I’d say the communications in the lead up to the wedding weren’t always top notch, which freaked me out for a whole three days when I wouldn’t hear from her so close to the wedding, but she was working on another wedding, so that’s understandable. But I have no remarks whatsoever on the flowers. Give Ana a good brief and send her good pictures, and she’ll make it happen! I’d say the one last comment I have is the bit of inflexibility in expectations. Ana wanted access to our professional photos, which, granted, was in her contract, but I don’t think it should have been in the contract to begin with. Our photos are our own and no vendor should be entitled to them. I will say, though, seeing how much Ana came through for us with the flowers the day of the wedding made me forget about all of that. Remarks notwithstanding, Ana deserves nothing less than an 5, because the product itself is a top notch 5. But I hope you’ll read the whole review for awareness.

Again, the designs were nice, I just would not recommend this vendor.
