and everyone we shared it with has loved it too! Highly recommend adding The Weekender option to the package. We were so happy having that footage in our wedding video.

elmed by the sheer number of things we needed to plan for. It was the thought of having video of our oldest and youngest family memebers that kept bringing us back thinking we should do this, and then the clouds parted and we found Lauren with Lovebug Pictures. Her style is a dream come true, her amazing talent shines in every interaction, every film clip and the final masterpieces she creates. While her documentary style resonated with us, she also made everything so US. The videos authentically showcase our wedding and relationship in the most pure way, while also making us look really cool. If you're reading this: *this is your sign*. Having wedding photos is fantastic but the day is a whirlwind and having these special videos is something you'll be grateful for.. forever.

o an elopement and have it filmed was a really important part of being able to share our day with our family and close friends. Lauren beyond exceeded our expectations. The emotion and amount of detail captured from our day was perfect. Not only is she incredibly professional, but she is a joy to work with and makes you feel totally at ease. The positive energy she brings to the day is truly appreciated in what can be a stressful day. Being one of my oldest and best friends, having Lauren capture our day was extra special. I have followed her journey as an artist for years and every piece she produces truly is unique and stunning. We truly are so grateful for the work Lauren produces and cannot recommend her and LoveBug Productions enough!

absolute dream come true. Her calm and cheerful demeanor made her a delight to be around on our wedding day. No challenge was too great for her, and she effortlessly captured the essence of our multi-day, multi-event wedding. Despite the long hours, Lauren consistently brought the best energy, helping us stay fully present in each moment. Lauren's responsiveness and organizational skills were remarkable. She was always just a message away, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. She also helped us incorporate aspects of our culture into the music for the video. When we watched our wedding film, we were genuinely amazed at how she beautifully encapsulated every precious moment. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Lauren, and her masterpiece will undoubtedly be cherished in our family for generations. We wholeheartedly recommend Lauren to anyone seeking a videographer who not only captures events but also emotions, making every memory truly timeless.

beginning Lauren was a clear standout. She made us feel seen and heard, like she immediately bought into our vision and was going to make it happen. Her ease and personability made us fast friends, and having her with us on the day of the wedding felt so easy, like she was one of the gang. Lauren was able to capture very authentic moments because she got to know us and we felt so comfortable around her. Beyond videography it felt like she was in our corner, helping us find moments to unwind and escape from the hubbub of the event. The video itself blew us away. The quality was outstanding and she really managed to capture what our wedding felt like. It gave us the chance to re-experience a day that went by way too fast. And we were so proud to share it with our friends and family who couldn’t make it, knowing it was the next best thing to actually being there. How often do you look at videos or photos of yourself and feel really accurately portrayed, and proud to be seen? Lauren gave us that and we are so grateful. We can’t recommend Lovebug enough.

e in front of the camera..not that we even remotely conscious we were being filmed on our wedding day, lol. With her background in film and tv production, she'll be able to easily execute any vision you might have for your wedding video. I highly recommend Lovebug Pictures to anyone wanting something above and beyond the boilerplate wedding video!

ttention to detail, professionalism, and overall talent behind the camera. We ended up upgrading our package a couple months out after realizing just how generous and comprehensive her other offerings were. We felt so spoiled by her use of film in addition to digital, and we will no doubt be cherishing these videos as the gems they are for the rest of our lives. If you’re questioning whether videography is worth it, I’m here to let you know - it’s truly priceless! Lauren made us feel taken care of and held the whole time through. So grateful to you, Lauren - thank you!!

nd what she provided for my husband and me on our wedding day. I honestly don't think of myself as comfortable in front of the camera, but Lauren is so sweet, so fun, so cool, so confident behind the camera, that one of my favorite parts of our big day was the moment when we got to sneak off with her and our photographer. And the end product! Oh my god! If you are on the fence about whether a videographer is worth it - LAUREN IS WORTH IT. She captured everything so perfectly, she made us look cool, and the video makes me sob every time I watch it. Which is often. 10/5 stars for Lovebug Picutres!

crafted to fit each couple. Her energy is infectious and working with her was truly a joy! We aren't on camera regularly and initially felt nervous, but it was easy to relax with Lauren. I absolutely love the videos we have now to remember our wedding day. The videos really capture how our day felt, and fit our personalities so well. Thank you so much Lauren!! I highly recommend Lovebug for your wedding videographers!

