When I am not working I can be found spending my time reading, gardening, baking, or playing video games. My love for details and organizational skill helps me be a perfect fit as a wedding planner. As I stepped in to a planner role for several friends' and family weddings over the years, I discovered I truly enjoy doing it, so why not make a business doing something I love? and my visions and went above and beyond anytime something went astray. And she was so good at helping me within my budget and able to help me at all the events I had planned for my wedding. Being a mixed cultural wedding the events were many and close together. She really helped me coordinate and handled everything day of my wedding so well that being the Type A bride I am; I actually for once in my life didn’t have to worry about something because she took care of it! She is sweet; funny; accommodating and really helped me keep calm in a lot of the hectic turns the day took. I would 10000000% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great wedding planner .

No matter what stage of the planning process we were in, she made sure we knew exactly what needed to be done and when, which made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable. What truly sets Marissa apart is the experience she creates on the wedding day itself. She told us ahead of time that all we would need to do was wake up and say “I do” - and she delivered on that promise. Having been married before, I remember my first wedding being a blur. This time was entirely different. Marissa took care of everything. Because of her, we were able to be fully present - actually enjoying the evening, our guests, and most importantly, each other. The night felt calm, joyful, and seamless, and that is 100% because of her expertise and care. If you are even thinking about hiring a wedding planner, stop searching and hire Marissa. She knows exactly what questions to ask, when to ask them, and how to guide couples through the process in a way that feels organized rather than overwhelming. Having been married before, I knew firsthand how stressful wedding planning can be; we ultimately eloped the first time because of the anxiety. This time around, we were very intentional about getting help early, and hiring Marissa was one of the best decisions we made. There are countless details to manage, decisions to make, and vendors to coordinate, and Marissa handled all of it with calm confidence. On our wedding day, she oversaw every last detail flawlessly...right down to helping us load leftover wedding cake into the car. She handled all of the little things like lighting candles, greeting guests, making sure bride and groom had their meal, ushering guests to buffet line and taking care of tips at nights end. She also kept us on schedule so that we would be out of the venue at the agreed-upon time. She helped pack up and get everything to cars before leaving which was a very big help to a tired mother of the bride! She was a big help and it was a great night!

y overall vision and what would happen day of. When the big day came and there were things discussed multiple times on multiple occasions that i noticed were not set up. Because of this there was no unity ceremony, hardly anyone used our audio/guest book, and some decor was not setup. I wish there was a final walk through done before the guest arrived to make sure everything was set up correctly. There is more I could comment on regarding her lack of attention to detail and professionalism but I understand this is a new business so I suggest people are mindful of that prior to booking.
