When I hired Laurie as our full time wedding planner, I knew she would be good, but I didn’t know she would be OUTSTANDING. Laurie, Tori, and the rest of their team took my vision and created a wedding that so profoundly exceeded my expectations, and I will be eternally grateful to them for this. Their professionalism, attention to detail, creativity, class, and attentiveness are unmatched. Not only this, but they are an absolute joy to work with and I will truly miss our frequent interactions. We had countless guests at our wedding say that it was the best and most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and I truly believe this would not have been the case had we chosen any other planner. Tori, Laurie & team are incredible! From our first intro call, they were professional, honest, warm, full of good ideas, and were clearly event-planning experts!! They were readily available to us throughout the planning process and provided lots of great options & vendors. My husband & I were confident throughout the process that our day would be perfect, and it was! Truly, we didn't have a worry. Tori became my wedding planning bestie -- on our wedding day, she was with us all day while the rest of the LDE team was at the venue setting up -- she absolutely ran the show flawlessly, made sure the bride & groom were well taken care of, coordinating people and flowers (and more!), and was so warm and full of good energy. At the venue, the team brought our vision to life -- better than we could imagine - & even planned a surprise separately with the groom!! No detail was missed (right down to daisies in our flower girls' flower crown, martinis, cowboy hats, custom napkins, and late night McDonald's). Thank you, thank you!!

Laurie and her team are so amazing! I'm a very type A person, but I knew I wanted to be able to give someone else control of planning my wedding so that I could enjoy the time of being engaged and especially the wedding weekend without having to worry. Laurie and her team helped me stay calm throughout the process, and my family didn't have to worry about a thing during the wedding weekend! I wasn't the bride who had a whole pinterest board of ideas. I only shared a few pictures with Laurie, yet she somehow fully understood my vision, brought it to life, and made it more beautiful that I could've ever imagined. Laurie has great relationships with the most amazing vendors!! I would recommend Laurie and her team to anyone!

Where do I even begin. ❤️❤️ 😭😭 I feel like dream wedding doesn’t even scratch the surface. Laurie and her team made my wildest dreams come true. Our day was better than I ever could have imagined. Highly recommend working with Laurie and her team! My husband and I got married in August 2021 at the Cherokee Dock Estate. We worked with Laurie from day one and she made the entire planning process easy and fun. I had a hard time really decided what I wanted and Laurie was able to read my mind and create the most perfect wedding for us. During our first meeting, I told Laurie that we really wanted to be able to enjoy our wedding weekend and not have to stress about any last-minute details. Laurie gave us just that. Absolutely loved working with Laurie and her entire team. My wife and I just got married last month, and everything about our entire weekend was perfect. Laurie's help in rescheduling our venue and every vendor, due to Covid, shortly before our daughter's original wedding date was invaluable as my husband and I are in Chicago and our daughter lives in Dallas. Laurie listened to our daughter's ideas, helped us determine how best to spend our budget and transformed the reception venue into a truly spectacular and magical space! Our guests could not believe that every perfect detail had been brought in that day. My advice is to hire Laurie, explain what you envision and let her team work their magic. What they create will surpass what you have imagined. A picture is worth a thousand words. Ask to see photos from anyone you are considering to hire. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Laurie D'Anne Events as our month-of coordinators for our wedding, and they simply blew us away! If anything went wrong on our wedding day, that is news to me. Everything we had planned for months was perfectly executed and seemed to go off without a hitch. Laurie and Sydney had incredible insights on decor, logistics, and the timeline of our wedding day that I never would have considered on my own. They have such talent and are wonderful to work with. We can't imagine what our wedding day would have looked like without Laurie D'Anne Events, and we couldn't recommend them more!

Laurie and her team planned the wedding of our dreams! She worked with us for almost a year to plan our wedding - always timely, prepared, creative, attentive and fun to work with. She has a relationship with all the best vendors in town which made every element of our wedding stand out. She listened to what we wanted while also giving her professional advice along the way, which was such a help. Every single detail of our entire wedding weekend (she helped plan events from the rehearsal dinner to the bridal luncheon to the wedding and after party) was more spectacular and seamless than I ever could have dreamed. I would hire her a million times over!