d Professional Background I am a filmmaker and have an MFA in Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. As shooting my own wedding seemed like not a realistic option, I began my search online for that special someone. We didn't want some cheesy video of us we would cringe to watch, we wanted something fun, poetic, energizing... something that captures our spirit and excitement as our new family carves our own path. I searched and I searched through many a teary-eyed traditional "I do" before stumbling onto Lauren's work. When I was searching for someone to capture our wedding, I wanted someone who not only had talent, but who had that "thing." That special sauce of vision, creativity, humour, and excellent vibes. In a wedding-obsessed culture, I wanted someone who saw the humanity in it all - the mess, the chaos, the humour, the real-lifeness. Lauren is the whole package. Not only is she a blast to work with, but she also has a passion for storytelling, which shines through in her incredible body of work. She has a background in documentary film and truly knows her stuff. Her eye for capturing real moments and weaving them into a story is beautiful, touching, and often hilarious. 2. Our experience with Lauren Our relationship with Lauren went the distance! As many a pandemic wedding couple experienced, our wedding date was postponed. Lauren was incredibly flexible and gracious and worked with us as we found our new date, a year later. Beyond that, Lauren brought her unique vision and shared our excitement. Lauren truly BROUGHT IT on our wedding weekend. She is energetic, observant, self-sufficient, and an absolute pleasure to be around. Technically, she is also skilled: Lauren had a drone, a Super 8 Camera, her own lighting and audio set up... list goes on. Let's just say I was very impressed. With Lauren and her camera around, I felt like we were in super good hands (and as I am a film micro-manager and true creative bossypants I felt I could relinquish creative control to Lauren and that all would be okay). Trusting Lauren to do her damn thing was the best thing and we were rewarded by this trust, because our video is spectacular. 3. The final video I sometimes watch the film Lauren made and just stare at it in awe.I can't believe it's our video. It's so perfect in every way. From the music, to the edits, all of it is superb. Do yourself a favour and book Lauren and tell her Paisley sent ya! :) Paisley Smith

is an absolute joy. We had her cover our traditional tea ceremony, as well as our wedding ceremony and reception a couple days later. Lauren absolutely crushed it on both accounts. Lauren has an exceptional eye for detail and those precious split-second moments. She is so so good at telling your story, the way you want it to be told. We were absolutely blown away by her level of video production and final highlight video of our wedding day. It's something we will cherish forever. If you're looking for the perfect videographer to work with, look no further. Not only will you love working with her, you'll definitely love the end results. Seriously. Lauren is the best in the biz.

s how friendly, funny, easy going and creative she is. Follow her instagram and you'll be amazed by her talent! From our first meeting to the day of, we knew we were in good hands with her. Leading up to the big day, she was always accessible for any questions we had. On the day of the wedding, she helped guide some of our movements - which we were so thankful for bc we had no idea how to not look awkward on camera lol. She has this perfect balance of somehow blending into the background while also feeling like one of your besties always by your side. Now how do I put into words the emotion our wedding video evokes in me? We knew her final work of art would be amazing, but we were still blown away when we got our first glimpse! We have rewatched it over and over again and love it a little more each time. We are so grateful we met Lauren and overall so happy with our decision to have a videographer in addition to a photographer. If you are on the fence, take the leap of faith with Lovebug Pictures!

her work, she creates very diverse videos for the folks she works with. She has an amazing ability to pick up on your vibe as a couple almost instantly. She’s also terrific at matching energy. We loved to dance, so she had us dance all day. We love to be goofy, so there’s a lot of that, too. There’s also beautifully shot b-roll and hugely romantic moments that she captured. This is the best money we spent on our wedding. Thank you for capturing us and our day so perfectly, Lauren. Lovebug Pictures is the best!

ur entire life flash before your eyes. We chose Lauren because her portfolio shows love stories unfolding between super interesting characters. You really feel like you get to know the people getting married rather than just basic venue drone shots and a flowing veil. Her work includes your wedding day, but tells a much bigger story about your personalities and relationship. We chose to invest in having Lauren with us the day before the wedding as well to capture our family and friends playing at the beach and having happy hour at a brewery. It really helped us get relaxed in front of the camera before the wedding and the footage turned out so awesome!!! Just a different dimension when everyone is goofing around in swimsuits vs tuxedos. Early on, we talked with Lauren about creating something that would incorporate childhood footage of us and our families. We wanted it to feel like a documentary that would be an heirloom for our kids and grandkids to recognize themselves in one day. She combed through dozens of hours of archival footage and wove it into our story so beautifully! She found the most incredible little frames of detail from our childhoods and connected them to our vows in ways that just made us both feel so seen and captured. Watching it back literally feels like she is inside our memories, and I can feel all these little pieces of myself surfacing during such a special life milestone. Our parents absolutely treasure this too. Words don’t do her work justice, but you will not regret investing in her art. Every other part of our wedding was kind of a blur - the venue, the food, the flowers, the music, etc. They were all lovely, but video captures everything in a way you can actually keep with you and re-experience forever. Can’t recommend Lovebug Pictures enough!

