Amazing bridal salon with incredible customer service and a great selection of gowns! I was so pleased with my experience at Lavender. We worked with Frankie, who was incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable about the gowns in store. She went as far as calling the designer and asking about adding lace to a gown that I liked. Lavender has a very large selection of gorgeous gowns in all styles and prices. Overall lovely bridal boutique!

Found out about this salon through local bridal magazines. They had a pop-up salon at a bridal show I went to and after talking with the team and finding out they carried the designer I loved, I knew I needed to visit. It was a bit of a drive from where I live but well worth it. Very low pressure, tons of designs available, and a roomy salon. They don't do alterations in house but they have a list of recommendations. highly recommend, had such a fun bridal experience!

We had a wonderful experience here at Lavender. Laurel was amazing and helped me find the perfect dress. We ended the appointment with some mimosas to celebrate me finding my perfect wedding dress!

The staff were very nice and helpful, the shopping environment was pleasant, and my dress was gorgeous! They also offered a great package for storing my dress, dropping it off with the tailor, and preserving it afterward.

I spent 3 hours trying on dresses for the first time and Frankie helped calm my nerves and made the whole experience amazing. I drove almost two hours to go here and seriously no regrets! I had my first ever bridal dress appointment just yesterday November 4, 2017 and I had a great experience. The staff was so welcoming, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Gina was the consultant who worked directly with me and she was so sweet and made the experience comfortable, easy, and fun! She had answers to all my questions and if she wasn’t for sure she went and found someone who knew the answer. I purchased the first dress I tried on even though I still had to try on tons more! Also, even the guests I had with me commented on how every staff member was so kind to them too!

The staff at Lavendar Bridal fitted my daughter for a bridesmaid's dress--she was the youngest and most petite of all the bridesmaids. The fitting was perfect & they tucked and pinned so she looked just as good as the older (20's) girls. Thank you so much for making my daughter feel part of the group!

I purchased my dream dress at Lavender Bridal last July for my wedding this August. It was a perfect experience. The lady who assisted me was honest, helpful, and caring. I felt very welcome and comfortable while trying on many dresses only to pick the very first dress I tried on after trying it back on for a second time. I highly recommend Lavendar. Great people and absolutely beautiful dresses in all different colors and styles.

I went to Lavender Bridal last year to browse through some wedding dresses during their Black Friday sale. I was not expecting to find a dress, but I did! The employees were so kind and accommodating. They let me go back and forth to try on dresses and helped with fixing my hair and finding accessories to make the experience amazing despite the busy crowd. I highly recommend this little shop for wedding dresses. I found the most incredible dress for my big day!

Laurel is great. She is patient and has a great way of listening and choosing gowns that will fit you and your vision. Dresses are priced very reasonably, and are a much better quality than David's Bridal. They took care of my dress, stored it, took it for alterations, and let me try it on as many times as I wanted. Tuxes come from a warehouse in Kentucky. And a lot of guys had items that didn't fit the first time. This was stressful. Mostly, my mom stressed me out. But as stressful as it was, everything worked out perfect, and all the guys looked amazing. I appreciate their patience. My sister and I got our prom dresses at Lavender's and it was a wonderful experience to get my wedding gown there as well. I sincerely hope my sister gets her gowns (and my bridesmaid's gown ;)) there as well.

This was my first time shopping for my wedding dress. Jill was amazing! There was no pressure at all. All of the staff is very helpful. They have an amazing selection of dresses! It was a great experience!

I had fantastic experience at Lavender. I had the special bridal appointment and Laurel had champagne and delicious pastries for my mom, sister and me. I suggested things I might like, but in the end Laurel suggested and I chose a beautiful dress that was perfect for me. I also got my veil from Lavender. They respond promptly, are accommodating, and made the dress shopping process so fun! Only wish they had a seamstress in house.

If you're unsure of where to go to get your wedding dress you have to go the Lavender Bridal Salon! It was my first time looking at dresses. I had no idea what I wanted but the staff was AMAZING. They worked one on one with me and did not pressure me in any way. While I had planned on just trying on a few dresses, I ended up finding my dream dress!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had seen Lavender Bridal Salon a couple bridal shows I attended, and decided to go to them when I fell in love with one of their dresses that was shown in the wedding dress fashion show in the Akron Hilton bridal show. When I went to Lavender, I immediately felt comfortable. The ladies at Lavender are absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful! When I learned that the dress I wanted to try on was not at the store, Danielle, who was my stylist, went out of her way to get me a loaner to try on. I tried it on, fell in love with it again, and it won’t have been possible without the amazing assistance I received from Lavender! I called the ladies at Lavender again last week to set up an appointment for one of my bridesmaids and to ask several questions about this bridal jacket I had found, and the girl I talked to was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and helping me set up something for my bridesmaid. Other things I love about Lavender, there is plenty of space in the store for a large group, the changing rooms are extremely roomy, they have a good selection of dresses, and the ladies are willing to help you with anything. I would definitely recommend Lavender!

