We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sydney and Lavender Haze! Sydney was our Day-Of Coordinator and she went above and beyond in every way to make our wedding day unforgettable. She helped us plan and prepare for months in advance, coordinated with all of our vendors and stayed on top of every little detail.
On our wedding day/weekend she managed every behind-the-scenes moment flawlessly, handled all the last-minute hiccups so we didn’t have to worry about a thing, and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. One of the sweetest touches was when she walked our dog to the ceremony so our pup could make a surprise entrance at the end! And when the night was over, she even took care of letting our dog out for a potty break. We don't know what we would have done without her & we genuinely enjoyed having her be a part of our wedding day.
We wholeheartedly recommend her and the entire Lavender Haze team to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator who truly cares!
It was evident from our first meeting with Sky that she was professional, organized, and very knowledgeable about the wedding industry! We were so thankful we booked Day Of Coordination services through Lavender Haze. Sky worked with our vendors to help make the whole day flow smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about asking family or friends to help with anything! Holly was amazing to work with from the start and has such a great personality! She had some great suggestions/insight that helped to complete my wedding vision. She also helped SOOO much with my day-of timeline, which is the initial reason I hired her. She sent three of her assistants to help coordinate/decorate tables on wedding day, which I think is going above and beyond! They went as far as to hand us our drinks during the reception and organize our things at the end of the night for easy clean-up. They kept us on track with the timeline and made sure all vendors were directed appropriately. Very beneficial to minimize wedding day stress and avoid having to delegate family members/wedding party to do work.
We met Holly+LHWC while searching for a day-of wedding coordinator that met our needs, while also matching with our Type A personalities and eagerness to plan/execute. After our first call with Holly, we knew she was the right person for us! Holly was honest, friendly, organized, and instantly trustworthy. She helped take away the crazy parts of planning a wedding in a city that you do not call your own. Right before our big day, and we met Mackenzie. Mackenzie was great as well!! She was willing to spend the extra time sitting down with us to learn everything about us, our relationship, our wedding day vision, and beyond. Flash forward to our big day… Mackenzie went above and beyond her expectations and we are so thankful for her assistance in unexpected situations. Even following the wedding, both Holly and Mackenzie were a support system when they didn't need to be. If you’re even considering hiring a wedding coordinator, DO IT. Where do I even begin.. I am your typical Type A, "I can do it" personality and was 100% a super type A bride lol but I was so BLESSED to have Holly when I needed her!! I met Holly almost 2 years ago to hire her for coordination on wedding day, ended up upgrading to have her help me with planning, now, she's one of my besties. I'm sad I won't get to talk wedding with her almost every day lol. Everything on our wedding day was flawless and Holly was so amazing with keeping us all on schedule and flipping decor from ceremony to reception. I would hire her in every lifetime!!
I’m a self proclaimed type A, super organized bride. I fall into the “I can do it myself” category but having been in so many weddings I know how important a wedding coordinator is. I had a very involved venue coordinator who managed all the set up and tear down so I really needed coordination skills, not decorating and details.
Sky deliveries exactly what we were looking for. She helped me through logistics and decision making during our periodic meetings ahead of the wedding and then she kept things running smoothly day of. Knowing that she had all the logistics under control allowed me to relax and enjoy every minute of my wedding day.
My dad didn’t understand the need for hiring a coordinator in the beginning of the wedding planning process and now all he can do is rave about how amazing Sky was and how a wedding coordinator is worth every penny. if that doesn’t win you over, I don’t know what will!
Holly was absolutely wonderful!! It was a perfectly beautiful day with her taking care of everything!! She was a true blessing to making sure everything was perfect!!
From a personal perspective - Holly is an absolute wedding ninja! Thank you so much for everything you did Holly!!! Our wedding would have been way more chaotic without you there. We hired you for a reason, to not micromanage but instead make real game time decisions based off of the amazing relationship you built with us through the planning process. You got to know us well enough while planning you knew what we liked and didn’t like and you executed exactly based on this. You were the one person willing to take the weight of the wedding on your own shoulders and you did not let it phase you. Your professionalism and ability to stay poised was well appreciated. Holly is amazing!!
