We hired Stephanie for our florals for our wedding and were extremely happy with the service. There was a little back and forth with the contracts and questions about final pricing...
but that was mostly due to me changing some arrangements. The florals at our wedding were all real. We also rented candlesticks that went on the guest dinner tables. We had a couple in person meetings, first to show her my ideas and talk about design, colors, pricing and then within a month of our wedding to look at a sample arrangement and see if any changes needed to be made. She had a couple options for me to look at and I was very happy with the outcome and my florals on our big day. We had no issue contacting Stephanie for changes to our florals. Everything was setup exactly how I imagined.

down, that is when all the issues started to unfold. Communication with Stephanie was a nightmare in that the proposals were inaccurate, lacked details, things were misspelled, the descriptions didn’t match what we asked for, and it took her several times to correct the quantity of items we needed, amongst a slew of other issues. We had to go back and forth with her multiple times requesting for things to be fixed and requested a more detailed description of what we’d be getting. For reference we hired her for all real flowers (minus one arrangement), and our floral bill certainly reflected ALL REAL FLORALS. She showed up to our wedding with fake greenery which we were not made aware of until after our wedding day when we looked at pictures and spoke to family members. Her excuse was “I never said they were going to be real”, even though her proposal never said that. Floral arrangements were misplaced and put in totally different locations than what we asked for resulting in no flowers displayed in a lot of our professional photos. We reached out to Stephanie after the wedding to see if she would rectify the situation and not only did she defend her position and not acknowledge a word we said, she replied with “you are over the top and need to enjoy your honeymoon and let me be”. We felt completely scammed. The main reason we hired her is because she was recommended by the venue and we trusted it enough to not look at reviews before we hired. After we experienced all these issues we looked at her reviews and were not shocked to see other couples had experienced the same things and there were a ton of 1 star reviews for this business. We do want to give credit to the other parts that were done correctly, she provided the specific flowers we asked for and the overall arrangements looked nice. We had no issues with any other vendors and we have all the texts, emails and proposals to back up this review.

challenge. Despite multiple calls and emails, responses were slow and always lacked the necessary details, changes and updates. When the wedding day arrived, the arrangements were not what we had agreed upon and contracted. The bridesmaids' bouquets were missing colors. Several flowers looked wilted and tired. The centerpieces, which we had meticulously planned, were hastily thrown together and lacked the fullness, elegance and sophistication we had been promised. An amateur could have produced the same quality of work!
The florist was unprofessional and extremely disorganized, which only added to the frustration. She also lies to suit herself. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor quality of flowers and less than adequate service left us feeling disappointed and let down. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality floral arrangements for their special day. Only gave one star because it was required!

Not only did she not deliver what was agreed upon but her communication throughout the process was lacking and confusing, leaving us feeling frustrated and extremely stressed! The flowers provided were subpar and did not reflect the quality we were promised and agreed upon. We found her to be very unprofessional in her actions and the way she presented herself the day of the wedding. About a week prior to the event, she notified us that she was changing certain (important) things that we did not agree with, and in the end, she did exactly what she wanted anyway. Please listen to the other negative reviews on Yelp, Wedding Wire, Google and Facebook because the issues that we’ve experienced on this most important day should not happen to any bride! Completely unacceptable! Overall, we do not recommend using this company based on our own personal experience!

The flowers on the pergola were beautiful and she did a good job transferring them to the sweetheart table. All in all the flowers were not horrible, but certainly not was decided upon at our meeting. Also, flowers were pretty much dead by 11 pm the night of the wedding. You would think that for $4,000 they would last a couple of days. I was disappointed and dissatisfied.

mble with on your ONE big day. I had received great reviews of Stephanie from a coworker and in the beginning she seemed like a great fit. Towards the end she became more difficult and less communicative. First, she made me change the timeline of my wedding day photos because it did not work with her timing of floral delivery and set up. Which I understood and worked out to accommodate her. However, she then ended up showing up to my wedding 45 minutes late. This completely disrupted my photo timeline, I’m guessing also contributed to the poor quality florals and work she provided, and also interfered with other vendors work. Second, I had multiple items that I paid for that were not even provided to me (bud vases with flowers for my cocktail tables and florals for my seating chart). Stephanie did not even acknowledge or address this to myself or my wedding planner. Third, my centerpiece floral arrangements, aisle floral arrangements and arch for my ceremony were completely different than the photos that were sent to me, and included significantly less flowers than what I paid for and what was included in my proposal. Lastly, when I emailed her regarding my concerns she was unsympathetic, short in response, and never once apologized for her lack of unprofessional on my ONE day. From one bride to another, it’s a risky gamble of what you will get if you book her as your florist. She has some great reviews yes-but trust me you do not want to end up being in my shoes if you can prevent it.

d everything would be fine but the flowers/bouquets I got were not what the proposal said/what we agreed on. We agreed on Stargazer lilies and Tiffany blue flowers and light pink roses. Instead I got white lilies, regular blue flowers, white roses and some pink roses. The Stargazer lilies had sentimental meaning to me (hence why I asked for them) but I guess they took it upon themselves to choose to do white lilies instead of consulting me first , supposedly it was due to the pollen however that issue was never mentioned during our proposal. The flowers still came out very pretty. However it just wasn’t what we agreed upon.

The flowers looked beautiful. There were a few minor issues with the boutonnières but other than that everything looked great. My wife's bouquet looked marvelous.

We ordered boutonnieres, corsages, bouquets, as well as greenery for the arch at the ceremony that was repurposed for our sweetheart table as Stephanie recommended. Lavender & Lace also fulfilled a request we made 2 weeks prior to the wedding for adding greenery and flowers to our photo booth.
The floral arrangements were beautiful, and we are pleased with how it all turned out. The only thing that we were not satisfied with was that the personal flowers were not delivered at the agreed upon time that was in our contract. This caused some changes to our photography timeline, but we were able to make it all work and get the pictures we wanted with the personal floral.