We contacted Laurie after booking my daughter's wedding at Cherokee Dock. The venue had recommended a few planners and we interviewed Laurie and knew right away that she was the right person to help us! From that first interview, Laurie began collecting important data points that were meaningful to all of us regarding the wedding. She never missed one detail of what our vision was...not one detail. Laurie has excellent relationships with such a variety of vendors and knows who to recommend. Working with Laurie was seamless. She is organized, efficient, professional, friendly, patient, and oh so kind. My daughter, her fiancé, my husband and I all felt like Laurie made the wedding day so enjoyable for everyone. She took care of every single detail...from the big ones (such as all the rentals, caterer, printed materials, etc.) to the small ones (such as making sure any place settings for last minute cancelations were removed, making sure there were food items that allergy sensitive guests could enjoy, and putting together gift bags for our guests staying at hotels...just to name a few). Laurie was our "secret sauce" in our wedding. So many people commented on how gorgeous the whole weekend was, thinking I deserved the credit. But truly Laurie and her team were the heroes of the wedding. I am so very thankful that Laurie was our wedding planner. When people ask me now what one thing I would recommend doing when planning a wedding my very quick answer is to find a wedding planner that you like, and who "gets" your vision. Laurie was that person for us! She told us early on that her designs for weddings all look different because her brides and grooms are different and she brings THEIR vision to life (not her own). Trust me...Laurie is the best!

I gave Laurie a call to help with my proposal. I had a vision of what I wanted to do in Nashville but no idea about how to make it happen. Laurie took my ideas and created an unrivaled experience. From the communication, planning, to execution, everything was perfect. I could not have dreamt up a better proposal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Special mention to the venue, food/drinks, photography, decor, transitions, coordination.. etc. EVERYTHING was perfect.

Laurie made the whole process of planning a wedding so joyful and so fun! She truly loves what she does and it shows in the incredible end results. Laurie took time to understand the vision that my now husband and I had for our wedding day and then ran with it! She was so patient and understanding in walking our family through this wedding planning process that we had never experienced before. I would recommend her to any Nashville brides and grooms that are looking for a seamless and fun process steered by such a seasoned professional!

I can not rave enough about Laurie and her team of professionals. Our daughters wedding had to be postponed and venue changed due to COVID but Laurie was wonderful and everything was perfect!! It really was a day we will always remember. Laurie made sure every detail was taken care of and it was a pleasure to meet with her. Using Laurie was the best decision we could have made!!

Wow. I cannot say enough great things about Laurie and her team. From her kind and fun personality, to her incredible wedding planning talent, she was such a pleasure to work with. Laurie worked with us 4 months past our original wedding date after having to reschedule. We even had a last minute change of venue one month before, and she didn’t miss a beat. Throughout the entire process, Laurie made everything as stress-free and easy as possible. She created the most beautiful wedding ceremony and reception out of a completely blank slate. The flowers, food and design were all perfection. I am still blown away at how amazing it turned out. It truly was better than I could’ve ever dreamed. 10/10 would recommend Laurie for all your wedding dreams!

God bless Laurie Hardman. We hired Laurie for full service planning and she knocked it out of the park. She has an incredible eye for designing an event (picking out centerpieces, lighting, place settings, decor, etc.) and a wonderful attention to detail. It felt incredible having so much faith in her on the day of the wedding that I never once worried that anything would go wrong. Our wedding not only looked AMAZING, but it did not have any hiccups and flowed really well. She also has a good network of vendors to work with for instances where you're thinking "I don't know any DJs and I don't have much of an opinion" and she'll say "Great! Brandon from Enertain! is my favorite, let's book him", and you know what? Brandon was the best. She also helped with several other vendors who were literally all wonderful. She and her team are extremely knowledgeable about wedding planning here in Nashville so she also helped with "Hey, this seems expensive for what it is... can you provide some feedback?". I could go on and on about how great she is both as a person but especially as a wedding planner. You won't ever regret having Laurie help with any sort of event, but especially for a wedding!

Laurie saved the day and needs 6 stars!!! I tell everyone about the candle debacle when describing Laurie and her team. The venue did not tell Laurie (thankfully her and not me) that we could not have real candles until I was walking down the aisle. Instead of getting my input, which would have made me panic, she somehow pulled off finding well over a hundred flameless candles, all within a couple hours. She didn't drop this bomb on me until 5 minutes before we were to make our grand entrance and after I had a drink in hand. This is what you need in an event planner. Not only does she know when to ask for your opinion and to deal with the bad news herself, she was on top of everything...everything! She was also very passionate about certain things which I didn't feel were as important in the beginning, yet my guests cannot stop talking about them; the food (trust her on this one), the nicer linens, the more expensive invitations, etc. She knows her business and that's why I hired her. She was referred to me by a friend who was married the day of the Nashville flood in 2010 and now I can refer her to everyone else. She will not only be your event planner but will also serve as your therapist when you're having a meltdown. She is quick to reply and give detailed explanations (when necessary). Hire her. Laurie and her team are amazing! Laurie worked with us on our vow renewal and created a night that we will never forget. Laurie is so gifted; she was great at "reading between the lines" and thinking of details that made the night so special.

