We were married at Laurel Hill Farms October 4, 2025, the most gorgeous day. It is hard to put into words how impressed we were with the staff, venue, and amenities provided at the Farm. Kim and her daughter Cam went above and beyond to help ease our stress and allow us to be present and carefree for our wedding weekend. The property is sprawling, so green and lush, and there are horses! We were able to access the venue on Thursday and had until Sunday to be out. The bridesmaids and I were able to sleep in the bridal suite above the ballroom, very convenient for last minute setting up and details. The morning of my wedding I awoke at sunrise and sat on the balcony breathing in the fresh air and watching the horses, I felt so calm and relaxed. My family stayed at the Farm house on property and they were very comfortable and conveniently close in proximity. Our rehearsal dinner was hosted at the Saloon, we had BBQ and tiramisu, all terrific! Our guests were so infatuated by the fun, western theme of the Saloon. Our ceremony was beneath the covered pavilion that has a built-in speaker system for the pastor, the backdrop is green pasture and blue sky. Our cocktail hour was also at the saloon, and we received so many compliments from guests regarding the atmosphere, we chose to have served hors d'oeuvres. While we were taking pictures the sweet staff came out and brought us snacks so we did not miss out. Our reception was in the gorgeous ballroom, the beautiful wood and elegant chandelier made for a romantic ambiance. There was plenty of room for all to dance and enjoy themselves. We chose Lasagna and Fettuccini alfredo for dinner and they were divine. We have some handicap family members and found the farm to be very accommodating and accessible to them. We also have children so it was important the venue be family friendly, all the children enjoyed themselves and were very impressed with the kid's corral. The staff were right there holding our hand for the entire process, the day of if I had any question or concern Cam was close by to help. Our cake was very huge and we had some issues cutting it, the staff all came over and assisted us so we did not need to stress over it. We truly were treated like family by all. I would absolutely recommend this vendor for your special day, we will treasure our memories from our wedding weekend at the farm and plan to come back regularly for brunch.

My husband and I were just married here this weekend, and we absolutely loved everything about it. First off, it was one of the only places that gave us plenty of time to set up, rehearse, do the wedding, and tear down & that was about 4 days. Also, it's just a beautifully kept farm with a wonderful and accommodating staff. They have all been so incredibly nice and helpful with the wedding. I recommend this venue for anyone wanting to get married. Pensacola was way too expensive for what you would get, but for Laurel Hill Farm, it was worth every dollar spent. Thank you Laurel Hill Farm!!

True to our roots as a working horse farm, we converted one wing of our stunning brick barn into our exquisite Ballroom, which is perfect for your reception. The Ballroom boasts soaring ceilings with airy skylights and intricate woodwork. We preserved one horse stall in the Ballroom and converted it into the “Stall”- our centrally located bar, furnished with granite countertops. The Ballroom is complete with multiple chandeliers and romantic draping. The Ballroom is fully heated and air-conditioned. White Chiavari chairs, a choice of round or rectangular tables, centerpieces, and linens are included.
Unique to Laurel Hill Farm is the Saloon- a Western-themed full bar serving craft cocktails, beer, wine, and mocktails. The iconic Saloon uses genuine horse saddles as barstools and is guaranteed to impress guests during your cocktail hour and pre-ceremony drink. The Saloon is also available to rent for your Rehearsal Dinner.
Located next to the Saloon is our covered Pavilion. The Pavilion is a beautiful location for your ceremony and features elegant chandeliers and fans for warm weather. Laurel Hill Farm offers multiple custom ceremony sites ranging from our majestic oak tree to our rustic barn doors.
Laurel Hill Farm also offers two on-site lodging options. The first is our unique Bridal Suite built into the second story of our barn with views of the entire property. The second is our designer four-bedroom Farm House, perfect for families staying onsite.
