I was very disappointed on my wedding day when Tori (the owner) did not show up. She sent someone else in her place and at no point did she mention she would not be attending. She ...
was tending to another event in the DMV area where she also does weddings. Dont'count on her delivering all your agreedupon requests maybe only a handful was actually delivered. Our memorial table was literally bare. Just the memorail signs we brought were on it. no other arangements because they forgot about the memorial table. The "acryllic" signs that are part of her package is falsely advertised . For my welcome sign at the ceremony she simply Typed up "Wlecome to our wedding with an image and blew it up and did a large print. The other signage was all typed and printed (also blurry because of the very large font). She was almost always busy and was the hardest for my wedding coordinator to get in touch with.
We booked lavish and luxury for our wedding last August. Number 1 issue is that she did not bother to show up the day. There was never a discussion prior to the wedding regarding h...
er mother and 4 small children showing up to do the decisions on her place. We were promised acrylic signs that were not delivered as promised. And she exhibited poor communication through out the time leading up to the wedding, so much so that our coordinator had issues contacting her.
