ny outside by this beautiful arch my mother made. That day it was downpouring from 4pm to 5:20. Lauren ran around and got the bar to open early and dinner to stay late, allowing us to switch and do the cocktail hour before the ceremony. At 5:20 the skies cleared and we had the most beautiful ceremony near the arch I had my heart set on. Lauren ran around getting soaked during the rain and managed everything beautifully, letting me have a great and stress free day. I can't recommend her enough, particularly if you're having a backyard wedding where a coordinator needs to be able to plan and manage on their feet. I feel like Lauren could handle anything.
We honestly cannot say enough great things about Lauren! From the very beginning, she was a huge help in bringing our wedding vision to life. We hired her for full-service planning...
, and it was hands down the best decision we made. The weekly check-ins were a game-changer, as they kept us on track and helped us stay organized during what could have easily been a stressful planning process.
Lauren listened to what we wanted, but also guided us to make choices that were true to us, not just what our guests might like. She was easy to talk to and made the whole experience feel fun and exciting—never overwhelming. We worked with her for over a year, and she did a great job of helping to spread out the planning process so that it never felt rushed or stressful.
Lauren was incredibly helpful, recommending only trusted and vetted vendors, and she kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. Her thorough preparation and thoughtful questions ensured that everything was aligned and everyone was on the same page. It gave us peace of mind knowing she had everything under control.
On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Lauren took care of all the details, big and small, and everything went smoothly. She coordinated with all of the vendors seamlessly and truly brought our vision to life.
If you're looking for someone who is not only super organized but also genuinely cares about making your wedding day exactly what you want, we can't recommend Lauren enough. She was the perfect partner in making our dream wedding a reality!

e tight turnaround time, the venue was ready to go before our guests arrived and it turned out beautiful! We were able to enjoy the evening without any worries as everything flowed smoothly. Lauren also has a great eye for design and provided great advice on a few design elements for the venue. I would definitely recommend Lauren!
Lauren was amazing. She created a design that we could have never imagined. Our wedding was beyond our wildest dreams and it was because of her vision.

vices which really started our planning off on a magical note and gave us a solid direction to move in. Then Lauren handled the coordination of every vendor for the day of, including all set-up and tear down. Like I said. Worth every penny. She was there every step of the way for us!!

isit she made a year before our event to working seamlessly with our vendors throughout our wedding day. When we walked into our reception venue from the ceremony, we were blown away with how perfectly everything came together under Lauren’s guidance! She really helped us take our event across the finish line in a calm, cool, and collected way and we feel so lucky to have had her on our team! We 10/10 recommend working with Lauren if you have the opportunity!
Lauren was fantastic and just what my wife and I needed for planning/organizing an event such as our wedding.
Upon getting engaged in mid-2020, I hired Lauren to help me with an edesign for our wedding, as well as serve as our month/day-of coordinator. When we had to shift our wedding from...
October 2021 to October 2022 due to COVID, she was more than flexible and understanding.
On the edesign, my vision shifted greatly over the two and a half years I was engaged as trends changed (and simply my mind did, too) but Lauren’s efforts helped me greatly in creating a starting place for deciding what we did and didn’t want for the look and feel of our big day. I was so glad to find her and this service as it was exactly what I felt like I needed as an overwhelmed bride planning all of the nitty gritty details myself without a design vendor (simply wasn’t in the budget). Something else that was just invaluable was being able to let go and be present on my wedding day, knowing Lauren and her assistant had everything handled as it related to set up and tear down of everything I dreamt up.
Lastly, it came to coordination and planning, her vendor recommendations were always well-appreciated, especially as we live in Chicago and aren’t nearly as familiar with the area. For everything else leading up to our wedding day, Lauren met me where I was at with planning and details, which is saying a lot as I am pretty particular. She helped me where and when I needed it, and respected my preferences in other circumstances.
I don't even know where to begin -- Lauren played such a HUGE part in making our big day run smoothly! I am not much of a planner, so I hired Lauren to help create our design plan ...
and do our month-of coordination. She took my scatter-brained Pinterest vision and turned it into reality. She helped with ordering everything that we needed and did an amazing job setting everything up on the day of the wedding. She was organized, punctual, and an amazing communicator. She literally gave birth during the wedding-planning process and STILL did not skip a beat when it came to helping us get things ready for the big day. Lauren is SO committed to her job and she is so dang good at it.
On the day of the wedding, Lauren set everything up, communicated with all of the vendors, and even took the time to listen to my husband's vows before the ceremony because he was nervous. After the wedding, she had a professional artist draw us a picture of my wedding bouquet with the date of our wedding on it.
I cannot recommend Lauren enough. She is the absolute best at what she does!

lity. She was always accessible and willing to set up a quick phone call to discuss details. It was great to have her with us during the reception to field questions and keep us on track. She saved the day when a button on my husbands suit coat fell off-sewing it back on in the knick of time! Our reception turned out exactly how we had hoped-the timing, decor and every detail in between was great. Thank you, Lauren!