From a business perspective - Holly was running a wedding the night of the rehearsal but gave us one of her best coordinators. The business was represented exactly like Holly: professional, personable, and stress relieving. Sky answered any and all questions we had and stayed for as long as we need her. Our contractual agreement was fulfilled exactly as anticipated (if not WAY MORE!). Could not recommend Holly and her team enough.
If you need a coordinator, Sky is your girl! My rehearsal went so smoothly just because of how professional Sky was and how efficient she was with our time we were done ahead of schedule. On the day of, I felt like I was just able to enjoy my day because Sky was handling everything behind the scenes. She made my day 1000% better because I was able to be present with my guest instead of worrying about where vendors were or what was going on.
I would choose lavender haze over and over again. I was so worried about my day, but because of holly, it couldn’t have gone any better. I put my trust into her hands and she exceeded my expectations. I basically gave her multiple bins full of stuff/decor etc, and sent her a couple inspo pics, and she made my vision come to life. On the day of, Anything I needed, I knew I could count on her. Don’t hesitate hiring them for the most important day of your life, you won’t regret it!!
I’ve yet to meet a more passionate planner and day of coordinator than Holly and her team. She is thorough, dedicated, detail oriented, and incredibly fun! Every time I work with her I KNOW her clients are in great hands and that I as a DJ will be able to do my job because she is handling everything seamlessly. If you want someone who is your day-of bestie, will be your voice so you don’t have to deal with issues, will have your back no matter what curve ball comes your way on what will be one of the best days of your life: hire Holly and her team. We are so glad we chose to use Lavender Haze Wedding Co. Our coordinator was Alexis. She was the most amazing coordinator we could ask for! Throughout the whole planning process, she was always willing to answer my questions and assist with anything I may need. Our wedding went perfectly, thanks to Alexis. It is extremely rare to have a wedding day go perfectly... But truly not a single thing went wrong. She made sure every little detail was taken care of, from decorating, following timeline, to making sure everyone had a good time. She even went out of her way, a week later, to pick up a few items left behind while we were off on our honeymoon. Through the wedding planning process, I not only have a great coordinator to refer to my friends, but I gained a friend. I adore Alexis and all she did to make our day run seamlessly. Our wedding day wouldn't be the same without her. I am proud to say, it felt like I had a bonus guest/friend by my side all day. Thank you Alexis!!!!
We chose to use Lavender Haze Wedding Co for our October '23 wedding! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and the women I worked with! I started the process working with Holly who was so sweet, genuine and helped me map things out and be prepared! Honestly everytime we had a meeting any nerves or anxiety I felt was completely gone by the time we were finished! And on the day of we got to work with Alexis! Such a wonderful down to earth woman! She was so on top of everything adding her insight and experience to just really help bring the whole day into a beautiful alignment! Even navigating the weather and any last minute changes like an absolute professional! We are so grateful to both of them! Our wedding was all that we hoped it would be and Lavendar Haze Wedding Co really had such a big helpful hand in that!
We too have sat on writing this review as we got married in July of 2023. I will start by saying the owner is very nice and personable. She has great recommendations for vendors and connections with others. She did amazing setting up the day of. It looked better than I ever could have imagined and I’m grateful she made my vision come true.
However, I was very disappointed the day of our wedding with the coordinating services. We were told a week before the wedding that some other staff member from the company would be taking on the reception portion of the night. Which I was fine with because I trusted that assigned person would perform their job duties. The reception is when things started falling apart. The person assigned to us did not coordinate any times the entire night. She was nowhere to be found for the first dance, cake cutting, etc. We felt stressed during these big moments in our night because she was not coordinating times, gathering guests for the dance, or communicating with our DJ.
Along with this, the biggest hinder we had that night was that the coordinator did not help pack up at the end of the night. Rather she stood and talked while myself, my husband, and our family did the packing and lifting. It was extremely frustrating and I hate looking back on that moment remembering how frustrated I was on our wedding night. All our guests were waiting back at the hotel for us while we had to stay to make sure it was packed up. Additionally, she was asked to help load things and ignored us and continued standing there talking.
