Lauren was communicative throughout the process, and my stylist Erica arrived promptly for both the trial and day-of services. It took a few tries to get the day-of look close to what I wanted, but in the end it turned out well, and the other women with me enjoyed their looks also.

lauren's crew was AMAZING! i had 10 bridesmaids and 2 additional mothers, everyone had different hair-types and requested different styles and they pulled it off seamlessly. my hair also looked amazing :) erica is especially good with curls!

Lauren was extremely helpful from the moment I reached out to her about finding a make up and hair stylist for my wedding day. She provided 2 women who went above and beyond during the trail and one our wedding day.

Lauren is such a STAR. From the trial she was very thoughtful, professional and warm - and guided me through my indecisiveness. After a harrowing experience trying to get an appointment with a stylist and having someone refuse to do my hair on the spot in person, my wedding coordinator connected me with Lauren maybe about a month before my wedding. She was kind and empathetic to my nervous state (weddings are anxiety inducing- kindness and care matter!!!), knowledgeable about my hair's needs and connected me with Natatsha for my hair trial quickly. Natasha was warm, funny and helped me achieve my dream bridal look effortlessly. She also taught me how to maintain the look and gave me ideas for experimenting with the extensions she used after the wedding. I had a long hairstory of shame and derision from stylists and I was very nervous about this aspect of the wedding day- Lauren and Natasha made the say a dream instead of the nightmare I had in my head. I can't thank or recommend them enough!!!

My trial with Lauren was amazing and I knew she’d be perfect for my wedding day. Lauren did my hair, my mom and my sister and we all looked perfect. I can’t thank her enough!!!

Lauren is such a pro. On the day, her calm and cheerful attitude was so reassuring and professional. She spent extra time on my (the bride) hair to make it exactly perfect. I also loved my color which she did a couple weeks before. You will not be disappointed. She’s the best!

Lauren's team was absolutely wonderful. I looked hard for hair and makeup that didn't feel too "done" or too stereotypical bridal — and they totally delivered. My bridal party was also thrilled, including my mom who never wears makeup or does her hair. They're also really cool people :)

Lauren was so amazing to work with and so talented. During the trial period I didn't exactly know what style I wanted to run with on my wedding day, but with Lauren's experience, we came up with a gorgeous hair style. My bridesmaids all have different hair types from very thick and curly to pin straight and Lauren was able to work with each of them and achieve the style they were aiming for. Everyone was exceptionally happy with how their hair came out, plus it held up to hours of dancing.

Lauren was absolutely incredible. I got married in the height of Covid at the end of last year and Lauren made everything as seamless as possible. We hopped on a call and chatted about what I wanted, shared my vision board of hairstyles - I felt so comfortable going into the day especially as it was not practical to have a hair trial last December. Lauren created an amazing look for me - everything I wanted (she gave me the middle part of my dreams) and even helped with final flourishes when I wanted to add a little bit of net to the style on top of the two headbands, one which was vintage from my husband's family (something borrowed) and a newer piece i picked up. Can't recommend Lauren enough. Don't think twice!

Lauren is fantastic! She made me and my mother look stunning on my wedding day. We had so much fun getting ready with her and she ensured I had the exact look that I was going for, which she helped me figure out during my trial run (during which she helpfully showed me several potential options to help me narrow it down). She also was super flexible as things changed due to COVID-19 and I was comforted by her precautionary measures to ensure everyone's safety. I am much delayed in writing this review, but because of that I can say that over a year later I am still getting compliments about my hair and friends have asked me for Lauren’s contact information -- be it for their wedding or their friend's wedding. I couldn't have asked for more!

Lauren is such an amazingly talented and professional hairdresser!!! I reached out to her after seeing her pictures on the knot. She was amazing from the start. I hadn't had my hair done in over a year due to Covid and my usual hairdresser was no longer available. Not only did I have a hair trial, she was able to help me get my color/highlights back to my usual blonde before the wedding. She timed it perfectly so that I didn't have any roots on my wedding day. The day of she was all ready and set up waiting for us at the venue with a big smile. She is exceptional at styling. Everyone loved chatting with her and especially their hair!