Laurie did such an amazing job and really gave us the peace of mind we needed on our big day! She was professional, 10 steps ahead, and brought our vision to life. Laurie and her team helped bring my husband and I's dream wedding to reality! They were so professional, prompt, detail oriented, and creative! I'm two weeks out from my wedding and I still haven't stopped hearing that it was the best wedding people had ever been to. Laurie and her team were phenomenal! I'm totally the type who wanted to have my paws in everything and be super hands on with my vision, and Laurie helped me to make that a reality. I knew I loved Laurie when I had an unusual request to have a cookie wedding cake, and after some tiffs with our original baker, Laurie spent her night after working a wedding the evening before, baking the cake I wanted so that she knew that my vision was possible. Laurie was patient and kind through my incessantly long emails, frantic questions, and complicated ideas, but it was all completely worth it because my wedding was absolutely as I envisioned and I owe a huge shout out to Laurie and her team for actualizing my vision into a fairy tale rustic chic campy wedding. Don't be afraid to think outside the box, even if it takes a little extra time, Laurie will help you get it all as you dreamed of in the end!

So we were very excited and nervous planning our wedding, of course, and Laurie made the day magical. She is a little lady with big ideas, and she made all our wedding fantasies come true. She was so fun and easy to work with, and by the end of it all she felt like family. We are actually missing her right now, lol! Her attention to detail and her imagination are impeccable. I’m Type A (the bride), and I know I can be a bit much at times, lol, but she was able to patiently alleviate all my fears, and anxieties, and handle things in a timely manner. Side note: please choose the mailing your invitation option with her, the best stress reliever in the world, she handled everything from ordering, helping design, and finally mailing them off, wow! She kept me abreast of every process each step of the way, and executed flawlessly. Our guests just kept commenting on how luxurious, and well planned everything was, and how smoothly everything went at a wedding of such size (over 200 attendees). I give credit to Laurie and her staff, who stayed way after midnight making sure everything was taken care of at the end of the reception. They even delivered our wedding cake to our suite, and flowers from the ceremony (I had all fresh flowers, and wanted to keep them all, so imagine how many bouquets that was with over 200 guests!) to our suite, as I wanted to donate them to my grandmothers nursing home and place on family members’ graves who weren’t able to celebrate with us:) Her staff was so accommodating, and fun, they seemed to really enjoy themselves at the reception, too, which further let us know it was awesome! We might be biased, but our wedding day was the most perfect day and wedding we’ve ever been to, and all of our guests agree because they can’t stop talking about it, and we owe all to our now friend of the family, Laurie!

I wish I had enough time and enough space to talk about the amazing woman that is Laurie Hardmann. We met in June 2017 and she immediately understood the vision I wanted for the wedding. All I could do was provide a few pictures and she took it all from there. She is extremely creative and detail oriented. We didn't have any stress of meeting with other vendors for linens, flowers, cake, etc. Laurie handled everything and made it a seamless experience. She negotiated with the venue and even suggested serving Zoodles along with Noodles for people that wanted to stay on the healthy side. The more time I spent with her, the more we were able to understand each other and how we wanted to make the style of the wedding. For example, I described the type of invitation I wanted and she mentioned it would be out of my price range. Somehow, she ended up ordering the EXACT invitation I wanted and at a price we could afford. My mom and I were on the same page of about 90% of the wedding, but it was great to have a 3rd opinion from Laurie to make final decisions. My husband and I love iced coffee, and with our wedding time at 7:00, we wanted to incorporate it. She was able to get the venue to serve the iced coffee at 10:30 PM along with the cake. Speaking of cake, that is a big deal in our family. We mentioned countless times how important the taste and quality of the cake was. 1. The wedding cake matched my dress and was absolutely beautiful. A focal point of the wedding. 2. It tasted fabulous because it was FAKE except the 2nd layer that we cut into (in order to save money and keep fresh cake in the back so it tasted better) We also had chinese takeout boxes with our logo to give to departing guests. 3. The SECOND we got back into our hotel to call it a night, Laurie was at the door with my clutch and a box of all three cakes just for us. She knew how important it was and she made it perfect. Laurie was nothing short of my fairy godmother, she's extremely professional and also accommodating. I can't imagine my wedding without her and I can't wait to work wit her again.

Laurie was in one word “Dope!”. She is extremely professional and what I love most is she a plan in place but will give the bride and groom the flexibility it their own as well. She has a very humble spirit which makes her an easy person to communicate with. Even during pressure points of the planning she displayed a calmness that also put us at ease. My favorite thing about Laurie is that even when she’s asking you a question she already has a solution is mind. For example, we found out that we had to have live music at our ceremony venue late in the process when he had planned to have a Dj do it. We were wondering what to do but Laurie already had a pianist on call and ready to go so there was zero panic. All in all Laurie is a beast and I would book her again ... too bad I won’t have to ;)!