This was just such a big day for us that I feel we were let down in a sense. I hope this review is used as a growing opportunity for the company. I think we may have had a unique experience but unfortunately it was at the cost of one of the biggest days of our life.
I sat on writing this review for several weeks after my wedding because I wanted time to reflect, talk to others at my wedding, as well as speak to the owner. We hired Lavender Haze for month of coordination following several recommendations and positive reviews. However, my experiences were lack luster.
My first impression of Holly was lovely. I could tell she was invested in her business and looking to grow it. However, it is very evident that what I experienced were the by products of growing pains. Our coordinator we were assigned is a student, and I’m empathetic as a graduate student myself to a busy schedule, however I believe she was too busy to give us the time and attention we deserved. I appreciate our spaces being set up and without needing my interventions while getting ready, but we did not have a “wow” experience otherwise.
To sum up our experiences- all emails were only sent to my husband (I was never included and had to get all information through him), we only had one zoom meeting with our coordinator prior to our wedding and we were never told of any “missing forms” that were later claimed as necessary, she failed to make our final walk through at the venue due to school despite scheduling around her schedule, even though she arrived to the venue at 1 pm I had to ask the venue coordinator if she had seen her since I had not and it was close to the ceremony start time, wrong walking directions were given to my mother and brother for the ceremony, no one was present to welcome or guide our guests to the ceremony space, tear down was a mess due to lost keys (which should have been asked for directly from me prior to the ceremony/ items moving from the bridal suite). While my bustle issues were not her to solve, unhelpful comments like “remind me not to get this kind of bustle at my wedding” we’re made when I was stressed out and late to the reception.
When I reached out to the owner (mind you not looking for a refund or anything of that sort), I appreciated that she seemed somewhat receptive to my feedback. But it was disheartening more so to feel like my husband and I were getting blamed for oversights on their behalf. I typed up documents with set up instructions for all items provided by us, a copy of ceremony, and detailed timeline but somehow we were supposed to know that a form was missing that wasn’t asked for by our coordinator. This was our first time getting married and I just felt like as the coordinator there wasn’t support or clarity on what they wanted or needed from us.
Again, I believe that this is growing pains as this company expands and takes on more clients, however, I am unable to recommend due to my experiences and the (unprompted) feedback from other guests and my bridal party we received. I’m optimistic that this feedback will be taken into consideration for future brides so they can experience that 5 start service I had hoped for.
We hired Holly and she was incredibly supportive, helped us out exactly how we needed, and did a phenomenal job with helping us send out our save the dates and invitations (she was such a trooper addressing everything), signage, and the other things we needed help with throughout our planning process.
Lexi was our day-of coordinator and all I can say is WOW. She was absolutely phenomenal. I was incredibly nervous about our timeline day-of dealing with different getting ready, first look, ceremony, and reception locations, and she kept me completely at ease. She stepped in where needed and was with us for >12 hours during a full day. We had part of our alcohol order not deliver, and she ran to the store for us. When bridesmaids missed the shuttle at the end of the night, she drove them. She went so far above and beyond, she was in another galaxy. She made our day magical, she handled issues without letting us know they were happening, she handled setup and breakdown without raising an eyebrow. Lexi made our wedding what it was, and we are forever grateful.
Alexis was my wedding day of coordinator, and let me just say, she was absolutely AMAZING. From start to finish Alexis catered to all of our needs and helped with every little detail of the night. When any issues came up (which they unfortunately did) she went above and beyond to fix the issue and find a solution for us! She is so sweet and worked so hard on our wedding day. I can’t say thank you enough!
