She did a fantastic job! I told her I wanted a natural look, and she really did a great job making my makeup look natural but still beautiful for pictures. My bridesmaids wanted a more glamorous look which she also delivered on, so she can do it all. I highly recommend!

Lauren and her team were so nice and did such a beautiful job! Leading up to the wedding, there were some times that they were hard to get in touch with but it ultimately all worked out! On the day of the wedding, they were so fun to be around and made everyone (including my grandmother) look and feel beautiful. The first hair stylist accidentally left before doing the allotted number of girls I paid for, but the second hair stylist took over and still managed to get everyone done on time! All of the girls looked amazing all night, and we all received so many compliments. Definitely would recommend booking Lauren and her team for your wedding!

Lauren and her team did hair and makeup for me (bride) and both moms for my Indian wedding and reception, and they did a fantastic job! Before my hair and makeup trial, I sent Lauren ideas and inspiration photos of what I wanted, and she made my vision a reality on both the trial day and my wedding day. Lauren and her team made my girls and I look and feel beautiful on my wedding day! On the day of the wedding Lauren and her team were extremely prompt and kept everyone on schedule, allowing us to all breathe easy and not stress throughout the wedding morning. At my trial she recommended I get hair extensions I was on the fence about and wow was she right! They completely elevated the look and with Lauren's expertise I looked and felt like royalty. Hair and Makeup- Lauren Berlingeri - 10/10. Lauren is so sweet and everyone who works with her is too! She was super accommodating with the many changes in increasing and decreasing the number of services from when we booked her. My mom and I did a trial in July and she let us push the final amount of services deadline until after we had the trial. Day of she was just as kind- prompt, professional and my hair and makeup lasted all day and all night. My hair actually lasted a whole shower later too!

Lauren is the ABSOLUTE BEST HMUA ever!! There is not a doubt in my mind that she was the perfect HMUA for my wedding. So starting from the beginning, I was searching on instagram for HMUAs and Lauren had done 2 of my mutual friends (one of them was my old college roommate who does really amazing makeup so I knew that was a good sign). I had a trial with her in December 2022 and guys, it was so pretty. I even had my save the date photoshoot right after and I was outside like 4+ hours in the cold and wind and that makeup did not budge. I didn't even want to take it off when we got home because it was so nice. Fast forward to my wedding weekend (we had a catholic/filipino wedding and an indian wedding). Lauren and her team were with us for 3 days and 4 looks for me. I had a party of 4-5 people getting makeup. We were waking up very early like 2:00AM/2:30AM but Lauren and her team were so friendly and so easy to talk to. A definite must for me since 1) it's so early before the sun was even up 2) you need good vibes for your big day. I had 4 looks for the wedding. I was able to do different makeup looks every day with different color eyeshadows, different lip colors, even different eyeliner looks. I did Hollywood waves (using Bellami extensions), a braided side pony, a bun, and a half up half down number with a tiara. She can literally do anything and everything and you can definitely have it all. I would 110% recommend Lauren as your HMUA. She's bubbly and super nice and will make you feel even more beautiful than you ever thought you could. Honestly, at the end of the wedding weekend, we really did become friends because she's just that great. You better book her ASAP because she's a superstar.

Lauren and her team traveled up to Hudson, NY for my NYE wedding. I can’t say enough good things about her, her team and their work. She made me look absolutely beautiful. She listened to what I wanted and perfectly executed my look. She did and incredible job on MOB/MOG and the bridesmaids loved their looks as well (done by Nikita “Nunu” and Yanell). Lauren and her team were absolutely amazing on my wedding day 10/29/23. I had 2 trials with her over the summer since I has very indecisive on my look for my wedding day. Lauren was very responsive and easy to schedule with, both trials were great! On the wedding day she did such an amazing job, she really took her time to make my hair and makeup look PERFECT! She is truly so sweet and amazing at her job, she even stayed to do touch ups and change my hair for my second ceremony/reception. I have never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day, I am so grateful to have found her. I didn’t have any issues with Lauren but she wouldn’t reply to some of my emails that I sent which was frustrating. I asked for updated pricing twice and only got it the morning of my wedding. That being said, her prices are incredibly reasonable and I would still work with her and team again. Stef who did my make up was incredible. It held up all day and the only touch up I had to do was my lipstick! I loved the way I looked all night even at the after party which is all I truly could ask for. She looked at my photos from my trial and made some suggestions for changes that really made me feel my best that day. Stef was so great to work with and I hope I have the opportunity to work with her again.

