I'm Erica Sanders, owner and lead planner at Lavish & Lovely and for the last decade I've built a career in marketing, working in New York City to help companies build their brands and connect with their consumers in a more personalized approach - including events! My passion for event planning developed early on in my career and fully blossomed once I went through the process of planning my own wedding. Wedding planning should be fun. I love working with brides to create a vision for their day that is uniquely tailored to their style, both as a bride and as a couple.

My daughter and I hired Lavish & Lovely after we’d already committed to her wedding venue and made most of our vendor selections. At first, we thought “we’ve totally got this” and...

did not feel like we needed planning help. Then I started waking up in the middle of the night worried about coordinating the details. Would we be able to communicate our vision to the florist? Did we even have the right vision? Would we make the right food choices? How about orchestrating the ceremony timeline, the photographer, music/lighting set-up all within hours of the event – or while participating in the event? It was feeling like a complete fire drill. Then we met Erica Sanders, the stress absorber! Erica’s experience, great judgment, excellent taste, and strong organizational skills gave us immediate peace of mind, allowing us to focus on being bride and mother-of-bride. Hiring her was by far the best decision we made in this entire process!
