From the first point of contact I knew that they would help bring all my visions to life. Laurie & her team were excellent communicators, getting back to me very timely on every single detail. My day of coordinator was Anice. Without her help there would have been several hiccups and she really hit it out of the park. She knew what I needed before I did and everything went perfectly. I am so appreciative of them both! Something to note is Anice never forgot about my groom while I was getting ready! She kept the guys in check and made sure they were eating and hydrating. Laurie was the wedding coordinator for my daughter’s wedding on 6-8-24. I thank God that I chose her to help me. As the MOB, I wanted everything to be perfect on this special day and she made sure that happened. I could call her anytime if I had a question and when I would stress she would calm me down and take that away. Laurie killed it to say the least! From the beginning the communication was on point and any question i had was answered no matter the time. Isaac mixed our first dance song perfectly. The day of the wedding Laurie was the biggest help & made the day go by so smooth. Laurie is seriously THE BEST!! I could not recommend her enough. She was our day-of coordinator and her husband Isaac was our DJ and they both did an incredible job. She was always very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Her welcome package was great and helped to remind me of all the small (but important) details that never even crossed my mind. My wedding day went so smoothly because of her. She took care of all the vendors and literally anything that came up throughout the day. I seriously do not know what I would've done without her lol. She helped keep me on track with my timeline which I really appreciated since the day FLEW by. Isaac was on point too, the ceremony music was perfect and he kept the dance floor going all night! Everyone had a blast. Best day ever thanks to them!!! They were amazing and I will recommend them to any future brides I know :)

We didn't have the pleasure of working with Laurie but we were lucky to work with Issac - aka DJ Rockstar!!! Issac has an unmatched energy and is so easy to work with. He was a great communicator from start to finish and made sure all of our needs were met. He kept the dance floor hopping and me and my groom happy. As a bride who was coordinating a thousand things having a vendor like Issac was such a blessing. We can't recommend him enough!!!

I truly don’t know what we would have done without Laurie and Issac! I work in the tax field and work insane amount of hours in the springtime. With having our wedding in May it was crunch time right after our deadline. She helped wrangle in all the details and keep me on track to make my wedding a success! Our wedding was Feb 18, 2023 and I can’t express how happy we are to have worked with Laurie. Since our first conversation Laurie has been nothing but the best. She is extremely detailed and will ensure that you have everything taken care of for the big day. She brought up things that I wouldn’t never even thought about the wedding day. She is extremely friendly and treats you like family. She was always available for any question or concerns. She took the time to reach out to all of our vendors and ensure that everything was taken care of prior to the wedding day. The day of the wedding she literally cloned herself and was everywhere making sure everything was good to go. All of my vendors compliment Laurie’s work the day of the wedding. As a bonus Laurie brought her husband Isaac to assist her. Let me tell you when I thought Laurie couldn’t get any better, she sure did with the help of her husband Isaac. Isaac is just as amazing as Laurie. Y’all take my word, Laurie will exceed your expectations as a wedding coordinator.

Laurie and her husband were great! I got the day of package and she was amazing. My fiancé and husbands families can be a little difficult and she handled them with no problem. I told her exactly what I want led and she executed it perfectly. I need her level of organization in my everyday life. She asked me questions about things I didn’t even think about! I would definitely hire her again!

Laurie was so fabulous! She was able to handle some last minute changes and a bumpy rehearsal with ease and the day of my wedding was absolutely perfect! I relaxed got my hair and makeup done, and was completely unbothered!! Nothing went wrong and everything happened on time on our special day and I know that was all thanks to Laurie and her ability to command a room and keep everyone aware of the days timeline! Laurie was absolutely wonderful! She helped out with so much, we have no idea how our special day would've gone without her! She made sure we would not see each other until it was time for our first look and even came to the rescue when a groomsmen button fell off. We were probably stressed beyond belief on the day of and with her help, our day went much smoother. We were able to eat peacefully because of her too! Laurie was amazing, she took very good care of me on my big day. I was not feeling my well but she did an amazing job checking on me and talking to me about what I wanted to do since I didn’t feel well. She was very nice and professional. We loved Laurie and Issac! She kept in contact, and was very understanding. Prior to my wedding, we made a couple appointments to ensure we were on the same page. She called all my vendors and organized my wedding prior to and day of my wedding. I was NOT stressed at my wedding with her around which is saying a lot. She made sure all my vendors showed up, and made sure I was well taken care of. I would a million percent recommend her. Also, hire her husband Issac. You will NOT regret it. He was fun to work with, and my guests loved him! He kept the party going! Overall, they are both very organized and easy and nice people to work with, and I am so so SO grateful.

Laurie saved my ceremony!! Our DJ went MIA with less than an hour to spare before our ceremony. Her and her husband saved the day and had a plan before I even knew about it! A+, she went above and beyond! Couldn't ask for better!