Lauren and her team were fabulous. We had our wedding on 9/29/23 in Middletown, NY. Lauren is so sweet, gentle, and supportive. I really had no idea what I wanted for my hair, so Lauren worked with me to figure out the perfect style and she came up with the most gorgeous look! My hair was so perfect, literally like out of a magazine. And all my girls looked incredible! Looking at pictures, I do not even recognize myself. I booked her for hair after I had already found a MUA for my wedding day but I do believe her and her team would have been great with makeup as well just based off of photos from past brides. Lauren was the sweetest during my trial and was so easy to talk to and so talented. She perfected my boho bridal bun vision I had for my wedding day and my trial and I was so thrilled with how it came out and stayed in place all night! She also did my moms trial ahead of the wedding day, because my mom was concerned with the texture of her hair and thinness about how it would come out and she offered advice for her and was able to pull off a look she loved. Lauren is the BEST. No exaggeration. I had a diverse bridal party and Lauren and her hair and makeup team were A1. Every single bridesmaid was absolutely floored by the hair and makeup team. Not only did they get their hair and makeup exactly like what the brides maids wanted, but they were also a vibe to hang and chill with. Not to mention sooooo chill with doing touch ups on hair and makeup especially when we decided to practice some line dances and got all sweaty jumping around. LOL But as the Bride, I cannot even express how thankful and shocked I was with how Lauren made me look like a literal Goddess. I never wear makeup a lot and I’ve always been super insecure about my looks and with the stress of wedding planning it definitely exacerbated my body dysmorphia. But on my wedding day… It was probably the first time I thought that I looked truly gorgeous. Some people say you never look better than you do on your wedding day and Lauren made that happen for me. I did a makeup and hair trial with her probably 8 months before my wedding and I was iffy about the hair and wanted a second hair trial but I was too busy to book one before the wedding. So I came in anxious and sent Lauren so many inspo pics of the vibe i wanted for my hair. I have no idea what I was worried about because damn it came out better than any pinterest inspo pic I had found. And she was so calm and comforting even though I had blasted her phone with all those pinterest pics haha. Also during the makeup and hair trial let me tell you, she makes you feel so comfortable to be around that you end up pouring your heart out to her. Definitely the added therapy session I needed LOL. There is nothing bad I can say about Lauren and her team they were perfect! Every thing you want in a hair and makeup team! And deff the kinda people that can vibe with you for 6 hours. Also for the brides out there worried about the blush being too much?? It’s not. TRUST ME that Lauren knows what she’s doing. My photos looked spectacular, and yes she was right the blush fades first BUT it’s worth it for those first look and ceremony pics. BUT THE MAKEUP AND HAIR get BETTER as the night goes on! I kept getting compliments that “how are you getting hotter” “ how does your hair and makeup look even better now”. Like my makeup stayed till I took it off early the next morning. It survived crying and sweating and a little bit of rain. My hair had never looked better and even though i had it down the whole time, there was no birds nest mess at the end of the night my hair stayed so perfect. Glam and flow-y. Also I am not one to put lipstick on so obviously I forgot to reapply the personal lippy that she left me. But just like my makeup and hair, my lip color stayed strong through all the kisses and shots taken. Book her you won’t regret it!

Lauren and her team did the hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and bridesmaids and they all looked FABULOUS! Lauren is super easy to work with and accommodated changes during my trial. I wasn't used to wearing so much makeup but now looking at my wedding photos, it looked so natural and beautiful on camera. I went for Hollywood waves and Lauren suggested getting extensions to make it look fuller. I kept getting compliments all night about how glamorous I looked and can't thank Lauren and her team enough for making me and my bridal party look like queens!

Not only did Lauren and her team do an absolutely FABULOUS job with me and my bridal party’s makeup and hair, but they all came in, and you’d think we had all been friends for years! She made me and my favorite ladies feel so comfortable, and BEAUTIFUL! Our makeup and hair lasted the entire evening, and I danced the night away in August with a Hollywood wave style hairdo. Her products are clean, organized, and can match any skin tone. She worked beautifully with my spray tan. I had a trial with her, about a month before the wedding. She asked me if I’d like anything changed, and while I did not have any major changes, the little details I did have notes for, were changed with PERFECTION on the wedding day. I have never felt so beautiful and so calm, as I did on my wedding day with her as my artist. I can’t wait to get all my photos back and relive this beautiful day. I owe my confidence to her artistry! I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and book this talented team!

Lauren was phenomenal. As a South Asian bride, it was important for me to find someone who did makeup to match my skin tone well and was familiar with jewelry setting. Lauren did not disappoint!! She was on time, extremely professional, so patient, and above all very kind. I would recommend her in a heart beat.

Working with Lauren for my wedding was very challenging. I would not suggest her for any South Asian bride. My worst memories from my wedding are actually having to get ready because I never felt like she had my best interest and she is not trained for South Asian brides. There are countless occasions where she made me feel bad for what I wanted because its not what most brides want. For one of my looks she did a high pony that I hated and told me only confident girls can pull off this look - just not how you talk to a bride. She is also worried about the time and effort certain looks take for her and will make you feel bad if you don't like something. She also failed completely with Indian outfits and my family ended up fixing everything she did. Additionally, we were 1 hour late since she couldn't get a simple net dupatta right which meant I had to skip my family photos. No South asian bride should have to deal with the stress that she caused on my wedding day. Overall, I spent my time getting ready with her managing her emotions. While she may be good at American brides, she really failed for a South Asian bride.

