I loved working with Angela. She was quick to respond and was very organized every step of the way. I especially appreciate that she took the time to speak to me over the phone before the wedding and get all the info on our families, bridal party, and what types of photos we were looking for to capture our day. Our photographer was Jenna and we LOVED working with her. We had the added challenge of a super rainy day and our venue was outside in a tent. Jenna managed to get beautiful pictures and, while it was not what I had imagined, they were perfect. One thing I wanted to make sure of was that we didn't miss cocktail hour (we took pictures between our ceremony and the reception) and Jenna had us all done 30 minutes early! We had time to include some fun photos with family and friends. I was looking for a reasonably priced photographer and was not interested in a videographer for our day. Laurel Hill was one of the few options I could find and it worked out in our favor. Thank you Angela and Jenna!!!

Wow! We had an absolutely amazing experience using Laurel Hill Photography. Angela was booked the day of our wedding, so we were paired with one of her affiliate photographers to shoot the wedding; Jana. Jana was an absolute pleasure to work with. Leading up to the wedding, Angela was very responsive and we had no worries that we were in good hands. The day of our wedding was a bit of a panic with the weather, and we had to make some last minute changes to our photo plans/schedule. Jana was on the ball, and was happy to adjust plans as needed. She did a great job of getting the photos we wanted, as well as the photos we didn't know we wanted! And of course, the photos came out stunning, and were provided to us much quicker than anticipated. We would highly recommend Laurel Hill Photography to anyone looking to capture their wedding, families or other special life moments!!!

We are so happy we went with Laurel Hill for our wedding. Angela, who owns the company but does not shoot for it (she shoots for her other company), was super professional and knowledgeable. She brought her years of experience when we needed it, sharing insights about timeline and other questions that were super helpful to us while planning the day. She responded to emails promptly. Planning things with her was incredibly easy - she runs a well-oiled machine. She was adaptable to our goals and our family’s needs. We also had a pretty tight budget, and Angela worked hard to make sure we got the most out of our time. We never felt pressured to spend more than we could, we instead felt supported in making what we had work. Jana was our day-of shooter, and we absolutely adored her. She was no messing around - helping pin boutonnières right out the gate, fixing dresses, and wrangling wayward family members. She had a great eye during family portraits and moved through our shot list quickly and efficiently. She was totally game to field our last-minute requests (including a group shot of all 100+ of our wedding guests). She was clearly committed to getting as many shots as she could in the time we had for her, following our directions on-the-job for what we wanted most and hustling proactively to make everything happen. She even stayed a little late to grab photos of speeches, which we knew in advance would not be covered by our tight budget. She captured so many sweet moments that we didn’t even know had happened. Apart from being a super hard worker and incredibly professional, Jana was also such a sweet and lovely person. We felt comfortable with her even though we had just met her that day. We got our photos back outrageously quick, just two weeks after our wedding (even though our contract said way longer than that). The shots were beautifully edited: simple and true-to-color. We noticed that a few couples shots (of a family member and his wife) were not included in the gallery, and Angela quickly checked the files to figure out why (lots of squinting!) and added the best one back into the album. Make things easy on yourself and book Laurel Hill ASAP - you’ll be so glad you did.

Laurel Hill (specifically Angela and Jana) were amazing wedding photographers. We used them both for our engagement and wedding day photos. They were prompt in communication and getting photos to us, kind, and extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to any couple!

We cannot say enough about Laurel Hill. We had quite the hiccup after booking with our original photographer, but she was so AMAZING and still prioritized us as clients - she then recommended Laurel Hill and we could not have been happier that she led us to Laurel Hill. Our situation was so unique, and because of that we did not use Laurel Hill for our engagement photos, so we literally met our photographer on our wedding day. Can I just say, Ria from Laurel Hill is AMAZING and she will be your best friend by the end of the night. She was so patient and respectful, and did an amazing job capturing our wedding day from start to finish. She jumped right in, told us what to do, where to go, how to pose, etc in such a fun and engaging way - she made everyone feel so comfortable and natural...which is exactly what we wanted! She did not miss a beat and did not stop until the night was over. She has a true talent and we feel so lucky that our path led to Ria! We are so pleased with the way our wedding photos came out, and we hope someday we find another reason to work with Laurel Hill!

Angela and her team were incredible to work with, throughout the entirety of our planning process to the day of the wedding! Angela was extremely communicative and professional, which made everything so seamless. Jenna was our day of photographer and she did an amazing job! She made us feel so comfortable and captured the most beautiful shots. She listened to every ask and also helped guide us along the way. We were so impressed with our entire gallery. We loved our experience with Laurel Hill!! From the first phone call, I knew Angela & her team were the right ones for the job. She asked great questions to make sure we were both on the same page, and offered for me to view previous photo albums from when they had shot at our venue. Closer to the date she worked with me to solidify the wedding day timeline and gave great advice to make sure everything ran smoothly. The day of, Brittany showed up on time with a big smile and was such a pleasure to work with all day/evening! I love that she asked me my preferred photo angles & inquired about any insecurities I had so that she could take the best possible pictures and make me feel so comfortable. She really went above and beyond her call of duty helping me with my jewelry and veil, and ran the show when it came to taking awesome photos. She tried all sorts of creative things to get unique shots and I am absolutely stunned by how beautiful the pictures came out!! Only three weeks after my wedding I received my full digital album, which is impressive as I have heard of other companies taking way longer. They are highly professional and experts in every way when it comes to weddings. I can't say enough great things about Laurel Hill - truly this was amazing experience and I will cherish these gorgeous photos forever!