One of the best pieces of advice I received as a bride was to not skimp on a wedding coordinator! I hired Lavender Haze as my month-of coordination planner given their experience at my wedding venue and reasonable price point. Although it's technically "month-of", Holly started helping me a year in advance of my wedding. She is very personable and was easily reachable via text or email. I appreciated her flexibility to meet with me when needed. I bounced several ideas off her and I found it very helpful to have a go-to person for all the same details that make up a wedding. Holly also put together a beautiful tablescape mock up design that illustrated what our tables would look like (linens, chargers, china, centerpieces, table #s, etc). This was one of my favorite parts because it enabled us to visualize how it would come to life. She also offered opportunities to pay in advance in order to receive a discount, which I took advantage of! The only feedback I have for areas of improvement is better organization and proactively reaching out to brides on next steps. My day-of coordinator switched 3 times (to no fault of Holly, that's just the nature of the industry), but I couldn't be happier that I ended up with Cori because she was absolutely INSTRUMENTAL to our wedding day! She has a lot of experience and is on top of her sh*t. Even our parents and wedding party commented how she did such an amazing job running the show. Everything ran smoothly on our day, thanks to Cori! I appreciated her help and support during our 30-day venue meeting and rehearsal ceremony leading up to the big day. I could not imagine our day without her. Cori's expertise and leadership made it a huge success. The only negative thing was that my dress wasn't bustled correctly, so it broke and people (including myself) we're stepping on it and tripping over it the whole night which broke my heart. Overall, I'm happy with the services provided and would recommend Holly & Cori to any future brides!
I wanted to review some of the pros and cons I found throughout my experience with Holly! I wanted to start by saying that she is genuinely one of the kindest people and wants you to have the best day!
Pros:
When I first booked, Holly was super informative + helpful. (Looking for vendors and what the day might look like etc)
She helped write down information about my wedding day
She emailed me to let me know when to schedule a new meeting.
She was available for a quick call if I needed it. I only booked a day of coordination so she honestly didn’t have to be so nice when I needed help but she was!
My day coordinator (sydney) spoke with me about last-minute details for the day.
Sydney was there to help set up things that I wasn’t available to set up
Sydney did things behind the scenes I might not been able to do myself.
Cons:
it was sadly clear that Holly may have overbooked herself this season. As you can tell by reviews she is amazing but some clients felt neglected. I own a business myself and I have overworked and taken on too much before so I completely understand! It doesn’t mean that they’re not an amazing vendor!!
I think that was the case as things got confusing the closer my wedding came.
I often had to reach out to Holly myself to schedule anything and I believe my last two meetings I had to push for. I did this the last month of my wedding. If I hadn’t reached out, would we have scheduled them? I’m not so sure.
Closer to the wedding many of my vendors wanted to meet/speak with my day coordinator so they could know information about the day. We scheduled an all-vendor meeting at my venue and Holly never showed. That was disheartening so close to the wedding. She was apologetic but it still worried me.
The entire system of information on their end seemed extremely unorganized. Little to no information on my wedding was documented. So when we did meet it was confusing about what was happening.
It seemed that she used multiple media to track information so quickly lost track of who I was, what our vendors were, etc.
In the beginning, she gave me a website of sorts to fill out and I’m not sure what happened with that because we never used it again.
We did meet online to make our day of timeline but it quickly became a rough draft once I spoke to my photographer and we kinda had to make our own. I believe the day of the timeline was not supposed to be something I ended up working on by myself.
On our timeline, dinner was supposed to start right after our introductions. I had to ask twice to be introduced because my husband and I, plus our entire wedding party wanted to enter the reception. (We were hungry). She quickly did that but again I was the one who was trying to stick to a somewhat consistent schedule.
After dinner, I had to remind her that dances were next as it was past the time they were supposed to start. I would also like to add that we were ahead of schedule so we were taking extra time for things. She was super nice and said she just wanted to make sure we had time to eat!
as stated Holly and her team were all very nice and helpful when asked!! I did 90% of the planning and coordination on my own. As was somewhat expected since I just had a day of coordination. That being said… the communication, organization, and reaching out to clients to fulfill needs in the contract was not something I would want to deal with again.
