asked all of the right questions to narrow down every detail to make our day special, and worked so hard to help with anything we needed. The venue is the most beautiful and magical place. Butterflies, lavender, wildflowers, and gorgeous landscaping. The bridal suite is so cute and reminds me of a Pinterest post. There is so many little details on the property that are perfect photo ops. Our ceremony was held outside in front of the lavender field, and it couldn’t have been more beautiful and peaceful. The sun shines through the barn to add that extra touch for your photos during dances and dinner. Dan and Christine did an amazing job setting all of the tables and giving us what we needed. They played such a huge role in making my dream wedding vision come to life. I’m so thankful for all of their hard work and kindness throughout the weekend. I’d do it all over again times a million at Lavender Shores Farm. I wish I could live there! Lol. If you’re going back and forth on visiting the venue for a tour, dont! Just do it! You won’t regret it. Thank you Dan and Christine!

erely the nicest and most helpful and wonderful people. The venue has the most beautiful backstory and I cannot thank the owners enough for giving us such a wonderful experience for our wedding. First of all, they are so diligent in all of their work. They were always telling us that they added this or that to the venue leading up to our big day. They genuinely love what they do in my opinion and they just want you to be happy and are constantly adding new additions to their venue, like the sunflowers! They were great communicators leading up to the wedding, any time I had a question or a worry, they were there to help us via email or phone call. On the actual wedding day, they checked in throughout the night to make sure we were OK and even when I had a small request, they jumped right on it, willing to try things that no one else had ever requested. These are genuinely good people which is really hard to find nowadays! The venue ceremony site is absolutely gorgeous and everything you will ever need. They were willing to move anything around however we needed it to be. We decided to have them provide all of the plating and silverware and it was so beautiful and so wonderful, definitely worth it! The mismatched plates are so beautiful and unique. The barn is so conveniently set up with a place for a bartender and a DJ and everything worked out so perfectly. The owners helped us with plugs and informed us that they could make anything work as far as our decorations. They definitely made you feel welcome, comfortable, and they made you feel like they were excited for your wedding ! We had guests who are not outdoorsy people who even mentioned that this would be the type of venue they would’ve picked if they had to do an outdoor wedding. Every one of our guests said how cool this venue was, and I really feel like all of our guests really had such a fun time because this was such a unique and beautiful venue. There are a lot of barn venues out there, we definitely looked around, but this one is the absolute best. The lavender field was beautiful, the sunflowers were so beautiful, there’s a really cool tent area for the boys to get ready in. The bridal suite is so cute and the bathrooms were clean and so rustic chic. This venue is conscious about using nontoxic hand soaps, making sure that plastics and other items are recycled, and making sure that they keep the property clean for the wildlife surrounding. We invited 120, but have a lot of out of state family; 88 came and that was very spacious and comfortable in the barn. There’s lots of room for even bigger weddings for sure. If I ever hosted another large event, even if it wasn’t a wedding, I would definitely book this place if I could! During our ceremony herons were flying over us, there were butterflies flying around, this place is booming with wildlife. No matter where you look you just see beautiful open land, behind the venue and even in from of, which is so hard to find! The most perfect spot ever. There are some wonderful places to stay the night in for guests who are traveling, we stayed at the Wipp Inn Cottages (not the cleanest and up to date but very cute) and had guests stay at the Last Chance motel, Cadillac inn... If you are considering this venue, please reach out to them, make an appointment to go see it and meet the owners. You will not regret it! This is the perfect venue for anyone who loves the outdoors, and also anyone else who isn’t big on the outdoors. I have never worked with people, more professional, kind, and passionate about what they do.

ce we were able to set up day before and clean up day after. We had weather issues and they were quick to adapt. We also had the camping area out back and it worked out great. Especially since there is not as much for accommodations in the area.

family & did way more than what was expected or outlined in the contract. They made the wedding planning process super easy and always quick to respond. The venue is beautiful & the grounds made for beautiful pictures. They have so many other accommodations besides just venue space. I cannot thank them enough 🤍✨️

. The communication was great, they were very helpful with any and all questions, and were extremely nice through the entire process. The lavender field was beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted, and it was perfect timing because it was peak time for the lavender too. ( you can also buy fresh lavender from them for your bouque or table decorations - it was $20 for a very large bunch) The barn was so amazing and really checked all the boxes for the perfect rustic wedding. There was plenty of room for the dance floor, and the outdoor area was a great getaway when you needed some fresh air. There were so many things included that I never would've thought of myself - or would've heaped on a ton more stress through the entire thing. The campsite is also FANTASTIC. There are tents there now for the groom's party to get ready and one with an actual bed and it all had a bunch of extra personal touches. If you are thinking about checking Lavender Shores Farm out for your wedding, please do it. Christy and Dan were absolutely perfect and made our day amazing. I cannot thank them enough.