Angela & Jenna did the MOST amazing job capturing our wedding day! They were both so organized and did great with our requests to do photos at a few different locations prior to our wedding. They got so many amazing shots of us, the bridal party, and all of our family and friends at the wedding. My only regret was that I didn't book them for more time! We loved the way every picture turned out and got our entire gallery back only 2 weeks after the wedding!! Cannot recommend them enough!

We could not be happier with Angela and Laurel Hill Photography. We had to reschedule twice due to COVID which Angela handled with great understanding and compassion. On our wedding day she was wonderful. Amazing! My photos look like they are from a fairytale! From the first point of contact with the owner, Angela, everything went smoothly. I planned my wedding myself and she was able to help direct me with much of my timeline and planning. Our day of photographer was Jenna. Jenna made us feel super comfortable in front of the camera and was an absolute joy. She directed us so well with positioning and posing. My wedding was December 16th and they turned around our wedding photos in two weeks! I was so excited that even with the Holidays we got our photos back so quickly. The LH team was very responsive throughout our whole experience from the time of inquiry/booking all the way through to getting our photos back. I was very thrilled with my wedding photos!! Our day of photographer, Lorna, was great and made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole day. She was easy going and helped me capture everything I wanted to and I never felt rushed. Even day-of changes, like a first look with my dad, were captured without any issue! If I could give a rating that is more than 5 stars I would! Angela did our engagement photos, and our wedding. We had to cancel because of COVID, and then decided to do a small backyard wedding. I asked her to stop by very last minuet, so I told her that there were no harm if she couldn’t attend! Angela took time out of her family vacation to take our pictures. Not only do I consider her an absolutely wonderful photographer, but she is a lovely person. She made our little backyard wedding into a fantastic day. Everyone who attended our wedding told us what an exceptional person she was. We will be using this company whenever we have an event we want captured. I can’t say enough good things about Laurel Hill. Angela talked me through pricing, their company, and timelines. She was easily reachable by email (possibly phone too but I didn’t need that) and answered back within 24 hours. First we did engagement photos with Laurel Hill. The photographer scheduled for our session unfortunately became ill but Angela worked with me and another photographer (Ria) was kind enough to do our session. Next it was finally wedding time! Angela put together a timeline and tweeked it as needed. The photographer timeline is so important as every vendor pretty much works from it and it keeps the day running smoothly and she did a great job. She also added helpful tips such as be weary of wispy hairs because they can ruin a picture in a breeze. Our photographers the day of we’re Jenn as a main and Erin as a second. They were both great and even picked up sea wood off the beach to get the perfect shots! Most of my bridal party commented on how nice and experienced the photographers were. I love my pictures and will look at them for years to come!

Since my first conversation with Angela, I was hooked. Angela was the photographer for my sisters wedding so I completely trusted her!! She was so helpful with the timeline of the wedding, helping with questions and recommendations of vendors and giving me confidence to do a first look :) The day of Ria was our photographer. Ria is INCREDIBLE!! She was so efficient with getting all of our pictures but even better, she made us feel so comfortable during all the photos. My not so PDA husband was so comfortable getting romantic pictures with Ria as the photographer! Even with all three of us under my veil!!! We had so much fun taking all the pictures! My pictures came less than a month after my wedding. I could not believe I got them so quick and I loved ever single one of the photos! They were better than I could ever of imagined. We had Holly from Laurel Hill and she was just fantastic. She managed to capture every moment from our day brilliantly without being the least bit intrusive. She was flexible, willing to take whatever photos we asked for, and was incredible with my nieces and nephew, so if you have young kids in your pictures, there's no need to worry! We got our gallery just about a month after our wedding and we're so happy with the results. The photos are beautiful and captured our day perfectly! Can't recommend highly enough!