Lauren is a talented artist, experienced professional, and awesome person. Lauren and her assistant, Sunny, did hair for me and my seven bridesmaids on my wedding day. Each style was unique and beautiful. I was in love with my wedding day hair - so much so that I had my husband take one last photo of my hair before taking out the bobby pins even though we already had tons from the wedding. We tried several styles during my trial, which was great to see different options. I then altered my wedding plans twice due to covid and even switched my dress. Lauren worked with me seamlessly through it all. When it came to wedding day, I had full trust in her. She’s got a great eye for what looks good and executes impeccably. Lauren also did my first highlights leading up to the wedding and I’ve gotten so many compliments. In addition to doing an absolutely amazing job on our hair, Lauren has a great energy and I was so glad to have her there on my wedding day!

Lauren is fantastic!! I had originally booked Lauren for my wedding prior to the pandemic. We hit it off instantaneously, she felt like someone I had known for many years, not just a few hours. During the trial she was extremely thorough and tried several different styles to get a firm understanding of my vision. This was key for me as I have been to trials where the stylist did one hair style and called it a day. Between her personality, attention to detail and talent I knew I wanted Lauren to be my wedding hairstylist, so I booked her immediately following the trial. Unfortunately due to Covid my wedding plans obviously were extremely alerted and I was unable to have Lauren do my hair the day of my wedding however we worked together very closely for months leading up to it to make sure my color and cut were perfect for the day of. She gave me tips and tricks to make sure I was prepared for the day of and even followed up to see how my day was. I would HIGHLY recommend Lauren to any bride looking for an authentic, honest, lovely and extremely talented stylist for the day of their wedding.

It was such a pleasure working with Lauren every step of the way. From my first haircut with her, to the wedding hair trial, to my color, Lauren was amazing. I could tell how much she cared about making me look and feel my best. Lauren did my color for my small 11 person wedding (plans changed due to covid), and I was so happy with how my hair turned out. The best ever! Lauren came highly recommended to me through the makeup artist I chose for my wedding day and once I met her I knew I made the right choice. We met to do a trial and she went through several very different options with ease and helped me narrow down the look I loved the best. Leading up to the day she was always easy to communicate with and patient with my always changing timeline. She even arrived early and I am so grateful she was there to spend the morning and day with us because she was a constant source of calm on a crazy day. Lauren did my hair, my two maids of honors, and even my mom who originally was not in the plan. Lauren didn’t hesitate when my mom needed her help last minute and did an amazing job. We all have different types of hair and weren’t sure how our desired looks would each turn out based on our hair, but myself and my girls are still talking about how much we wish Lauren could do our hair everyday. She is so talented!! Lauren stayed with us leading up to our ceremony so she was there for our first look and she made sure my hair was perfect in every single photo. Our hair lasted throughout the long day and into the late night and still looked perfect. My wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without Lauren, she is truly the best!!!!!

Lauren is an extremely talented hair stylist - she got my look down to exactly what i wanted! It’s like she read my mind! She gave me Recommendations on how I could make my hair look it’s best on my wedding day, such as haircut, etc. she really cares about making her brides look amazing! I had her there with me for the Photos up until the ceremony , which was so worth it, because she made my hair look spot on for all the photos! I highly recommend this. She even saw that my dad‘s hair was blowing crazy from a fan, so she put some hairspray in his hair too to keep it on point. He loved this ! She is a perfectionist and will make you look perfect !

