Laurie Ann is amazing! I definitely her!! Her and her husband went above and beyond and even videotaped our vows for us without even asking! I love her style!! She’s very flexible and even helped me when our wedding date got changed!

Dynamic Duo! We had both Laurie and Roy do our engagement and wedding photos! They make you feel comfortable, even if you are a little awkward. Very professional and always on time. We had a venue issue and they were very accommodating when we had to change locations. Pictures were back to us in a very timely manner and are amazing! Great experience for my first time hiring a professional photographer, and I would use them in the future! 10/10 recommend Laurie Ann Martin Photography!

Laurie is nothing short of fantastic! She ended up photographing an engagement shoot with myself and my husband, our engagement party and our destination wedding. She went above and beyond my expectations. I love romantic style pictures with lots of light flares and all our pictures turned out amazing. Our destination wedding turned into a mini vacation and Laurie not only took pictures at the wedding but throughout the short week as well. Laurie is no longer just a vendor to me but I consider her a friend. I got married in August 2016 and would not only recommend her to others but actually already have. She is a great listener and will make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Can't say enough about this wonderful person!!

Laurie did our wedding August 2014 and we had so much fun and I was so happy with my pictures and album. She got really great moment's.

I was very happy with the wedding album. Everyone was set at ease and the poses were fun and playful. It was just what we wanted to remember the day.

Laurie Ann was absolutely amazing! We booked her only a few short weeks prior to our Wedding and she was incredibly helpful and easy to talk with from the start. On our wedding day we did an engagement style shoot that morning and then changed for the Ceremony and did some photos in our Gown and Tux. It was incredibly windy and smoky that day and we had planned to do everything outside on the shores of Lake Tahoe but our original locations were just too windy for a wedding or photo shoot. She was great at helping us find alternate locations and trying to keep us out of the wind as much as possible. Even though the lake water wasn't smooth in the photos like I had envisioned they turned out amazing with the waves white capping in the background (it looks like we took pictures on the coast). For the ceremony we didn't have any guests and Laurie and her daughter served as our witnesses. She was so involved in our day that she noticed when the officiate left out our vows that we had written for each other and offered to take photos us reading them to each other after the officiate left. Her photos were absolutely amazing! We have so many good ones to choose from that it has taken me a few weeks to just narrow them down. There is just such a good variety ranging from some really good candid shots of us laughing together to some really dramatic ones that look like they should be on the cover of a bridal magazine. She had the photos edited and available online within a month and when the disk showed up missing a few albums she was very quick at getting the remaining digitals to us. I could not have asked for anyone better! I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to everyone I can.

We used Laurie Ann Martin Photography for our Wedding this past July and absolutely loved all of our photos! From traditional to fun shots, she got it all. Such a nice woman to work with. We would definitely use her services again, perhaps family portraits! :)

Laurie was very understanding and patient with us. Our venue was remote and a bit challenging. She went out of her way to make things easy on us. The pictures were well organized online for us to choose from afterwards. We love the results!

On the big day, the weather was extremely hot and almost everyone there got sunburn. However, Laurie stayed very cheerful, motivated, and professional and be able to take tons of wonderful pictures for us. She is very talented at storytelling and motions!! I review the pictures over and over again and people can totally tell what happened in the wedding from the beginning to the end even if they were not there. After extensive research, to include speaking with several photographers and reviewing their photography packages and a sampling of photos, I contracted with Laurie Ann Martin Photography to photograph my wedding day. I found Laurie Ann’s photography packages, which include two photographers and an album, to be a great value and reasonably priced when compared to the photography packages of other photographers. My experience with Laurie Ann and her husband (2nd photographer) far exceeded my expectations. Laurie Ann responded to my emails/phone calls within 24 hours and she was very accommodating. Her professionalism and customer service were exceptional. Both Laurie Ann and her husband treated me and my husband, the bridal party and our wedding guests with the utmost respect. Although I have yet to see my wedding photos, I have no doubt they will be of the highest quality. I viewed a wedding photo album of Laurie Ann’s work and the photos were very beautiful and artistic. I'm certain the photos of my wedding day will be the same. I highly recommend Laurie Ann Martin Photography! Laurie Ann made it possible for me to feel confident that each wonderful and memorable moment of my wedding day would be beautifully captured.

