I was truly wowed by these flowers. Laurie understood my vision, suggested we work with Quicksand roses and boy was I in love! She truly over delivered - our sweetheart table was INSANITY and the chuppah was beyond my wildest dreams. I had a traditional Orthodox Jewish wedding and Laurie took so much care and effort to learn about the traditions and make sure she executed my badecken perfectly. Laurie is easy to work with, eager to make tweaks and changes to fit your vision and offer her opinions, and reasonably priced. Flowers are expensive, no doubt. However, Laurie is an absolute ARTIST and you are 100% getting the best of the best at a competitive price. I also love that Laurie has done the Indian Trail Club so many times. Laurie was able to tell me exactly what I needed and didn’t need at the venue and made my job sooooo much easier when it came to planning. She communicates with ITC and you really don’t have to do anything other than take a deep breath and trust that you’re in excellent hands with Laurie and her team at Laurelwood Designs. They even handled some significant communication issues with our church like true professionals and got the job done there as well. We would love to work with Laurelwood again in the future!!!

We decided our floral plan months out but I had a few large changes a month or two before the wedding. Laurie easily adjusted our plan and made it work! No challenge is too big for Laurie and her team. Our guests were raving about our ceremony flowers, reception flower and entrance flowers all night! The flowers helped light up the ballroom and added the colorful touch we needed. In addition, both Laurie and her team were extremely easy to work with and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. From the staircase, ceremony arch, escort table arrangement and reception arrangements everything was done to perfection! Not only did everything turn out absolutely gorgeous and beyond my wildest expectations, but she also gave consistently smart and thoughtful recommendations that enhanced the experience. For example, she had the brilliant idea of using my reception centerpieces to line the aisle so I wouldn’t have to pay for both aisle decor AND centerpieces. The arch flowers were then repurposed for our sweetheart table. In addition to creating all of our floral arrangements, she handled every aspect of my ceremony decor, including coordinating the staging (which she covered in white fabric), the pipe & drape, the arch and aisle runner. Standing on that platform during our vows -- with the lighting and white backdrop — seriously felt like we were in a cloud or a dream. Laurie is an absolute master at what she does. When you hire her, you are not just hiring someone to sell you flowers, but -- more importantly -- an expert who will guide you every step of the way towards the gorgeous wedding of your dreams. Hiring Laurie will be the best investment you will make for your wedding.

I couldn't find a single picture of what I imagined the flowers to look like, I just had to describe to her the image in my head and she NAILED IT. It was perfect. Big white flowers with rainbow baby breath peaking out. Perfection. I felt like a literally Disney princess with all the flowers. I would never stop recommending Laurie.

I knew her standard client had a more traditional vision than I did, but she eagerly jumped in to planning colorful, wild and unique florals for my wedding. When the sample wasn’t exactly what I had in mind, Laurie was happy to amend the designs with new colors and types of flowers, and the florals at the wedding were perfect! My bouquet was ENORMOUS and gorgeous, and the chuppah, centerpieces and venue decorations were exactly what I pictured. She also reused the flowers from the chuppah and built a sweetheart table installation at no additional cost. I was thrilled to work with her and would absolutely recommend her!