Holly, the owner of Lavender Haze Wedding Co., was my wedding planner and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I truly believe that my wedding wouldn't have been as successful as it was without having her there. I kept hearing over and over again to the days leading up to the wedding that "something will go wrong, it always does, but in the end it will be okay". I didn't have one single thing go wrong my entire wedding day and I cannot thank Holly enough for that.
More about the company itself, they are extremely fairly priced. They could charge SO much more for all of the services they provide. I booked Lavender Haze as a full wedding planner because they were offering a deal that I just couldn't pass up. Now I knew from the very beginning that I only needed a day-of-coordinator, but it was so nice to just have Holly available throughout the whole process if I were to need help. I did almost everything myself leading up to the wedding because I chose to (I like planning events and adding my own personal touches), but Holly looked into a couple vendors for me and always checked up on me to see if I needed anything. She also replies to emails and texts SO FAST, which is a huge plus for me. The day of the wedding, I had Holly running around EVERYWHERE. I actually felt really bad for this, but everything ended up working out and the wedding day was perfect.
I was originally on the fence about if I needed a wedding planning or not because I knew I could PLAN the wedding myself. Just because you can plan your wedding, doesn't mean you can EXECUTE your wedding. Nonetheless, if you're on the fence, at least get a day-of-coordinator. Your mind will be so at peace knowing that there is someone there to pick up your florals, set up your venues, tear down your venues, etc. And trust me, you need as much peace as you can get on your wedding day because boy is it ~stressful~. Thanks, Holly, for everything!
If you’re debating getting day of coordination, you will not regret it. I initially worked with Holly leading up to my big day, and she was always so encouraging and helpful in some of the unknowns I had as a bride. Payton did a great job leading our rehearsal and I cannot say enough amazing things about Sky! The week leading up to my big day she checked in on me multiple times, helped with last minute changes, coordinating with transportation/pizza and I’m sure answered tons of questions that would’ve came to me instead. I felt like I had known her forever by the end of the night!
Lavender Haze was one of the first vendors we hired during our wedding process hoping that we would be able to utilize them for full wedding planning. I don't know if it was just me or if other's have the same experience but I ended up doing most everything myself when it came to finding, booking and making appointments with vendors. I tried to utilize the software that they provided but I didn't find it very helpful. The day of coordination was good, they set up things that my venue wouldn't have otherwise but I didn't see my planner most of the day. Our wedding was out of town and further away so the coordinator was unable to make the rehearsal and we were compensated for that. I think if I could go back I would just hire for day of coordination and not for the full planning package. It just wasn't what I thought it would be.
I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!!! Make that 20. I have nothing but great things to say about Alexis from Lavender Haze Wedding Co. She blew me away with her expertise, organization, communication, and kindness throughout all of my wedding craziness. Are you looking for someone who will make your wedding day feel like a breeze? She is hands down the Day of Coordinator you need. From communicating with vendors, calming down the Mother of the Bride with loving support, answering my frazzled texts promptly, and being so knowledgeable about all things wedding, she is the person I needed most during the final months leading up to my wedding. I could not be more thankful for her and Lavender Haze for making my dream wedding vision come to life!
I had the pleasure of officiating a wedding when Alexis was the coordinator. I watched her handle sticky situations with poise and go above and beyond for the bride! Definitely would recommend Alexis!
I have nothing but great things to say about Alexis from Lavender Haze Wedding Co. When our original day of coordinator fell through a MONTH before our wedding I was in a full panic. Thankfully Lavender Haze saved the day. Introducing us to Alexis. She was absolutely amazing. Our day was ran so effortlessly and smooth thanks to all of her help. We would not have been able to pull our weekend off with our her guidance, dedication, and work. From making sure we stayed on our timeline, to coordinating with other vendors, helping with set up and tear down, rearranging décor after our ceremony during cocktail hour to ensure our reception was exactly what we envisioned, and just being such a bright light on our day. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have there on our wedding day. I recommend Lavender Haze to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding planner or even just a day of coordinator in the Columbus OH area!
