

My mom and I had scheduled an appointment to start the wedding dress process. Little did I know I would be getting my “Dream Dress” that day. This was the “first and only stop!” From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed and are treated just like family. Laura knew exactly what I wanted just by a brief description. She’s absolutely AMAZING!! With her expertise and talent, she effortlessly picked out 3 dresses The 3rd being “The One”. It was such a fun and memorable experience. I’m so grateful for that! The day couldn't have been more perfect, thanks to Laura! 100% recommend her for all your dress needs, whether it’s a wedding, prom, or any special occasion. AMAZING. Laura’s designs are timeless. Her and Bella have spent an intimate time with us to pick the perfect dress. She took the time to make sure I was heard and it was such a beautiful experience. I had such an amazing experience! I went in looking for a ball gown and was immediately struck that they not only had a solid selection and variety of dresses, but also ones with built-in hoop skirts! The Hudson Valley is so lucky to have such a gem of a store with wonderful staff right here in our area.

We had an amazing day dress shopping with my daughter, bride to be Kara, and sisters. What a gorgeous shop, with so many beautiful dresses to choose from. Laura really listened to Kara’s vision, and helped her to find the perfect dress. She was even able to make some custom changes to add features she liked on another dress. What a special experience, we are so appreciative for the kindness and support we received. Can’t wait to go back for bridesmaid dress and MOB!!!

Laura's Boutique and Bridal is amazing, the salon is absolutely stunning and the dresses were breathtaking! I was not expecting to say yes to my dress but when you know you know! Laura looked at pictures I showed her and what I described and she put me in my wedding dress! I knew instantly when I cried seeing it! So happy I said yes to my dress here!! Laura and her Mom made me feel so beautiful!

I had such a great experience at Laura’s when I first got my dress. I was promised a custom wedding dress. The original dress was completely beaded with spaghetti straps and a low back. I was promised the same beading but a completely different top. I wanted a strapless dress and closed back. The dress also had a detailing all the way to the bottom so traditional hemming would be difficult. The customization was the design and sizing (for my height especially). Dress did not come customized in either fashion. Laura's mom said they send their designs to a factory so no "customizations" can be made. Design wasn't correct and the dress was 10 inches too long. Laura's mom suggested I wear 10 inch heels to solve the solution. Had to spend a lot of time and money altering a dress that was deemed "unfixable" by a couple of seamstresses before finding a miracle worker. Their customer service following this incident has not been great in the slightest, just excuses and no accountability for what was promised and not delivered. Laura has no contacted me at all after I paid for my dress. She pushed the issues onto her mother who is just trying her best to help her daughter's business. It was a beautiful gown in the end but I do not give credit to Laura for most of it. I give credit to the seamstress for fulfilling my wedding dress dreams.

Laura Boutique and Bridal, is amazing! If you're a bride-to-be looking for a cozy, modern spot with a wide selection of dresses, this is it. I walked in as a spur of the moment decision, and the staff made me feel so comfortable. They know the stress of choosing the perfect wedding dress. I showed them some different dress ideas I had in mind, and they pulled out different options that could possibly make the cut. At the end of the day I found the perfect dress and I left the boutique with a huge smile, all thanks to the incredible staff.

I found my dream wedding dress at Laura’s! Laura is absolutely amazing - her designs are out of this world and the service at Laura’s Boutique is incredible. She was so friendly and helpful and we will be going back soon for my mom to get her dress for my wedding too. Went Laura’s today to find the perfect dress for my wedding. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Laura and Kayla were so welcoming and accommodating. I showed them one picture of a dress style I had in mind, and there were SO many dresses in the store just like the one I have been searching for. Laura is such a talented designer and she is making my dress, custom, with the exact sleeves, fabric and beading that I’ve dreamt about. I can’t say enough great things about my experience and beautiful wedding dress!! Would absolutely recommend going to Laura’s for an AMAZING experience and beautiful dresses!!!!

I literally dont know how to put into words how amazing of an experience Laura and her team created for me and my family. Not only is Laura able to customize my wedding dress but she is also going to be customizing my bridesmaids dresses to make all of my dreams come to life. After having a bad first dress shopping experience somewhere else, it made me appreciate even more how above and beyond Laura and her crew went to make me feel so beautiful and make sure all of my wishes will come true. The time they took to explain the changes they would help me make, the quality of the dresses and the veil, just absolutely perfect. I went into Laura’s with a vision in mind and Laura and Kayla made it come to life! Laura was patient and offered great suggestions. The gowns are absolutely breathtaking. Kayla made sure we were having fun throughout the whole process. A 10/10 experience!