GO HERE! IT IS WONDERFUL! Lavender Bridal Salon's calming atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff made my wedding dress shopping experience stress free. Being the worry wart that I am, I figured the whole experience would be overwhelming and exhausting; however, finding my dress has been the least stressful part of my wedding planning. I had a special dress in mind and when I walked in the door, the exact dress was on the mannequin. Trudy, my stylist, and Laurel, the manager, were both warm and accommodating. They also have a great selection of unique dresses. I am picking my dress up soon and getting married in the fall, and I would reccommend Lavender to any bride!

I found Lavender Bridal from attending a bridal show in Cuyahoga Falls. I fall in love with a dress they had on a mannequin, I worked with Laurel at the show, and OMG! I just love her energy, Amazing. I later went to try on the dress at the store with my mother and it was just a beautiful as I remembered, but most importantly the staff was awesome. Danielle was my consultant when I was at the store, and she was very patient with me as I debated over dresses and re-trying on dresses. Danielle was great and Laurel is a rock star! With this Awesome staff and Beautiful clean store with Amazing dresses to pick from, You can not go wrong!

I recently was married in the beginning of October and went to Lavender Bridal Salon to buy my wedding dress. I came to my appointment with LuAnn with an idea of style and fit. She listened to my preferences and then allowed my mother and I to pick out a few of the gowns to try on. She then assisted me in putting the dresses on and patiently waited while I "talked it out" with my mom. It only took 4 dresses for me to find MY dress and I knew instantly. LuAnn then helped me find my accessories to go with my dress, and the final product was perfect! Lavender Bridal has a great range in styles, colors, and prices with great customer service!

I could not have asked for a better experience than I had at Lavender Bridal Salon in Dover. I had heard great things about this salon and was interested in going there to find my perfect gown. The staff was very friendly and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. I ended up finding my perfect dress and was so thankful for my experience at Lavender Bridal Salon! .

I went in last Saturday with the intention of just trying on dresses, and ended up finding "the one"! It was an amazing experience, and LuAnn was wonderful. She asked about the groom, our lives, and kept my interests first when choosing dresses. The location of the salon was perfect too- my dad was able to run over and see me in my dress!

The drive was far but totally worth it. The gowns here are really beautiful, and every consultant I've spoken with is so friendly and kind. The consultant was very attentive and pulled some beautiful dresses for me to try. I had a big group come with me, but there was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. They have a large variety of dresses and they are all reasonably priced while still being high quality. The gown I love (and am going back to purchase) was half the price of what I was willing to spend on dresses and yet more detailed and better made than other, more expensive dresses I had tried.

The Lavender staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. I am from Cleveland and traveled down to Dover because they were the only salon in the area that carried my dream dress. As I continue to plan my wedding, I look forward to my visits to Lavender as I know I'm in good hands. They also periodically have sales or promotions, which I was fortunate enough to take advantage of!

I bought my wedding dress from lavender bridal as a sample dress. I absolutely loved my dress. The ladies at Lavender bridal were very personal and easy to work with. I am from the Cleveland area and drove to dover to have my dress altered because there seamstress is so skilled.

The best thing about Lavender's is they sort their dresses by size. It is difficult to find a dress to try on when you keep running into sizes that are too small or too big. I tried on about 15 dresses here and did not find a single dress I even liked. The selection was not to my particular tastes. I was, however, able to rule out a lot of dress shapes and styles I had contemplated because I was able to try them on in my size here. The service was friendly and they have some of the largest dressing rooms I have encountered. If you are in the area, I would recommend stopping in!

My sister and I both got married on the same day and both found our perfect dresses mainly because of LuAnn and Vonda. They were both truly amazing to work with and made our experience so special!

I first heard of Lavender Bridal at a Today's Bride Bridal Show. They were the first place I went to when searching for my dress. We did not find my dress the first time but the stylist we worked with, Alice, she was so friendly and accommodating that I made a second appointment. My second visit she helped me find the most perfect Justin Alexander gown! (I can't stop looking at photos of my dress!!) Overall- myself and my bridal party have had such a great experience with Lavender. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating- they helped me find exactly what I was thinking of- and it just made the wedding planning and stress so much easier.

I discovered Lavender bridal from The Knot bridal gown app I had on my phone and saw that a lot of dressed I liked could be found there. I am from Cleveland so the drive was kind of long but TOTALLY worth it!! LuAnn was absoulity fantastic when I went in to look for my bridal gown and spent over 2 hours with us while I pulled gowns and tried them on. They made me feel like I was the only one there and did everything they could to let me feel wonderful. I found my dress that day, and even went back to find my bridesmaids dresses and my mother's dress! Every time we went they made me feel special and took all the time we needed without making us feel rushed. I'm so excited to have found my dress there and couldn't be happier with the service I have received so far!!