Lauren is the absolute best. She is so incredibly experienced and talented and knows hair like no-one else! I was all over the place with what I thought would look good and she spent SO much with me on my trial and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted. She is also so fun and it was amazing to have her there while we were getting ready. I ended up deciding to do 2 different hairstyles and had Lauren come to the venue with me and stay until the reception which was the best decision. Not only did she come on photos and make sure my hair looked perfect for all of them, but she was just so amazing and helpful to have there - she was like another bridesmaid! She is a wedding pro and was awesome to have, I highly recommend having her stay for the day, it’s super reasonable and definitely worth it. Luckily, I’ll be seeing more of Lauren - I’m going to keep going to her for haircuts (and I live in Boston)…traveling is definitely worth it for her!

Lauren was incredible from my hair trail to my wedding day! I had a trial with her about 6 months before my wedding, and she really took the time to get to know me and learn about wedding details. The day of the wedding, she styled my hair, as well as my bridesmaids. She was early, professional, and super friendly. Everyone was so happy with how their hair turned out! Lauren essentially saved the day when my original hair plan fell flat! She was so accommodating with my crazy schedule, and everything was a conversation - no rushing, even given one months notice from my actual wedding!!! MY BAD!! Lauren is so incredibly kind, and that radiates through her work! Not only is she one in a million when it comes to personality, she is beyond talented. A true artist who takes to her craft as naturally and as effortlessly as a honey bee to it’s hive. Watching her work was like sitting in the audience of a ballet. Lauren was definitely one of my favorite vendors. She is not only talented hair stylist, but extremely patient and the perfectionist any bride would want for her wedding day. I got married on a windy day in November and took pictures outside before the ceremony. A 10ft veil on a windy day can definitely be a challenge. It was completely worth it to pay Lauren to join me the day of to not only fix my hair between photos but to make sure my updo was still intact and beautiful before starting the reception. I couldn’t be happier with Lauren’s professionalism (and personality!).

Lauren was amazing. She took her time and was a perfectionist when it came to my happiness and the hair style I was going for. We spent hours at my trial going over every possible look she and I wanted, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Not only that, Lauren didn't need to butcher my hair to get the results we wanted, so I had damage-free hair the next day! Highly Recommend!

Lauren is absolutely incredible. I cannot say enough great things about her! I was one of seven bridesmaids in my friend’s wedding, and she did an amazing job. We all loved her! She created the perfect look for me and was really great about talking through what I had in mind so that we were completely on the same page. Lauren is amazing! I currently live in California, and have never found a hair dresser that works magic on my hair like Lauren does - so I fly to NYC every now and then to have her do my highlights and cut. For my wedding in Italy, I couldn't think of anyone else to be with me during my 3-day event. She is very professional, and took all of my visions beyond what i could have ever imagined. She is a miracle worker & made me feel so beautiful during my wedding weekend.

Lauren is absolutely incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend her to every bride!! She’s friendly, warm and communicative, but definitely a PRO when it comes to hair. During my trial, she was patient, trying a few different looks and hair extensions until we found the perfect look! The week before my wedding, she did an AMAZING color correction for hair color that I had done elsewhere and now I won’t get my hair colored by anyone except Lauren! I had never done extensions before, but knew I wanted them for my wedding. Lauren walked me through the entire process and explained the different types of options available. She then purchased, cut, and colored my extensions to match my hair. I essentially had custom made extensions for my wedding day that I LOVE and get to keep forever! On the day of, she was right on time (for a 7am start!) and did hair for me, MOB, MOG and 5 bridesmaids. Everyone looked amazing and I still get compliments on how great my hair looked that day! Most importantly, she was extremely patient with my mother who struggles with thinning hair. I cannot say enough good things about how kind, compassionate, and graceful Lauren was during a difficult day for my mom and how Lauren went above and beyond to make my mom look and feel beautiful! She’s truly amazing!! Book her now before someone else does!!