Could not recommend this place more. I was so nervous and the staff was amazing. Kayla made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Laura and Kayla were amazing! I was certain I would need to try on a million dresses before I found 'The One'. I am very picky and have been looking at wedding dresses since I was young! However, after trying on two dresses they got my style and put me in the dress of my dreams! Laura is an amazing designer, with quality fabrics, unique designs and attention to detail, you can't not love her dresses! I went back about 2 months later for my 'say yes to the dress' appointment and my girls and I had SO much fun! Laura is such a great energy and really made me feel so special! Highly recommend going to Laura's! Amazing experience and dress! I can't wait to show all of my friends and family, but most of all to show my future husband! I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress. Laura and everyone in her boutique are absolutely amazing! I came here for a bridal gown and it was a tough choice between two dresses, but Laura let me take my time figuring out the one that I really loved. Laura was so helpful and I knew she would not let me leave with just anything. I've been to this store for evening gowns as well and she has always made sure I find something that looks good for my body. I would definitely recommend!!

Laura is a designer genius! Her gowns are absolutely to die for and her bridal boutique overlooks a gorgeous lake. She creates a fun atmosphere and makes you feel so comfortable and special. Laura’s expertise and style is on point- I explained to her my wishes and she immediately pulled a dress off the rack. Because Laura understood my preferences, I said yes to the very first dress I tried on. She even named it after me! Laura is amazing. I came to her only 3 months before my wedding in need of a dress because my first one from a big NYC brand fell through. She had exactly what I wanted, a dress she even designed. It's made in the US and and arrived within my time frame. She was so helpful throughout the process, even when I was asking her numerous crazy questions. She was patient and real throughout it all. Laura is so sweet, I had such a great experience! She made me a custom dress by combining two of her beautiful gowns and it came in in 6 short months! The dress fit like a glove and the only alteration needed was the bustle. My dress was my dream dress, I felt so beautiful!

Laura’s Boutique & Bridal is the place to go! Taken care of like family! They care so much about their brides and really help you find the perfect dress. My sister also purchased her maid of honor dress from there and loves it!! I am so glad I got to work with her and her company! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Found my dream dress here! I had the best experience and Laura is the sweetest! I went to other places before going here and nothing compares. Her dresses are one of a kind.

Went in for a mother of the bride dress. Told me it would take a week. After 3 weeks I called and they couldn’t find my dress. Then told me it was sold out after originally saying it was in stock. They clearly never put the order in after taking my deposit. Told me I could buy the floor sample for 10% off. No phone call only texts. No apology . It would cost more than 10% to have the gown cleaned. Very unprofessional. Only saving grace was that the refunded me promptly.

I can't rave enough about the amazing experience I have had with Laura and her shop. From the first time I tried on wedding dresses she knew understood exactly what I was looking for and the final product is the dress of my dreams and then some. Every detail was perfection! Laura truly takes the time to make sure that every bride has the perfect dress and look.

After going to a few shops without any luck, I found my wedding dress when I stopped into Laura's Boutique & Bridal. Laura's expertise made it easy to find my dress and she ensured that my experience shopping for my wedding dress was perfect! Last Saturday, I felt like a real-life princess at my wedding thanks to Laura's help :) If you are a new bride-to-be and are looking for your dream dress, you must go to Laura's Boutique - you won't be disappointed!

AMAZING collection! Laura is so talented!!! Can’t wait to wear my dress !

