Located in Prairieville, LA, Lauryn's is a wedding and events venue that exudes rustic charm. Available to host both large-scale as well as intimate weddings, Lauryn's, also known as La Maison de Bella, can cater to you whatever your dream wedding entails. Lauryn's was established in 1997 by Lauryn Raymond, and it all began when she was a young girl who dreamed of owning her own restaurant. Her daughter Morgan decided to follow in her mother's footsteps and attend culinary school, watching Lauryn cooking and striving to make her dream a reality. Here, she would learn both the culinary and business aspects to aid them in opening their own wedding venue. Unfortunately, before their grand opening, Lauryn passed away unexpectedly, but her family would not give up on her dream. They continued to work hard to honor her legacy and have been running Lauryn's since 2019, hosting an elegant space for couples to tie the knot. The beautiful 8,500-square-foot ballroom can accommodate up to 450 guests but can also be arranged to host smaller parties of 50-100. There is also an outdoor space where you and your partner can declare your love for each other with the backdrop of luscious greenery and a fabulous gazebo. The venue also retains two spacious get-ready rooms so you and your partner can prepare for the magical day ahead. The experienced and talented Lauryn's Fine Catering team will provide you with a fine dining experience that all of your guests will surely be delighted with. This venue also includes a bar equipped with staff to ensure you and your friends and family receive the best service. The team at Lauryn's provides incredible attention to detail to make your day as unique and special as possible. Their mission is to provide a space for you and your loved ones where precious memories can be made and last a lifetime.

e beer was cold, and the service was great! Amber is the coordinator and I will never have enough great things to say about her. There was a point when I really left everything in her hands because I trusted her that much. With Amber, I literally had no worries. She is A BOSS at what she does. She keeps you updated on everything before and is so organized. On my wedding day, she was my right hand girl! There really isn’t anything she can’t do. I am so appreciative for Amber and their amazing staff for making my wedding day everything and more. I 1000% recommend Lauryn’s! Book them for all your events!

have told us how good the food was, and how prompt the servers were with picking up their plates. Also, let’s not forget the amazing staff on top of it all. A years worth of emails answered quickly each time by the amazing wedding coordinator Amber! I’m not sure how she makes things happen the way she does but she handled everything I had envisioned, even when I was about to lose it on the florist she handled it so I could continue to get ready. The servers were so sweet and quick with anything I asked for or needed during the day and during the reception! Morgan a few days later sent me every picture and video they had taken so I could have them while waiting on our pictures from the photographer. Without a doubt an amazing experience, thank you guys so much!

uld email, text or call. When we had one of our final meetings before the rehearsal, she let us know that we could drop off the decorations a couple days before. We also were able to store the Wedding dress and the Bridal gowns in the Bridal suite, which was a huge help with wedding day chaos. The layout ,food and service was fabulous. We have received so many compliments regarding the venue and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you again La Maison de Bella for everything!

I attended a friend's wedding at this venue recently. This is not a place I would recommend for a wedding. Things seemed to be very unorganized. After the ceremony, they offered a food buffet at the reception. I waited in line for 20 minute...

s, only to find out that the reason the line wasn't moving was due to no food being replenished and servers nowhere to be found. No food, no servers, no plates, no utensils. After talking to other guests, this happened multiple times. Additionally, what venue doesn't serve cake? I personally watched them roll the cake to the back...but cake never came back out. My daughter asked a server if there was going to be cake served, he told her they served a few pieces and the rest was being boxed. Ummm...the cake was there to be served to guests, not boxed up! Additionally, there was one lady running around all over the place, and I asked someone who she was...come to find out, she's the owner...you're the owner, representing your business and you show up to a wedding at your venue looking like you just finished a 5 hour workout! Not a good look on the wedding day of a paying customer!

One tier was cut in the kitchen due to instructions per a bridal party member; however, the cake was brought out and plated throughout the rest of the event. The owner did show up to give some extra assistance to the Event Coordinator in professional attire due to the amount of details required for this wedding. We received several compliments the night of that wedding about not only the food, but also the venue, and it was truly a beautiful wedding. The bride was nothing but smiles and gave several “high fives” and “thanks you” all night. Thank you so much for all the feedback, as this will again be addressed with management. y to be creative. We were able to bring together some of our own items, some from outside vendors, and many items from the venue’s in-house stock. This helped make our vision of the beautiful wedding we had planned a reality. The size of the venue was perfect allowing for easy transition from the wedding, to cocktails, to dinner, to cake cutting, to toasts, and then dancing. The hors d’oeuvres were excellent; the bar was well stocked with a variety of drinks for all guests. The dinner was delicious and with set-up of duel self-serving lines was efficient as well. The food choices allowed for us to pick a variety of cuisine for all guests meeting many dietary needs. La Mason de Bella provides different packages for the menu and drinks. Since we started working with Morgan and her staff of La Mason de Bella more than 6 months ago, it has been a great experience. They have been very professional, are great listeners, and have made many suggestions along the way. We are very pleased with how the event turned out and the guests are all raving. ous (not just my opinion, all the guests said the same). The venue was very well decorated. The staff was very attentive and professional during the reception and during the planning. They were very patient with us during the planning and they were very helpful as well. They worked well with the DJ to ensure everything worked well during the reception. They also worked well with us and our family during the day of the wedding. All of our guests had a great time at the reception. My wife and I even thought it came out much better than we had planned to be honest. Overall the services were top quality and the prices were competitive. When comparing with other venues, we think that La Maison de Bella looks much better than other venues in Baton Rouge and Prairieville. Those other venues we looked at, also gave us a quote for a higher price. Overall, we are very happy we had our reception at La Maison de Bella and recommend it to anyone who is planning their wedding. Thanks!

From day 1 they showed us nothing but love, kindness and patience! We probably changed our minds about 10 times and they were there with us every step of the way. Christy and Jessie saw my dream reception with me and made it all come true for us! Food: Probably the #1 compliment we received post-wedding. We had lots of compliments but food was very impressive for our guests. HUGE plus! Mood: anything you want! Bright, dim. They can set literally any mood and ambience Venue type: Rustic, New Orleans. The sky is the limit with this place but they have a definite elegant, rustic, down home New Orleans feel. Lots of handcrafted items! Space: large!