Lauren was wonderful to work with. During our trial, she was very flexible with scheduling , super welcoming, and offered up advice and direction on the hair styles I was thinking of doing in the nicest way! The day of the wedding, she was punctual, helpful and my hair style came out perfect. Going to start right away by saying how much I loved working with Lauren! I did a trial with her several months prior to the wedding and we clicked instantly. She makes you feel so comfortable in her chair and is easy to talk to. When I saw the completed hairstyle (a beautiful braided up do) I wanted to book her right away! On the big day Lauren was responsible for styling myself, fives bridesmaids, and my mother. I let my girls pick whatever hairstyle they wanted since it was very important to me everyone feel beautiful and feel like themselves. That's seven different hairstyles, and seven different hair textures--from a near buzzcut to adding in long extensions. Quite simply, Lauren knocked it out of the park!! Especially with my mother. Her hair is short, curly, and very prone to frizz. My mother's up-do was the best her hair has ever looked. Lauren made to sure to work with her curl pattern as opposed to fighting it, and the results were flawless. Everyone LOVED their hairstyles and they lasted throughout the afterparty (lots of sweating, some mild humidity). I cannot say enough good things about Lauren! Her punctuality, professionalism, and skill are all 10/10. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to Lauren!

I could not have been happier with my decision to book Lauren for my June wedding! She was great from the moment I met her through my hair trials and throughout the morning of my wedding day. Lauren took the time to listen and work with me as I tried to make a decision on a hairstyle for the day and would respond quickly when I had any questions. She was super organized with scheduling girls (wedding party of 8) and arrived early enough to get us all done with time to spare. On the morning of the wedding, Lauren and her assistant made all of the girls feel super comfortable sharing what they had in mind for their hair and most importantly, the hairstyles came out GREAT! My hair (as well as the other girls' hair) stayed in tact throughout the day. So impressed with Lauren's work!!

Lauren was awesome! She did an amazing job not only on me, but also my bridesmaids. I first did a trial with her in order to assess my hair and figure out what would look good on me. I am a very indecisive person, but Lauren gave me professional amazing advice. She was very communicative, especially days before my wedding. She created a schedule to help me manage my time well. Additionally, she arrived on time during my wedding day and was able to finish on time. Lauren did a great job on me and my bridesmaids and I was so happy with the outcome. Lauren was so wonderful to work with for my wedding! Not only was she reasonably priced she was very talented and super sweet. We did a few trials bc I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and Lauren was so patient. She did so many different looks and worked with me until I felt confident. She also did my cut and color before the wedding which was amazing. My color was so rich and natural looking, really added to my wedding day hair. The extensions she got were super natural looking as well, people couldn't even tell I had any in! Lauren was such a joy to work with and made me feel and look beautiful on my wedding day. Great experience! Lauren was recommended to me from a friend. We had a trial 2 months before the wedding so we could make sure that we were both on the same page. I had expressed to her that I had my heart set on extensions and she went above and beyond to research, find and go out of her way to get them.. On the day of the wedding, she arrived early and made the day stress free! She did the brides hair along with 3 bridesmaids and the mother of the bride. Lauren works great under pressure and My hair was amazing on my wedding day. She really is the best of the best! She made sure everyone got exactly what they wanted and everyone looked so beautiful. Choosing Lauren as my hairdresser for the most important day of my life was one of the greatest decisions I made. I was lucky enough to have known her for 10+ years as we went to high school together. She was honestly my first and only choice. I have seen the work she does and I knew she would take perfect care of me. She understood exactly what I wanted and executed perfectly. Lauren is amazing!!! I couldn't have imagined the day without her. I have difficult hair -- thick, curly, and way past my shoulders! I can say without exaggeration that she styled my hair the best it's ever looked -- so glad it happened to be on my wedding day! She handled everything like a pro, and is a complete doll to work with. She literally got back from Paris Fashion Week days before my wedding and did me, my mom, and 4 bridesmaids all perfectly and on time. Seriously, don't think twice, hire Lauren!! As a sidenote, she showed me a variety of styles at our trial and they were all to die for! I thought an updo was out of the question because they all tend to look really heavy on me due to the weight of my hair. I ended up wearing it down, but I was so impressed how she did that perfectly as well!