If I could I would literally rate this place ZERO stars. I had scheduled Laura’s and another boutique on the same day. I WAS SOOOO EXCITED FOR LAURAS!! Mainly because my fiancé wants me in a ball gown and I don’t so I was really excited to see that they do customize dresses so I could potentially look at getting an over skirt. Once we got there after driving an hour and a half to get there granted we showed up about a half an hour early. Once we walked in we asked one of the workers if we could just look around until our appointment time. She told us yes of course and walked us upstairs. Once we got upstairs we met Laura who instantly gave us an attitude about being there early. She informed us that since this is a Boutique that’s not how it works and she has things to do. When we explain to her that this is my first time ever trying on dresses and I just wanted to look around she told us once again that that’s not how it works in boutiques while giving me the biggest attitude I’ve ever had in my entire life. From that point on she ignored us didn’t talk to us didn’t even help me and my dresses until about 1130. My appointment was at 11. So from 11 to 1130 I was on my own not having any help and I was getting attitude in between her asking what I was doing. She eventually just walked away after 1130 after helping me and one dress went downstairs and didn’t see her for the rest of my one hour appointment. It was literally the most awful experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and after being so excited to go there it turned me off completely for the entire day. The whole boutique line that’s not how that works boutique just means it’s a smaller shop. She even tried to limit me to the amount of dresses that I tried on saying that I Tryon about five dresses per appointment. From the second that you put on a dress It becomes a car sales person by trying to force you to customize a dress. Granted I did want to try to customize a dress however the way that they became very pushy and aggressive I’m not gonna trust you to customize my dresses. The dresses were Godey and cheap looking. Once I said that I didn’t like one dress after putting it on they kept trying to tell me that me trying on dresses doesn’t matter because they customize dresses anyway. Literally don’t waste your time.attttttt all.

So ladies... I took your advice and told my friend to go to Laura's Boutique. This is how it went... Drove 1+ hours to get there. Trys on a dress was told it was a Laura special lmao. My friends daughter order's this one of a kind goes home to find out ANOTHER GIRL HAS THE SAME EXACT DRESS(this so called one of a kind) lucky they tried on 2 dresses and ordered the second one well... Ms. Laura had no shame, no apology no nothing Mind you the dress was over 300.00 no chump change. After ordering the dress 👗 you know the second one because her one of a kind original was already taken by someone else (hence the sarcasm). By the way did you know she does NOT do ALTERATIONS a beautiful boutique that does NOT DO ALTERATIONS..What in the ghetto fabulous do we have here!!!...Wait it gets better...go to the shop to pick up the dress anothet hour drive. No garment bag, no steam press. It was picked up like this... So I must ask did you all get paid to review this place?? I have NEVER dealt with such unprofessional people. This is a poor excuse for a boutique. She should be ashamed of herself. To do this to young lady in this time (pandemic) with no remorse or regret has yet to pick.up her phone or respond to text message. Disgusting human being. God is watching 👀. Update this is her way of rectifying the situation....imagine telling your customer you had a photoshoot...if I'm picking up the dress shouldn't this be done already?? Go to David's bridal they have more class. They take better care of their customers who pay 89.00 for a dress. This was her response by text **I’m sorry for this we happened to be doing a photoshoot on the day you came in and the person I had downstairs was just there helping for the day. If you want I would gladly give you a garment bag and steam your dress.

We LOVED our appointment with Laura yesterday! I didn’t feel pressured or like “just another bride” with her. We all had such a fun morning and Laura knows her stuff! I thought I knew what would look good on me but a dress that Laura pulled hit the nail on the head! Will recommend Laura’s to all my girlfriends!!

I had the best experience getting my wedding gown at this boutique. They have absolutely beautiful gowns and They know exactly what style looked best on me after being to so many places with people who didn’t give me any advice and tried to pressure me to purchase a dress. This place was different and we found the perfect dress! She is Extremely knowledgeable of the gowns as well as friendly I said yes to the dress and I cannot thank her enough for the great time we had finding my dress! Thanks again!!

My maid of honor, along with two of my bridesmaids and I went to Laura’s Boutique in February, enough time to have dresses ready for my July wedding. About a month before the wedding Laura finally shipped the dresses, explaining that it was a “busy season.” When my five bridesmaids received their dresses, two of them were too small, and one so small that it could not zip. When my maid of honor received her dress it was the wrong dress all together. When I reached out to Laura at first she seemed like she would resolve the issue with all three dresses. However, she only exchanged one of the dress that was too small and the maid of honor dress. When I contacted her she explained that she was unsure why I was “upset.” She refused to pick up my calls and only corresponded through text message. I was simply asking about the status of the dresses. She stopped responded to my phone calls and messages and eventually sent a dress that was about 3 sizes too big for the maid of honor and a dress that was still too large for one of my bridesmaids. The third dress she did not attend to at all. I will say that the dresses were beautiful, however we received terrible service and treatment and had to make last minute alterations because of incorrect dress sizes. Laura is not responsive and offers terrible customer service.
