Lauren is AMAZING! After having a bad experience with a previous make-up artist, I was terrified that I wouldn't find a make-up artist I liked until I met Lauren. As a person who doesn't wear make-up often, I was really nervous that my makeup for my wedding would be too much or too little. Lauren really understood what style of make-up I wanted for my wedding and after the trial, I felt relieved and confident that I would look great. I also had 8 bridesmaids with very different skin tones and types and a brunch wedding so a bit of a time crunch. Lauren helped find 2 other make-up artists, and on the big day, everyone looked BEAUTIFUL. I definitely recommend Lauren to help you look amazing on your wedding day!

Oh my goodness, I wish there were 10 stars to give Lauren for the amazing work she did on my recent wedding to my wife (love you, boo!). First thing’s first: We emailed Lauren in a bit of a pinch. We hadn’t prioritized booking our makeup artist in the way we should have, and it’s a freaking miracle we found Lauren six weeks out from the date of our wedding. Despite those constraints, Lauren was super professional and made time for both our wedding trials and actual wedding day without a moment’s hesitation. And let me tell you; I am not a fancy lady. I am not someone who goes all out with getting all done up more than once a year. But countless people told me that I looked like a super model/rock star on my wedding day, and there is really no higher compliment than the people who know me but then saw what Lauren was able to do with the foundation she was given. I was absolutely FLOORED by the compliments I received, and while I’d like to thank my genetics, the true story is that Lauren was the ultimate source of those compliments. She managed to keep my (and my wife’s) makeup natural yet super glam, and she stuck around for touch-ups for me, my wife, and the members of our bridal party who got their makeup done for the duration of the event. Speaking of that... Upon meeting Lauren, my wife and I clicked so hard with her that we basically immediately invited Lauren to stay throughout the duration of our wedding — ceremony, dinner, and all. She is just an amazingly chill and sweet person, and we were happy to have her as a “vendor,” but also a guest. As a guest, Lauren was the sweetest, and we are thrilled that we have photos that document that she was a part of our special day. And as a vendor, Lauren completely over delivered. It literally downpoured all day in our wedding day, and Lauren called her spouse to deliver her own personal clear umbrella to us at our hotel so our wedding photos wouldn’t be ruined. On top of that! It was only when I received our wedding photos that I realized that Lauren was instrumental in helping my very young niece, who was our flower girl, down the aisle and through the threshold of the door with her flower basket. Lauren said nothing of her involvement in this to us until we got the photos, and I was so incredibly touched that she helped my niece and us out in such a critical moment of our wedding day. Oh! And I swear that Lauren also has such good, calming energy that she balanced both me and my wife wife out, but als my high-strung dog, who was in my wedding party. Again, photo evidence shows that Lauren was many big and small people’s and dog’s rock that day. Lauren, if you’re reading this, I think you have a future as a wedding makeup artist / wedding coordinator! It was a joy and a privilege to have you and your amazing vibe, energy, and serious kindness as part of our day. You seriously set such a sweet, giving tone for the day, and we will never forget your kindness. Brides, if you’re into hiring a makeup artist who feels like a dear, sweet friend, even though you may not know her very well, book Lauren immediately. I swear to you, you will not regret it. Lauren is the best! Not only is she a wonderful person, but she is a fabulous makeup artist. I met Lauren a year before my wedding for my first makeup trial and she immediately won me over. She got to know me and my makeup routine and really listened to my thoughts on what I wanted for the big day. She kept in touch with me in the months leading up to my wedding and sent so many sweet texts that helped keep me from stressing out. On my actual wedding day, Lauren was a joy to have around--she fit in with all of my bridesmaids and made getting ready so much fun. She made me and my bridesmaids look flawless. Thanks to Lauren, I felt like I looked like myself, but certainly my most beautiful self. I can't say enough about her makeup skills. If you're looking for a makeup artist who is fun, personable, thoughtful, and will make you look your absolute best, go with Lauren!

Great for a natural but accentuated look that lasted all day/night! Strongly recommend!

Lauren is truly the best make-up artist. She really listens to how you like your make-up to look and it comes out wonderful in person and in pictures. She also uses top of the line make-up products such as Chanel. Lauren is also a sweetheart and, therefore, makes your wedding weekend that much more special. You will be so happy if you choose to use Lauren for your make-up for your wedding or really any event.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Lauren was to work with. As an out-of-town bride, my stress levels were definitely heightened when it came time to figure out the who/what/where/how of makeup for the big day. Lauren came recommended by our day-of-coordinators and as soon as I got her initial email reply, I knew the search was over. I'm a pretty minimalist-makeup-wearer to begin with so I was nervous about looking overdone and not enough like myself for the wedding, but Lauren catered to my style and aesthetic perfectly. After coming to town for a trial run, Lauren even suggested a few products to help with the redness my skin is prone to (which I now use religiously and made SUCH a difference when it came time to apply everything for the big-day). She even text me to check-in and see how everything was going during the months leading up to it all. It was like she knew when I was starting to stress, even from a few thousands miles away. Lauren's laid-back, easy going demeanor combined with being super talented and knowledgeable at what she does made her such a dream to work with. Thanks again, Lauren!