Lauren is so so sweet and was fun to chat with during my trial and the wedding day. And she is SO Talented. I loved my makeup! I don’t wear a ton of makeup but she was able to glam me up in a way that made me feel beautiful. I loved how she did my eye makeup especially, and my husband loved the eyelashes. She did individual eyelashes and it looked so realistic on me! It also lasted all day in the summer heat and tears! I also really wanted a side braid, providing lots of inspiration, and she made created a braid even prettier than any of the Pinterest examples! Everyone told me how much I looked like a princess! And I felt like it! She pulled it off and did it on schedule. My bridesmaids and mom also loved their makeup and the hair with her assistant Joanna who was SO fast! We finished ahead of schedule! I would definitely book her again! Her prices for weddings were also reasonable compared to many others I had received quotes from.

Lauren was so great to work with. She made it so easy-- she was easy-going, clear with communication, and fun to have in the room while we were all getting ready! She is truly an artist with her hair and makeup skills. She was able to make everyone (young and old) look and feel amazing, tailoring to our different needs and wants. And everything stayed late into the night, even through sweating buckets and dancing for hours!

She really listened to my wants and needs, and gave helpful input based on my inspiration photos. After my trial, I sent her a few adjustments and she was completely receptive to everything! She truly went above and beyond to make my day special and make sure my hair and makeup were exactly how I envisioned. My bridesmaids and all the women were stunning and truly pleased with their results as well. The team was extremely kind, fun to be around, and worked unbelievably fast! Not only did all of our hair and makeup turn out perfect, but we had a blast along the way thanks to Lauren and her team. I would absolutely recommend her and use her and her team again if the special occasion arises.

Lauren is the absolute best! A plus is that she is she affordable but she uses all high end makeup and does an amazing job. She perfected full glam makeup but still made it feel/look so natural. She is great to consult with and is patient with anything you want to ask/try. NOT TO MENTION SHE IS THE SWEETEST PERSON EVER!!! Her team was the best too! They were able to get 9 girls ready even before schedule. Some girls were finished with hair and makeup by 9 am and until midnight their hair and makeup lasted. They created amazing, relaxing vibes while everyone got ready and really started the wedding day off on the right foot. I would recommend Lauren to anyone for any bridal/special event glam needs!

Oh my gosh, my hair and makeup with Lauren was AMAZING! I got multiple compliments on my makeup, including from my wedding coordinator who sees brides all the time. I even gave my coordinator Lauren's contact info for her own wedding! She also did a stunning job doing my mother's makeup, and her assistant Simona did a fabulous job on my bridesmaids as well. I am so glad I went with her!

Lauren was very easy to work with and her prices were beyond reasonable. I loved my trial, but the day of I asked for a few changes she executed my vision to perfection. Lauren Berlingeri is a fantastic vendor to work with in Northern NJ! As someone who does not have much experience with hair and makeup and had a semi-large bridal party (8 bridesmaids and 3 mothers/mother-in-laws), I was concerned about finding a makeup artist at a reasonable cost and who could accommodate a variety of women's preferences and needs. Lauren and her team provided amazing hair and makeup services, as well as a really fun and pleasant atmosphere to get started on the morning of the wedding. Lauren and her team were very calm, timely, flexible with each girl, and everyone was so happy by the time it was time to leave. Lauren was INCREDIBLE. She was communicative, sent me a number of photos from her portfolio and video called with me, drove to my house for both my engagement shoot and wedding hair and makeup trial, and was all around extremely talented with both white and South Asian women hair and skin. All you need to know is I took a number of photos in the heat, wind, and rain (it was quite the day), yet never needed powder or hairspray touch-ups. HIRE HER!

From the day I first contacted Lauren till the moment I walked down the aisle, she was easy to talk to and made sure I both looked and felt my best. I did a trial with her wich is a great idea as we had something to start with and tweak based off of for the big day. I was most worried about staying on time to be ready for pictures and making sure my mom, a tomboy like me, felt her best too. EVERYTHING was perfect, everyone looked beautiful and best of all our hair and makeup held all night long. You can't go wrong with Lauren as your stylist!

I had a bridal hair and makeup trial with Lauren back in December and was blown away. I was even more blown away on the actual wedding date. My hair and makeup looked flawless and stayed in place all night. My bridesmaids looked incredibly beautiful too. Lauren knows exactly what products to use on a variety of skin types and tones. So much skill and attention to detail. She brought two other team members with her and they were amazing too. Everyone loved their looks.
