it was an individualized and personal expression of our love, and how magically it all came together. Lauren is responsive, smart, and practical. She will listen to you and your vision for the wedding, she will advise you based on a deep knowledge of the industry and on the rare occasion anything needs correction, will happily advocate for you to get things to where they should wind up. We got married at the New York Botanical Gardens with about 150 people, and Lauren orchestrated the wedding with care and precision. Lauren has relationships with amazing vendors--including our florist, DJ, and photographers--who are themselves spectacular, cost-effective, and trustworthy. We really could not recommend Lauren enough, and we feel a great deal of gratitude to Lauren to making our once-in-a-lifetime day as perfect as it could possibly be.

an extremely fun band, amazing and incredible florist, hair and makeup that made me feel like a million bucks, photographer / videographer that made us feel comfortable and do such an amazing job, etc. She connected us with all the vendors and helped us figure out who was available and gave us options. She helped us think about the important things - where to focus, where to spend money vs. save, and overall helped us knock the entire weekend out of the park in such a short period of time. She kept us on top of things and never overwhelmed us. Lauren is a pro and so great to work with. She was so valuable across the board! I cannot thank her enough for everything and highly highly recommend her!

Lauren made sure to understand my vision (which was super specific) and managed my vendors and event timeline so perfectly! She served as my "eyes" to help ensure the decor and event setup was exactly how I had envisioned and was a wonderful creative project manager in that regard. She also saved me from a veil emergency (my veil comb was not sewn on correctly so I cut it off.... she emergency helped us get it bobby pinned onto my head since we were at the church without my hair stylist!). I felt beyond at ease having Lauren there by my side- she kept the night running exactly as planned! Multiple friends have commented how perfect/smooth the run of show was (we had an involved entertainment and speech schedule) and we could not have done it without Lauren! She was so delightful and pleasant to work with and honestly someone I miss speaking to every week! :D Could not recommend her and her world-class services more!

anaging everything on my own with the help of the team at the venue. Boy, would that have been a big mistake as our day would NOT have been nearly as perfect if it weren't for her. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and communicative and helped us stay on track with all of the planning and decision making that had to be done. She worked in lockstep with the team at the venue and acted as our main point of contact with our vendors so that we didn't have to be in constant contact with every vendor, especially as the day got closer. She created in-depth day-of schedules, to-do lists, contact sheets and more. All of which I could not have imagined having to do on my own. When the wedding day came, we truly did not have to worry about a single thing because we had complete confidence that she would keep everything running smoothly. My bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about how great she was and how much they loved having her with us all day. I actually got sad saying bye to her at the end of the night because she had been by my side throughout the entire day (and months leading up to it) and honestly felt like she was a close friend by that point! If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Lauren. You will be SO happy you did.

s and ideas! We hired Lauren for our wedding which was originally supposed to happen in October of 2020. Lauren worked so closely with us as we monitored the COVID situation and struggled with the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. We eventually had to and we are so grateful we had Lauren through the entire postponement process. She walked us through how to inform guests, helped us reschedule our vendors seamlessly and communicated with us about our concerns the entire time. When it finally came time to get down to the nitty gritty of planning for our new date, I had a year to change my mind on everything so naturally, I wanted to change a lot. Lauren didn’t miss a beat and jumped on board with the new plan instantly (and didn’t make me feel bad about it lol) and helped me work through the entire shift. During this process Lauren was an incredible asset for keeping things organized, recommending vendors, dealing with wedding anxiety and stress and keeping things moving forward on a strict schedule. For all my type A brides (guilty as charged) you want Lauren and her production schedule, trust me!! We are so grateful that we hired Lauren, and you will be, too!

Lauren was really flexible and worked it out so that she would start working with us two weeks out, which was perfect for us and hard to find with a lot of other event planning companies. Even though she wasn't supposed to come on board until two weeks out, Lauren reached out several weeks before she officially started so that she could work on prepping materials for our wedding. What I learned from day one is that she is so dedicated to her couples and genuinely cares about them. Leading up to the wedding, I felt a huge weight off my shoulders because Lauren was clearly on top of everything and brought such a calm energy. Even though I had done a ton of research and was really detail oriented, Lauren asked questions/made suggestions that wouldn't have occurred to me. From start to finish, she put in so much effort to make sure every single detail was accounted for on the big day. Our wedding ran so smoothly and I attribute so much of that to Lauren. She is also incredibly kind and warm - it truly felt like having another friend at our wedding. Thank you so much, Lauren!!

On the day of, I had multiple family members tell me how impressed they were by how organized she was and how often she would come check on us in the bridal suite to make sure I was feeling calm and had everything I needed. I was a very nervous bride and having Lauren there as an experienced guide ensured that I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. She was such a reassuring presence and also has a great design eye (which I definitely lack) so it was great to have her throughout the planning process to get feedback and suggestions on florals, signage, etc. I honestly can't rave about her enough and would hire her again in the blink of the eye - she was the best decision we ever made for our wedding.

mate, my fiance and I had to cancel our destination wedding in Brooklyn this upcoming May. (We currently reside in/have been planning afar from Pittsburgh, PA). Thankfully, however, we have Lauren on our team. From the very beginning of the process, and up until now (as we work on navigating cancellation contracts with our vendors), Lauren has helped to relieve us of any added stress. She is extremely organized, attentive, and always one step ahead. Not to mention she would do anything for her soon-to-be brides and grooms! Although our wedding plans have since changed, I have no doubt that Lauren would have delivered on the day of and gone the extra mile to make sure every single moment was special. She quickly found answers to all of our questions. Although we were told a few times that we wouldn’t need a planner, it was a huge relief once Lauren came on board. My now-husband and I were working opposite hours up until very close to our date, and Lauren was able to close the loop, communicating with the venue and all vendors. She combed over the timeline and found so many details that we may have otherwise overlooked. We would recommend working with Lauren wholeheartedly! We absolutely were able to enjoy our day even more because she was there.