Laurie was our photographer for both our engagement pictures and for our wedding. Both turned out beautifully! I felt so beautiful on our wedding day and looking back at the pictures I get the same feeling all over again. She did a wonderful job capturing the special moments. I'm not the best at striking poses, so I appreciated she was able to give me and everyone else direction. She is fun, flexible, and spontaneous. You can tell Laurie takes pride in her work because of her attention to detail. Because of this, it took about a month for us to receive our wedding pictures -- well worth the wait!

We used Laurie Ann and Richard for our engagement shoot as well as our wedding. They are both ridiculously sweet people and were excited to work with our ideas. Taking pictures is super awkward for me so I wasn't exactly the best model but she got some amazing pictures. On the other hand, though, I could have used a bit more direction. It was great having the engagement session with them first because we got the typical kissy, huggy, lovey-dovey pictures out of the way and had more creativity for the wedding photos. She also uses cool filters that give a great effect. I did have to wait 6 weeks to get my pictures. I'm not sure what the normal turn-around time is, but I felt like that was a pretty long wait. Maybe I was just really excited... Laurie Ann is good to work with and got some really great shots of our outdoor wedding. Oh and they're sneaky!! They were never in the way or distracting which is great. Nothing worse than a photographer blocking everybody's view...

Laurie Ann and her assistant captured the emotion, the people, the entire event beautifully. As the owner and creative director of an ad agency I buy commercial photography on a regular basis. Laurie Ann has a great "eye" for detail and framing her images. Her artistry behind the camera is amazing. We experienced this very special day and then we saw the same day through her eyes as she told the story. We would definitely recommend her!

Laurie Ann was such a pleasure to work with. She was very sweet and kind. Her photography is beautiful! We loved the way all of our pictures turned out. We used her for our engagement photos as well as our photographer for our wedding day. We loved having two photographers (her & her husband). If you want the traditional, along with artists angles, attitudes and all around fun photos, then you need to get Laurie Ann! A seriously awesome photographer that is kind, professional, takes direction and has her own amazing point of view when you let her use her own creative touch. I actually hire photographers for my marketing events and have yet to meet one like Laurie Ann. I assure you that whatever your expectations are of her, she will exceed them exponentially.

We hired Laurie Ann Martin to be our wedding photographer and could not be happier with the results. We wanted someone that would be creative and have fun with the pictures. There was nothing traditional about our wedding and we wanted a photographer that would capture that. She did an amazing job. Not only did she capture the typical posed pictures she really stepped outside the box and had fun with the pictures. We ended up with a lot of creative and fun pictures that were unlike any wedding pictures I had ever seen. Laurie Ann was pleasant to work with. On the day of the wedding she was on time and ready to go. She was pleasant and easy to work with. In the end one of the best things about working with Laurie Ann is we got all of the photos that she took. There was no selection process like with most photographers. She simply touched up and sent us all of the photos that were taken. In the end we got over 1000 photos of our wedding. I would recommend Laurie Ann Martin to anyone who wants a great photographer and wants some really wonderful and creative pictures of their wedding. I could not have been happier with her services. Truly a great experience working with her.

Laurie Ann and her husband did my wedding and engagement pics. They have a unique style that really worked with what I was hoping for in the final pictures. She's very energetic and helped lead us through the photos in a quick and effortless way. As far as pictures were concerned, her best work is done outside, using natural light to make everyone look amazing! She is also happy to further edit images for me (and I kept asking!).

Laurie Ann and her husband Richard photographed our wedding last May. They are both wonderful to work with, down to earth,and made us and our wedding party feel very comfortable. I'm normally not fond of posing for pictures but they made the entire experience fun and relaxing. Most importantly they were very attentive and went out of their way to capture the best moments on camera. Our family and friends absolutely love the photos - no complaints whatsoever!

My Husband and I were married in 2011 we routinely view the Wedding Video and flip through the albums that were created by Laurie Ann and her wonderful husband Richard. They are a remarkable duo and have a dynamic team to assist them. They are warm, friendly, professional, easy to like and very reasonable. They provided our Engagement shots in Northern California then were with us before, during and after our Malibu beach wedding. They are creative, have an eye for detail and make you feel gorgous!! We were more than pleased with them personnaly and professionaly. The memories that we share with them make us feel extra special. We still can't believe that they were able to capture all emotions, people and scenery. They are absolutly wonderful!!