We were nervous to find an LGBT friendly location in a more rural area, but Dan and Christine were very excited and honored to host us! Wedding details are intimidating, but they helped us organize ourselves throughout the process. All of our guests loved the atmosphere in the barn. We are truly thankful for Lavender Shores, who helped us pull off the perfect day.

absolutely gorgeous with fairy lights/lanterns pre-hung and even has a DJ and bar area built inside! The owners were sweet enough to set up all the tables/chairs/linens/centerpieces/plates that THEY PROVIDED as well as helped us with tear-down which made our special day so much less stressful! Heaters are available if it gets too cold as well which worked very well the evening of our wedding. The venue also has a STUNNING new ready room, 2 new indoor bathrooms, a smoking area w/ fire pit, outdoor camping (with electrical hookup sites, an outhouse equip with plumbing, and even an outdoor shower), and breathtaking views of fields and, of course, flowers! The venue is dog friendly so long as they remain on leashes! I will forever recommend this venue to anyone looking for an absolutely perfect barn wedding! ally beautiful camping area that could be included. The new bridal ready room is gorgeous and such a stress reliever to be on site all day to make sure everything is in order. They are constantly updating and improving and it shows! The ceremony space with the fresh lavender is so special on its own but was easily dressed up just how we wanted. The reception space is beautiful and was perfectly rustic and vintage for us. The mix and match vintage plates, the light coming through the wood slats of the barn, the string lights everywhere and of course the lavender field made for absolutely beautiful photos. Our guests couldn’t tell us enough how unique the space was. Lavender Shores is such a hidden gem, we didn’t look anywhere else, the price for everything made it an easy decision. As soon as we met the Kelly’s and toured we were sold! They are both extremely laid back and welcoming but attentive should you have any questions. They were on site day of and a few feet away to offer help but let us be to enjoy our reception. Thank you again!!

They were quick to respond and even quicker to react to anything I needed! I had absolutely NO worries with them!!!!! I got to focus on my day, but even better they did to!!!!! They checked on me during my night (which made me feel so comfortable there). The land had more than a fairytale feeling, it was stunning. Pulling away from the barn that night I was so great full to them to have such a beautiful place for me to have one of the most important days of my life at such an affordable cost, especially because I am still in nursing school. I will never be able to thank Dan or Christine for everything they did for me that night. If I were ever to recommend a wedding venue, there is only one place I would recommend and it would be Lavender Shores farm. I always wanted a fairytale wedding, like in the movies and thanks to them, I did! Thank you for everything!!!!!

with. They helped make our vision a reality and it turned out better than I had dreamed! There is a built in bar for bartenders with a fridge, deep freeze, and keg trough. There's a built in DJ booth with electricity, wifi, and an epic dance floor. The vendors were all relieved that they could pull their trucks right up to the door to unload, and all commented on how great the Kellys are to work with. There are 2 restrooms right next to the barn (super convenient) and one out at the campsite which was a LIVESAVER!! The campground was such an awesome option to have so our guests wouldn't have to drive home. Our wedding couldn't have been more perfect and the location of it all was the reason!

The bathrooms are brand new and very clean. There is a massive camping area in the back that accommodates campers and tents so your guests can stay overnight. The scenery outside is breathtaking. The lavendar field was so bright and full it made for some of the most beautiful pictures. Our wedding night was perfection.

Working with Christine was incredible, she was understanding when I wasn't able to respond right away and sent gentle reminders about things that I may have forgotten. The space itself was decked out with twinkle lights and candles, which made the lighting soft and beautiful as the night went on and the sun dappled through some slats bringing in sunshine in the best way. Christine and Dan were on site for set up and break down and if there was any concern or something extra to just bring the pop of personality to the forefront, they were there with options and ready to work with you. My husband has said that we won't be getting married again, but this wedding was basically perfect, so that's fine with me. If you're considering this venue, go ahead and send the message. If you are deciding between options, the people here should weigh out in favor of Lavender Shores; they're great people to work with.