Day of, was awesome. The last thing you want to do on your wedding day is think about all of the logistics. My husband and I were able to be fully present for everything because Lauren was behind the scenes making sure each step went off without a hitch. We’re so grateful to have had her on our team!
We hired Lauren a monthish before our wedding was to take place on 4/18/2020. It truly was the best thing that we could have done for our wedding and all that was to come with the ...
pandemic putting a wrench in our plans. Lauren helped in communicating with all the vendors through at least three date changes, participated in meetings with all vendors once our final date was set, and was also such a source of calm and comfort throughout the entire process. She is truly a professional in every sense of the word and made sure that throughout replanning and rescheduling a wedding through Covid, I felt like a bride. On top of this amazing support is also Lauren's impeccable style and taste. If I could do the day over again, I would have her touch every single element. Her insta is a testament to the artists eye she brings to her work. Day of, Lauren was on sight throughout the event and made sure everything went to plan despite the usual mishaps one can encounter on the day of their wedding. She was also very easy to communicate when not at my exact location. I would recommend her to anyone!

our rental company made, but she went out of her way to pick up extra rental materials from out of town and bring them with her to make sure everything looked perfect on our day.
She picked up the slack from our other vendors (including floral, set up, restocking the mixers for the bar, and who knows what else behind the scenes) kept me on track as the bride, and made sure that everything ran smoothly through the ceremony and reception. I can not imagine how the day would have gone without her!!!
From reviewing contracts, to coordinating vendors, to executing on the day of, everything was 5 stars!! Would 100% recommend to a friend!

Lauren’s coordination the day of was the sole reason our wedding day ran smoother than we could have ever imagined. I had absolutely no idea if there were any issues the day of as she handled them all without concerning myself, our family, or the bridal party. Lauren helped lessen the stress significantly that is expected during the planning process which allowed us to focus on our happiness and creativity during this exciting time. We feel that Lauren was the pivotal force in making our wedding day more beautiful and perfect than we could have ever imagined!

ld come to a halt. Needless to say, the completely virtual e-design process was such a blessing. Lauren turned my jumbled mess of ideas for my wedding info a clear and concise vision. After discussing and finalizing all of the design elements, she put everything together in a binder and mailed it to me. I can now take the binder with me to all of my vendor appointments, which allows my vendors to clearly visualize what I am looking for. Lauren was a joy to work with and I appreciated all of the time and effort she put into the design process. I would definitely recommend Lauren’s e-design process to all brides who might not need a full wedding planner, but want assistance with creating a cohesive design plan.

vision board inspired me and made me a million times more excited than I already was for our wedding.
She was 8 months pregnant on our wedding day and still handled everything like a complete boss. I was so amazed by her.
Her attention to detail and organization was a huge asset to us because we were across the country from our wedding location.
I would choose her as our planner again and again. If you are looking for someone you trust and someone extremely easy to get along with — choose Lauren!
We are so grateful for her... and we miss our FaceTime meetings.

s stress free as possible with multiple meetings before the wedding day to ensure she was on the same page as us! She also provided suggestions on how to ensure the day runs smoothly.
She set up our reception hall during the ceremony and made our creative vision come to life! She did an amazing job with the seating placecards, napkins, and dessert and gift tables! Her and her team tied each napkin at the tables for just the right look.
She made the day come to life!
Highly recommend for any wedding addition!

While Lauren and I weren't in the same city, she was able to help me with the eDesign and we still worked together so well! She's extremely attentive on the phone, flexible and most importantly willing to hear you out. After working with her I'm so much more confident when talking with vendors and giving my friends who are doing the set up the right instructions.
On top of the eDesigns, Lauren also created these darling programs with confetti for our big day.
I can't recommend Lauren enough! Thank you for all of your help.

I felt comfortable and confident she could make my wedding vision come to life. Lauren was always very responsive and sharing vendor suggestions throughout my engagement even though I hired her as a Day of Coordinator. The month prior to my wedding Lauren was such a huge help in making sure all details were covered and all boxes were checked on my list. The day of, Lauren was beyond amazing. I was at a loss of words when I walked into my reception. Lauren and her team created the most romantic and charming room --- it was more magical than I could have imagined. Throughout the night, she made sure everything ran seamless with all of the vendors. I don't think I could have enjoyed the night as much as I did without her running the show behind the scenes. I highly reccomend Lauren for all your wedding needs. On top of being so talented, she has an amazing and fun personality. She is a dream sidekick for all brides!

in maximizing your budget. I had a LOT of ideas but I'm also very picky and terrible at making up my mind - not a great combination for planning. Somehow, Lauren was able see my vision and help me clarify everything. She found us a beautiful venue that checked all the boxes and more, quite a feat and really a testament to her patience and understanding. She also referred us to our amazing photographer.
Wedding preparations are overwhelming, especially as the actual day draws nearer, and I'm so thankful Lauren was there to manage last minute details. For example, she brought a pretty basket for guests to put cards in, something I totally wouldn’t have thought of but she was prepared for it! She’s very organized and professional but most importantly, she cares a lot. It’s evident that she puts her heart into everything she does!