Lauren did a fantastic job. She was very accommodating. . Every detail was truly spectacular. Everyone loved my hair. I got compliments all night. She also did my flower girl. Who loooked so cute. Lauren did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out on my wedding day (and my frizzy curls aren't easy to work with!) Lauren styled my hair on several occasions prior to my wedding, and I was extremely happy with the results every time. Lauren is great to work with - sweet, friendly, and down to earth. Just make sure to clarify pricing, and find out about any potential extra charges (i.e. for a trim the day of the wedding.)

I travelled to New York in June for my wedding. I contacted Lauren via email and she was very responsive and helpful. I didn't have time for a trial in New York before the wedding but we discussed over email the styles I was interested in, I did have a trial at home and sent photos to Lauren to give her an idea of what I wanted. I also spoke with Lauren before I travelled and she was so reassuring. On the day she came to my hotel and was so lovely and friendly, I loved what she did with my hair, it looked better than the trial I'd had and the style looked sleek all day. Everyone who has seen the photos has mentioned how lovely the style was. I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough, I only wish I lived nearer to her so she could style my hair again!

There are no words to describe how incredible it was to work with Lauren! I had a very particular idea of how I wanted to have my hair for my wedding. Before I met Lauren, I did two hair trials with women who were highly recommended. While they did a fine job, I just didn't feel like my hair had the WOW factor that I was looking for for my wedding. Then, I connected with Lauren...During our trial, Lauren took 10x more time prepping my hair for an updo. She blow-dried my hair first, then applied products and added extensions (neither of my two prior trial stylists did this). This kind of prep makes a big difference. Then, for the updo, I wanted volume while keeping the look sophisticated. I had a few photos from Pinterest for inspiration. Lauren took the concept and made it better than anything I found online. It was flattering, voluminous, sophisticated and elegant. Lauren was incredibly organized when it came to the finalizing the contract and setting up a schedule for all my girls for the day of. On the wedding day, Lauren arrived early, and she was just a pleasure to work with. All of my bridesmaids loved her! Lastly, my hair stayed put for the entire wedding! I couldn't believe that Lauren was able to create such an elegant style that was so sturdy to handle a full-day of activities. It was a dream wedding. I am so grateful that Lauren was a part of it!

My hairdresser of many years moved to LA recently, and I was nervous about having to find someone brand new to do my hair for my wedding. I am pretty low maintence regularly, but I had a very specific vision for how I wanted to wear my hair on my wedding day. I knew I wanted to wear my hair in a low, loose, messy bun, but I tried to tell many stylists for other weddings this over the years, and noone was ever able to do exactly what I had in mind. Lauren managed to follow along with my ideas, and she did four different styles during our trial to make sure that my hair was exactly what I wanted. On the day of, she remembered exactly which style I liked best, and was able to achieve perfection. It was beautiful, and I am still getting random compliments about how great my hair looked at my wedding. Lauren also worked with six other family members and friends, and every single one of them was so pleased with her work. I have been in many weddings, and I have NEVER had an experience where all of the participants were happy. Lauren was absolutely incredible! She listened to me, she was so easy to be around, and she was VERY good at her job! I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough!

Lauren was the best hairstylist I could have asked for on and leading up to my wedding day! Not only is she incredibly skilled but she is also a joy to be around. I didn't know how I wanted my hair to look or how I wanted my five bridesmaids hair to look but Lauren helped me through the whole process, sending me photos of different styles and doing hair trials. In the end I ended up with a style I didn't even know I wanted but was exactly perfect! She absolutely put my mind at ease, not to mention her style lasted the entire night!! Lauren is my regular stylist and cut a fantastic rate for our wedding. She is no fuss, and fitted in perfectly with proceedings. Lauren did hair for my mum, bridesmaid and for me. She even offered to stay longer during early photos to ensure we all looked smart for the ceremony.