Where do we even begin... From the first time I spoke with Angela on the phone it was evident that she knew weddings and photography, and her calm demeanor and knowledge were like a weight off my shoulders. We immediately booked Laurel Hill! Our original photographer, Kristen (who was amazing), had moved to Florida so we had Ria on our wedding day. From the minute she walked into the house, it felt like we had known her forever! She was so easy going and calming on such a hectic day. She gently made sure that we followed the timeline and made our wedding day go so smoothly. In between those moments she had us laughing. My hair stylist even texted me later to say how nice and laid back our photographer was and she said "You are very lucky!" While all of those things are tremendous, I cannot say enough about the photos. My whole family was in tears looking through them. Ria is so talented and the editing of them was amazing. Each picture I looked at brought me back to the magical day and I cannot even believe how many incredible moments that she captured. Were there 5 of her running around that day?!?! I could not be happier with Laurel Hill Photography!! Everything about our experience (picking the right package, answering question/emails, the entire wedding day) was perfect! Ria was our photographer and she did an absolutely amazing job and captured every moment of our wedding day better then we could have imagined. She was extremely personable and so friendly, we had so much fun working with her throughout the day and night. I was so impressed from the moment she got to our hotel room, everything was pretty chaotic at that point but she knew exactly where to start and I could tell right away how experienced she was. Her attention to detail was flawless and knew how to capture the best moments. During cocktail hour she was extremely diligent and was able to take all of the pictures we wanted plus more with some extra time to be able to join the end of cocktail hour. I also requested to get photos with my husband with the sunset if possible on the wedding timeline questionnaire that we filled out, and she made sure to pull us aside at the reception when the sun was setting so that we could get those pictures with the sunset that we really wanted. She made me us feel so comfortable and relaxed that it didn’t even feel like we were taking pictures, just having fun and enjoying our special day and every photo came out incredible! We cannot thank Ria and Angela enough for such an amazing experience and for creating the wedding album of our dreams. Definitely recommend Laurel Hill Photography 110% !!

Ria was the most amazing photographer! She showed up ready to go and with such a friendly personality ! She was the only photographer the day of the wedding and i didn’t even have time to worry for a second if she got all the photos I could dream of for my wedding because she was already ten steps ahead of me. Our pictures are perfect! I am so happy with how they came out, I can't stop looking at them! 2 photographers was a must have for us and their prices were reasonable to fit in our budget. They were also reasonable compared to other photographers based on what we were looking for. I was in contact with Angela and she was so nice and always quick to answer emails and any questions we had. Holly and Sarah were our photographers and they were amazing. They were so easy to work with and funny too! This made things go so smoothly, sometimes it can be awkward to be photographed with all the different poses and such but Holly and Sarah made this so easy to do. When we did our pictures during cocktail hour, they were quick, got it done, and got all the pictures we asked for, this way our wedding party could enjoy some of cocktail hour! Great prices and we are very happy!

Laurel Hill Photography did a great job for us and our wedding. Angela was very easy to reach and helped us greatly in the planning process. On the day of the wedding Jen was professional and helpful. Our pictures were ready quickly and we are pleased with how they came out.

My husband and I got married down the Cape at the end of June and Kristen was our photographer. Kristen captured our wedding day perfectly. Even though it was raining and windy and we could not take photos down by the water like I had hoped, Kristen found a great spot by the garden and the photos came out so pretty. Our wedding gallery was shared with us promptly and all the photos came out absolutely beautiful! I had to change my wedding package the week before to add more time and they were happy to do that. Angela at Laurel Hill was by far the best vendor I had for my March 2018 Newport wedding. I was a clueless bride reaching out to her last summer. She was so helpful and patient that I booked her on the spot and she has exceeded my expectations since. She promptly scheduled my engagement shoot and we loved her photos. I was so glad to have her there on my wedding day. She fit in perfectly with my family - they all loved her! She not only took amazing photos and captured our true happiness, but she was also there for all those small day of details - almost like a second MOH or a wedding planner. The girls from Laurel Hill were beyond amazing. They were friendly and personable. The time spent taking pictures felt just right. We were even able to join cocktail hr for a half hr! I have had professional pictures taken of me before & I wasn't very impressed. When I looked through the photographs in our preview & 900 pictures of the full album from our wedding, I was breathless! Laurel Hill are by far the best photographers I have ever met! My coworkers, friends & family saw the preview album & were very impressed as well. One of my coworkers daughters just got married recently in the winter. She said to me, "I wish we knew about your photographers & booked with them instead of the photographer we hired!" We are so thrilled with how the pictures came out. They really capture our love the day of the wedding. Would I recommend Laurel Hill to family & friends? Of course! In fact, my second cousin will be using Laurel Hill for their upcoming wedding this year. Great work ladies!! The photos from our wedding came out better then either my husband or I could imagine. The entire process was so easy especially for this being a destination wedding. Laurel Hill truly captured all the love and laughter that was our wedding and I couldn't be happier with how the images came out. From the moment we called and talked to Angela, we knew this was the photography studio that we wanted to use. Her enthusiasm, kindness, knowledge and detail was recognized immediately. She was very professional but also very warm and knowledgeable. Angela was very easy to correspond with, anytime we emailed her she was very prompt at getting back to us that day. As a bride, I couldn't be happier with our wedding photos from Laurel Hill!!! Angela was amazing from start to finish, from giving us beautiful ideas for our first look location as well as the best places to get shots all around our venue. She even took the time to make me a perfectly timed out schedule of the day, which took a huge weight off my shoulders! Our photographer on the day, Brittany, was unbelievable. She was not just a photographer, she went above and beyond, helping as a stylist, personal assistant, comedian, it was incredible! She did all she could to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. It was also immensely helpful to have her keep everyone staying on track time wise- she was a huge help to keep the day organized. Now that we have the photos, they are even more beautiful than I could have hoped for. I can't thank the entire team enough from not only adding so much to our amazing day but for giving us gorgeous photos we will have forever!