ificant investment for us. But when we found Lauren's website we knew we finally had a real contender! Our initial phone call went so great and I think we talked 20 minutes longer than planned because we got along so well. She really understood what we were looking for and was willing to get creative with us. She incorporated different mediums and went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Not only is Lauren incredibly multi-talented, but she is the type of person you would love to have around during such an important, fun, and at times stressful day! She really felt like a friend and we never felt like we had a camera in our faces or like the video was taking away from the moment we were having. Lauren was very gracious with her time and did everything she could to make us feel taken care of. We are so glad we invested in a wedding video because it really brings the wedding back to life in a unique way that compliments our photos so well. We seriously can't thank her enough for documenting all the important moments & speeches, and for capturing the essence of our wedding so beautifully. We hope we get a chance to work with Lauren again somehow, or maybe just party down with her! Can't say enough good things. <3

Her professionalism, eye for creativity, and genuine personality made the process effortless and SO much fun. Your memories should be as beautiful and authentic as the day itself and Lauren delivers. She has a way of evaporating jitters, evoking laughter, and drawing out our best selves to capture not just what happened that day but who we are as individuals and as a couple. THIS is what you want to look back on — the experience, the emotions, the behind the scenes, and all the quirks that made you fall in love with your person and say I Do. 1000% recommend!

wedding. Not Lauren. She's focused on capturing the day and the personalities of each person and couple. My wife and I's day was very wet and gloomy; we definitely planned it this way because we got married at a waterfall here in the PNW and fall is our season. Lauren did not complain at all and was able to improvise through the rain. Our wedding was very small and personal and she was able to capture small moments on camera that were so special to us. Without knowing us much, Lauren was able to capture our love story in a short 7-minute film. She's a super cool, outgoing and caring individual. She takes the time to make your wedding film unique and special. Lauren isn't just a wedding videographer she's a cinematographer who uses her creativity to create a timeless film for each couple she works with. She's the absolute best!

g someone who you trust to bring your vision to life is hard. There is an idea swirling around in your head but will someone else be able to see the same vision? Lauren was able to combine all of the ideas I had and add in elements I didn't even know I wanted but now can not imagine the video without. We stayed on budget and she was personable and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

end result more than I could have imagined, the entire process of working with her was super fun and inspiring. She’s attentive, was able to capture what I was envisioning and took it to the next level with her creative insight. She’s also really caring and for me, that’s what makes her extra special!

that really reflected my husband and I’s personalities. Our video was extremely meaningful without being your run-of-the -mill lovey dovey wedding video - Lauren creates something so unique and different and that’s what makes her work stand out. Not to mention, she is fun to be around! It’s a little odd to have a stranger hanging with you on your most special day but we all loved her and it wasn’t weird at all. 10/10 would recommend!

nd product. She took our vision and absolutely nailed it. Like, knocked it out of the park nailed it. Her eye is incredible, her technique is masterful. If you're looking for an emotional, make-your-heart-feel-like-it's-on-a-roller-coaster wedding video, look no further.

more than we could have hoped for and will be absolutely treasured for years to come.

o precautions in addition to booking her for a later date post-covid. We chose her based on her wide breadth of experience outside of the wedding industry, and her eye for a memorable, and natural yet unique, wedding video. We were not a couple that wanted an overdone, cookie-cutter video and we were so impressed and in love with what she created. She was a pleasure to work with and an ease to communicate with, and really felt like we were working with a friend instead of a standard videographer. Her warm, down to earth personality immediately put us at ease. She has an incredible eye and achieving a shared vision for our wedding video came so naturally. Her infectious positivity also made the most stressful day something we could relax and enjoy as she captured organic moments. My wife and I highly recommend Lovebug Pictures for any videography needs that you want to stand out while also having a wonderful person to work with as your videographer. We are so glad we had a video done for our wedding that we can return to at any moment to relive the magic and pure joy. We will cherish our wedding video she made forever.

ut there which can be very overwhelming. We were hesitant to even get a videographer but after hearing some good things from our photographer we decided to meet with Lauren at lovebug and have a beer and see if we liked her vibe. Needless to say we immediately clicked with her and said we would love to move forward with her. With everything pandemic related to say it was a typical experience would be far from the truth but despite everything Lauren was able to step up time and time again even when the fires in the PNW made things that much more hectic. We had a teaser video within a week after the wedding that blew us away. We are excited to see the finished product and would absolutely recommend/use her for any future filming needs!

