Situated about halfway between Columbia and Charlotte, NC, this mansion is secluded while remaining conveniently accessible. It is nestled on 37 acres of landscaped grounds, which include a tranquil, five-acre lake and views of horse and cattle fields. In this serene setting, you can unwind and enjoy a relaxing and romantic getaway for your momentous occasion.
Laurel Haven Estate effortlessly blends rustic country charm with Southern elegance to create a wedding venue that is suitable for both casual and high-end celebrations. Ceremonies can take place in a number of spots depending on your preferences. These include a lakeside gazebo set on manicured lawns and red bricks, a white trellis by the in-ground pool, or anywhere along the lake. Numerous photography opportunities abound around the estate, such as the bridge over the lake, the fountain, and the tree-lined driveway.
For a truly relaxed experience, we offer weekend packages to be able to fully enjoy your celebration. The house sleeps 26 and is spacious while providing an intimate environment for you and your loved ones. On the big day, the house is equipped with an elegant get-ready suite where you can do your hair and makeup with your wedding party. the sun as it sets, the pool with the palm trees, the great separated getting ready rooms for bridesmaids/groomsmen, the dock as a unique and gorgeous ceremony space, and the reception pavilion with the floor to ceiling windows/barn doors and lit up wine bottle wall! From our first tour there we knew that the space was where we wanted our wedding and from the minute that we booked the venue Jenna and Erin had my back every step of the way! No matter how ridiculous the question Erin responded quickly with an answer and helped make our wedding the most amazing day! I do not have enough good things to say about this venue and team! They were accommodating, organized, and so incredibly nice! It’s clear that Jenna is passionate and puts a lot of time and effort into her property and business. On top of the great communication the venue was more than affordable in comparison to other Charlotte venues we toured especially for what was included. The bed and breakfast makes for great guest accommodations and it was nice that my fiancee and I would walk to our room after the end of our long day. I wish I could rate Laurel Haven Estate more than a 5 because they truly deserve it.