I made an appointment at Lavender with the intention of only trying on dresses to get an idea of what I liked. I had a really friendly consultant who asked all about my wedding, my family, and all my plans. She made my mom and my best friend feel welcome and included. She genuinely seemed excited for me. She had me select a few dresses from the racks. I tried two on and they weren't the "one." She pulled a few of her own suggestions from the racks and brought them in. I tried on the third dress and instantly knew it was the one. She had me try on a few more just to be sure. The "say yes to the dress" moment was really exciting and she made it fun. She was thorough, having me walk around and sit and test the "comfort" of the dress. Everyone in the store kept complimenting how it looked. I was scheduled for my fittings and never had any issues. They even had my dress steamed and ready for pick up a few days before it was scheduled to be picked up. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Lavender about 3 months before my wedding date. They rush ordered the dresses and charged an additional $15 fee to each girl for the extra shipping fee. However, when I asked that the fee be waived because I had been told 3 months was plenty of time, they agreed and refunded each girl. They also went above and beyond when one of my bridesmaid's dress was too small. She lives in another state, so all the seamstress had to go by were measurements and pictures. The seamstress altered the dress a second time the day before the wedding to make sure my bridesmaid felt as comfortable as possible. It was a beautiful alteration and no one could tell the dress had originally been too small for her. Overall, it was a great experience. I would only suggest to other brides to make sure you state your dress budget before you start trying dresses on. I was fortunate enough to have a high budget, but they never asked what my budget was before showing me gorgeous gowns. I would also suggest that you make appointments for everything, take someone with you to help, and order items as early as possible.

I loved Lavender Bridal. I had been to numerous bridal stores and could not find "the" dress. I found two dresses here- one dress had my perfect top and one had my perfect bottom. The great ladies at Lavender called Casablanca and had them combine the two dresses for me at a reasonable price. It turned out perfect. The seamstress is also super nice and did a great job with my alterations. I highly recommend!

3 month before my wedding my original wedding dress damaged and I had to choose another wedding dress. Everywhere I called said I would never get my dress on time. So I made one last call to Lavender bridal and they told me they had dresses off the rack I could buy and take home that day. I went there and the girl I worked with was so nice and sympathetic to what happened to my other dress. She was very helpful and made me feel like her goal really was to find me a dress that fit my body perfectly and hopefully make me forget about my old dress. After trying a few dresses on I found the ONE. I cried I was so happy! Even the woman that helped me was jumping up and down. I felt so beautiful and I got excited about my wedding again. My new dress was way better than my original one and I forgot all it. The Alterations were completed quickly and Vonda did an amazing job. She even bustled my dress for me and took time to teach my mom how to do it. As a bride the goal is for your dress to fit like a glove-mine literally did! It was perfect. Excellent job on the alterations and she was very reasonable. From start to finish Lavender bridal provides excellent service and friendly staff who WANT to help you find your perfect dress. I cannot thank lavender bridal enough! You saved my wedding day

Lavender Bridal is the first place I went when looking for a wedding dress. I didn't have any idea what kind of dress I liked and I hadn't looked at any online. They were so positive and helpful! I tried on all different kinds of dresses and they offered true feedback- not just what they thought I would want to hear. They have tons of different styles and can definitely find (or make) what you're looking for! I plan on going back with my bridesmaids to find their dresses as well! It's nice to go to a place that knows what they're doing and can help with any questions you may have. Lavender bridal answered many of my questions- some that didn't even relate to a dress!

Such nice people to be around and if you buy and have your dress altered by the same people chances are you will see them a lot. I was in monthly for a few months having my dress fitted and they were so welcoming every time I went in. They worked and worked till my dress was perfect and they way I wanted it to be.

I'm so happy with my experience at Lavender Bridal. After looking and looking at many other bridal shops I finally found the perfect dress AND the perfect bridesmaids dresses at Lavender. The wedding dress was not only my dream dress but the price was great also! This shop has tons of beautiful wedding dresses to choose from and the store itself is just lovely. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. My family and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My wedding gown was gorgeous! The girl who helped me find it was friendly and made me feel comfortable trying on many different styles. I also found the bridesmaids dresses here. Their dresses were very pretty. There was, however, a miscommunication with the style of neckline I thought I was getting and what actually showed up. The dresses had been hung on the rack and tried on as a halter, and then the dresses that showed up were one-shoulder dresses. When I raised the question (before taking the dresses home), I was reassured they were the correct (halter) dresses - they were not. When I came back to ask how it could be fixed, I was basically made to feel this was my own fault and I should just deal with it and learn to like them because it was too close to the wedding to do anything about it. I was not impressed. Yes, the dresses were still cute, and the girls wore them as one-shoulder dresses, but I was not pleased with the lack of trying to fix the problem.

The women who work at Lavender Bridal are just precious. They are the opposite of pushy, and they genuinely care about the customers. I never expected to have such a lovely, personal experience shopping for a wedding dress. Also, they have Justin Alexander dresses, which is why I went there in the first place. I purchased one of his dresses, and I love it more than any other dress I've ever see.

My wedding dress turned out to be the best dress I've ever worn! The girls at Lavender Bridal Salon were amazing! The did a great job at helping find the dress of my dreams and making it into the vision I had! I wanted a particular dress and needed it to work for a beach ceremony and they helped me in every way to accomplish my dream! They are very caring and talented women! Even with dealing with a bride 700 miles away! They turned my dress into something unique! It was the talk of the wedding!

My wedding was planned in a little over 3 months--they let me have the brand new sample dress so I could have the dress of my dreams!! Service was amazing, and they made my fittings work with my crazy work schedule! Go here for a fabulous dress!