We had Jenna as our day of coordinator and she was nothing but amazing. I thought there was no way she’d be able to get everything done perfectly but she did! She even carried a super heavy cooler without thinking twice. I could not have done this without her. Thank you!!!
We had Sky as our day of coordinator for my wedding, and she was amazing!! She handled everything with the vendors and definitely made my day SO much less stressful! She had everything torn down by the end of the night and packed up, which was super helpful since I was dreading that part! I would absolutely recommend!

I am so glad I had Holly and her team to help with my wedding. I was planning a wedding with a newborn while in nursing school and Holly helped me so much. She was always quick to answer my questions and give suggestions so I never felt too overwhelmed with the wedding. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly and I'm so thankful I was able to relax and enjoy the day.

We used Confetti Season Events for our day of coordinator and we couldn't have been more pleased with everything! Holly and her crew were fantastic with communication and made our day truly amazing and were so helpful in those little details that we didn't know. I would definitely recommend them!

We used Confetti Season for our Day of Coordinator and got so much more than what we expected! Leading up to the wedding, we worked a lot with Holly, who was so patient and understanding with us. She gave us so much great advice and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She saved us so much time and money and we cannot thank her enough! Holly is amazing! Holly was recommended to me by a coworker and I truly don’t know what we would have done without her! We had checkins here and there to make sure we were on track with planning and I always felt more at ease after talking to her. Holly provided great suggestions and vendor recommendations as well. The day of exceeded my expectations and while there were a few hiccups with other vendors (as to be expected), Holly handled them seamlessly. I found the confetti season group on a Facebook page a friend invited me to, to help plan my wedding. After having an issue with my centerpieces and the person that was supposed to do them I instantly became overwhelmed and started looking for a coordinator that would help with table set up and more. That’s when I found confetti season. From the beginning they were very responsive and helpful, answering all detailed questions I had and expressing their willingness to help with just about anything.
Rehearsal day Peyton was there on time and took charge when getting everyone where they needed to be and going over the “how to’s” for the ceremony. We then met in the venue to go over everything I needed from her the day of.
My wedding day went great and Peyton is to thank for that. Anything and everything I needed she was right there to help or get it done. She literally helped with everything from table/decorations set up, to pictures, to cake set up and take down, and everything in between. She truly made my day as less stressful as possible. I definitely recommend the girls with confetti season

I booked Holly's day-of coordination services for our wedding and am so glad I did! Although our venue-based coordinator was great as well, Holly was able to take on so many other details, like running our rehearsal, coordinating vendors, helping us to create a timeline, setting up decor, and answering my 1000 questions promptly and easily. Working with Holly was like working with a super-organized, reliable, and wedding-savvy friend! I highly recommend working with her for your big day.
Holly was great to work with! After reading previous reviews I knew I had to reach out. Everything the reviews say is true! She is so nice and bubbly and energetic about her job. She works to make sure your day is everything it should be. She took my ideas and upgraded them to make a fantastic vision!! I didn't see her behind the scenes, just the final product, but I know she must have worked hard! She was quick to respond to emails/texts regarding planning and setting up meetings, and flexible in scheduling times to chat.
Can’t say enough good things about Holly! Not only is she professional, and one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, she LOVES what she does and it shows! I threw a destination wedding at her (New Orleans) in a town she has never been to, in the middle of a pandemic, (I know, I know lol) and she with the help of Bailey Rose Events in Nola made my vision come to life! My wedding was absolutely stunning and they took all the stress away! I highly recommend Confetti Season Event Design!
Holly is the reason I was able to keep my sanity on my wedding day! She made everything absolutely perfect. From steaming my girls dresses, to setting up the venue, to tear down. Holly was amazing! She was the perfect day of coordinator. I was nervous about someone having a few meetings and stepping in to execute my vision, but I could not have been more at ease with Holly. From our first meeting, I knew that she would handle whatever we needed and she did just that. She took care of making decisions for us on the day so we didn’t need to worry about it. She made sure everything ran on time and didn’t make us feel rushed. She truly was a lifesaver. I would highly recommend her fo anyone.
