a Ynez. I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not have done it without her help! I am a very organized person, my job as an office administrator requires me to deal with lots of people on the phone, emailing customers, scheduling travel, reviewing contracts, etc. so I figured I would be able to handle planning my own wedding. Since I live in Los Angeles and the wedding venue was in Santa Ynez, I signed up for LK Events “Month of & Day of” package because I knew I would need help when it came down to the month before and certainly the day of the wedding. I had no idea how much assistance I would need and how lucky I was to have secured Kendle as my wedding coordinator! I got engaged in November, 2012 and started the wedding planning around February, 2013 and even though I had only signed up for the “Month of” package, Kendle was available to me by phone and email, just as her website states, for the entire 1 ½ years of planning! I had my wedding at a winery in Santa Ynez and it was an incredibly beautiful venue. However, other than the getting the site, we were responsible for bringing in everything one would need for a wedding and reception. So, in addition to all the fun stuff involved like picking out a wedding dress, flowers and a wedding cake, I needed to rent tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, umbrellas and lights. Since the reception was outdoors and in the evening, yes, I had to order my own lights. How is a Bride supposed to know these things?! But, with Kendle’s help and her great lighting company referral, I had bistro lighting set up for my reception and it was perfect. Trying to coordinate all of this from 150 miles away was challenging to say the least. Kendle’s assistance by providing me with a list of vendors in the area and then helping me review all the proposals I received was invaluable. She was great at helping me work through the proposals and gave me suggestions to help me keep within my budget. She also went with me to the many appointments that were necessary to meet various vendors, such as the caterers, and the florist, not to mention the hairdresser and make up consultant. She kept me on track, gave me a priority list of what I needed to do and when, reminded me of due dates, etc. I could go on and on. Not only did she help me with all the planning, she was also helping my future husband coordinate a “Wedding Day” surprise song for me. Little did I know that while I was going over the schedule for the day of the wedding, she had a whole different schedule to work with from my husband and managed to keep it a secret and the surprise came off without a hitch! Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty  I really can’t say enough good things about Kendle and how happy I was to have her as my coordinator. She is extremely professional and great at her job. I never felt like I was bothering her with silly questions, she was always there with an answer and a smile. Anyone would be lucky to have her help with wedding planning or any other event planning.

Obviously, hosting an event can be a financial burden in and of itself, but I promise you that if you hire Lauren Kendle Event Production, you will be so thankful that you did! You will not be disappointed. I only purchased a package for the “month of” service, but she provided so much more than that. From helpful spreadsheets to taking care of logistics months before the event, she was amazing. She promptly returned all of my emails in the weeks and months leading up to our wedding. On the day of our event, everything was seamless. She thought of every single detail and had checklists and spreadsheets for everyone involved. Her ORGANIZATION SKILLS RIVAL THOSE OF ANYONE I HAVE EVER MET. She helped keep all of the vendors on the same page and was always there to make sure the event was flawless. Honestly, she took care of absolutely everything from the time we hired her until long after the event was over (even volunteering to take our marriage certificate to the county recorder’s office days after our wedding while we were off honeymooning). It was such a relief knowing that the only thing I had to focus on was marrying the man of my dreams. Please consider hiring LKE Production. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Words cannot describe what an amazing woman she is and what a great service her company provides.