r change of plans (dang Covid). She was very helpful, we talked on the phone about how we met and she learned a little bit about us and we learned about her. I really loved this, because I felt that she was invested and cared about our individual story. She cares so much about everyone I can’t even begin to describe her energetic, corky, fun, passionate attitude! I’d definitely use her again if we ever needed video footage for future events. She’s extremely easy to work with and wants you to love your product, tell her how you feel and she’s beyond helpful. A little about the event, Lauren helped guide us in the right direction with her amazing ideas. I’m thankful she had so many thoughts and ideas, because the video footage we have is absolutely priceless. She has an amazing eye. I’m so thankful.

ell. She is a true artist. I can't tell you how many people have said--"Who did your photos? They are out of Vogue!" She traveled to Chicago for my wedding. I am so grateful I hired her because her presence is calming. She cares about the narrative--she got to know us as a couple and you can see that level of care in her work. Somehow she manages to capture everything and you never feel like you have a photographer or videographer in your face. It's remarkable. She's great with guests. She has the best sense of humor. This is someone who listens to what you want and delivers beyond that...book her immediately.

much appreciated on a stressful wedding day making you smile and enjoy your day. Highly recommend!

much appreciated on a stressful wedding day making you smile and enjoy your day. Highly recommend!

we wanted to make sure we could share our special day with those who couldn’t be with us. Our short videos were pure ART! Lauren got us hyped up from day one! My husband and I have our own version of how we met on Instagram. She creatively incorporated how my husband slid into my DM. You’ll have to go back and watch it! Look up Thuy & Garrett to see all the unique elements in our footage that makes Lauren so special. We couldn’t be happier!

to hire her. Then the pandemic hit; our plans changed around quite a lot. Lauren was the first person to reach out and see how she can help. She rolled with it all while maintaining positive and supportive energy. Leading up to and throughout our big day Lauren made us feel so comfortable (we are v awkward usually in front of the camera) and laugh the entire time. She has an incredible eye for "the shot" and in the short few hours we had her, she made the absolute most of every moment and captured it so artfully. I'm not sure if I will ever be able to watch it without crying, so there's that. Don't even consider anyone else if you want an extra-anything-but-ordinary, artistic, wedding film to cherish forever, Lauren and the Lovebug Pictures crew is who to hire.

e decided to still get married this year with a small ceremony and last minute decided to hire Lauren. We are so glad we did so we have those memories to last us forever. Lauren did such an amazing job. Her fun, energetic, yet laid-back personality makes it easy and fun to be in front of a camera. Our video turned out authentic to our personality and that's all due to her direction behind the scenes. I highly recommend Lauren if you're looking for a videographer for your special day. Thanks, Lauren. -Elisa and Daniel

e fun with it. After our original wedding plans got cancelled due to COVID, Lauren was so flexible and let us completely change our plans up until just a couple days before our Plan B elopement. We couldn't have friends and family come celebrate with us, but we were so happy to have this amazing video to share with them. She beautifully incorporated video greetings from our loved ones so we can see them celebrating with us every time we re-watch. I'd 100000% recommend her! Fantastic LGBTQ friendly vendor.

e captured raw and real moments and I honestly was so comfortable around her and her co-videographer that it was easy to forget they were even there! She was able to get a teaser back to me rather quickly as well! I would highly recommend Lovebug!!

we connected. I loved everything about her passion for her craft, her energy and all the examples of her work were lovely. After we told her what was important to us and the vibe for the wedding we were aiming for, she delivered a flawless and timeless video that squashes any doubt we had about springing for the video. She was such a breeze to work with and truly her work is impeccable. The speeches, dances and ceremony were what we asked her to focus on and we can now relive those moments over and over forever. I highly recommend hiring Lovebug Pictures to capture your day. You will not regret it.

ts she gave us, and she provided an excellent memory for us to cherish for years to come. Thinking back on our day, so much of it is a blur, but having Lauren’s video is such a gift. It was WELL WORTH the money and I am so glad we decided to have her be a part of our day. Thank you Lauren!!

lliantly. I love her style of editing and filming, she was able to tell the story of our special day perfectly and creatively. She is so much fun and if you have her as a part of your wedding day, you can rest assured that every visual detail will be taken care of, and she will make you feel completely relaxed (and make you laugh a lot!).

oments of our wedding day, but also ones that I didn't know I would cherish so much. We love rewatching out highlight video each year and could not recommend her enough. She is SO incredibly talented and will create the most magical video for you!

beautifully complied video that really captured the essence, magic and love from that day. We will cherish it forever and love that we have such a wonderful video to watch for years to come. We would recommend to any couple!

ll details we spent so much time designing/planning. Before the big day we met twice to discuss what was most important for her to capture and the general style/feeling I liked. In this respect I found that she was very flexible and the whole process really felt like a collaboration. The actual day was such a whirlwind, so I loved seeing the whole event from getting dressed to dancing at the end, all over again. Now we'll remember this special day for a lifetime!

rtistic style, it feels really unique and lovely.