Laurie was by far the most thorough, and asked all kinds of questions about my husband and I to get to know us better! The thing I loved most was that Laurie was ALWAYS available via text, email, or call if I ever had any questions, needed help with an idea, or just simply to let me know she was available if I needed anything, she truly wants what’s best for you and your husband. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how happy I am we had Laurie. I had an issue with one of my vendors the week of my wedding and she handled it so I didn’t have to stress or worry about anything. Her and her husband both were the sweetest and most caring people I’ve ever met, we had a lot going on with our wedding because it unfortunately had to move indoors due to weather and she knew how upset I was we couldn’t do it outside but she and her husband both did anything and everything they could to make it a beautiful space inside and they did just that because even though I wanted it outside it was just as beautiful inside too. Laurie and her husband showed up early on the day of the wedding. She helped put bouquets together, helped set up decor inside for the ceremony and reception! I can't thank her and her husband enough for all of their help and all she did to help me with one of my vendors. My wedding day would not have gone as perfect as it did without her help. She is sweet, kind, and amazing at her job! You won't be disappointed with her help!! I’d use her a million times if I could. They both were such a huge help, and I didn't know at the rehearsal what a huge help they'd both be on the wedding day. Laurie and her husband showed up early on the day of the wedding. She helped put bouquets together, helped set up decor outside for the ceremony and reception. The wind was insane the day of and there was no option for an indoor ceremony/reception. She did everything she could to make sure it was perfect! I can't thank her enough for all of her help. Our wedding day would not have gone as perfect as it did without her help. She is sweet, kind, and amazing at her job! You won't be disappointed with her help!!

After reaching out to Laurie for day of coordination details, I received a prompt response and details about her services. We scheduled a phone interview and reviewed details of our wedding. I knew after our conversation that I could entrust Laurie to fulfill the role of day of wedding coordinator. Laurie was very detailed and had us fill out some documents with details about the wedding. She even did a walk through with us of our venue and helped us ask our venue coordinator questions we had not considered. SOOOO HELPFUL! The day prior to the wedding she texted me and helped keep my nerves at ease. All the details , decor etc were excuted just as we had reviewed. though-out the wedding night, she made sure that we had everything we needed and kept aligned with the time / timeline. I truly enjoyed working with Laurie and would recommend her to anyone with an upcoming wedding.

What initially stood out to us about Laurie's Lovely Events was how personable and quick Laurie is!! We also loved the fact that the DJ/MC Service and Planning services were a package. Our wedding went seamlessly and we really appreciated Laurie's help and advice as we booked vendors and made selections. She made us feel totally comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day. Where do I begin to talk about Laurie and DJ rockstar! Let’s just say, they were the best thing that had happened to us in the entire wedding process. I had Laurie coordinate 3 wedding events! 1 was the typical American civil ceremony. The other 2 were big fat Indian and Pakistani wedding events. Laurie and DJ rockstar went all out to learn about our cultures, traditions and became part of it. They went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of on the day and that the day went smoothly. Although we had already hired another DJ and signed a contract with them, we had a last minute issue with the DJ and it was DJ Rockstar that made the civil ceremony happen. He just said, “I will take care of it” and he lived up to that. We also had some other issues on the wedding day with the decor, but Laurie and DJ Rockstar made sure everything was handled. They are a great team. They such so sweet and they ensure that they handle all the problems and the bride/groom and the families are enjoying the special day. Hire them, you will not regret it.

Laurie was an absolute dream and so much help! I love that I could rely on her. She’s a great soul and a great wedding coordinator through and through. ordinator- Laurie's Lovely Events Laurie was nothing short of AMAZING. She is so sweet & genuinely cares about your wedding day and making sure everything goes smoothly. Her communication was top notch & when things got rough in that department with my photographer(photographer got sick & was unsure she was going to make it to my wedding) she grabbed the reigns and made sure everything went off without issues. She contacted all of my vendors & made sure they knew where to go & arrived on time. She did decoration & clean up of our venue. During the reception, she kept us ahead of our timeline & we actually ended up with more time to take individual photos with all of our guest. I cannot recommend her enough as she was extremely easy to work with and had her ducks in a row!

I found Laurie through recommendations on Houston’s bride to bride. Her prices were very affordable, and I was booking her husband as a DJ. My venue required a coordinator, so I figured I should go ahead and book her. And my goodness, am I so happy that I did! Laurie truly knows what she’s doing, the sweetest soul, and made my wedding run flawlessly. From contacting vendors, to coordinating the rehearsal, to executing my wedding – Laurie did it all! Kept the night in order with her iPad and timeline, made sure we had all of our things at the end of the night and even drove my car with me in it safely to the hotel that night!!!
