ut it and just knew it was the one. The building itself is has such beautiful details and historic character - we knew it would make a beautiful backdrop for our wedding. After choosing the Lawn Club, every step of the way I couldn't have been happier with our decision - the event coordinator team Christine & Karen were organized and kept us on task, gave helpful advice and recommended vendors and walked us through the process for planning, tastings and overall day of coordination. On our wedding day we were beyond happy with the whole team - from the amazing food, to the immaculate service - everyone on the team was skilled professionals and they ran everything perfectly. Our guests were so impressed from start to finish and we are so grateful to the entire team!

ristine, she was transparent about everything we could expect about the process going forward and was attentive to every detail and question we had. Throughout the whole process, we felt supported and prioritized, making the planning so much smoother. The venue itself is undeniably gorgeous and the food does not disappoint. All of our guests could not stop raving about it on the day of and afterwards. Our wedding day was magical/epic/everything we could have imagined thanks to this amazing venue and the staff. We are so grateful! 100000000/10 recommend!

exceptional and exceed expectations. The venue is stunning and has so much character (great variety for photos), the food is truly delicious, and the service is impeccable. From the moment we met with Christine and saw the venue (it looks exactly like all of the pictures so you won't be disappointed!) we knew it was our spot. There were no hidden fees or gimmicks and every question we had throughout the process was answered and every request we had was met. Often times, when venues have venue coordinators, people still advise couples to hire their own wedding coordinator because the venue coordinator's main concern is the venue and making sure things are running smoothly on the venue's end (makes sense) and the couple isn't their main priority. That is not the case at the LC- Christine, Karen, Andy, Robin, etc. were all unbelievably attentive and we always felt like their number 1 priority. They work fluidly as a team and clearly take pride in what they do. We got married at St. Mary's and ended up hiring Christine for off-site coordination for the morning of/our ceremony and couldn't imagine our wedding day without her. The tasting is the first real glimpse you get at the whole team and staff and it is incredible. I could go on and on about this venue, but I really want you to experience the magic for yourselves. m start to finish. Christine was very helpful through the whole process between giving you lists of preferred vendors, checking in, and as the day approached - calming frazzled nerves! (Which, every bride needs!) Our wedding at the Lawn Club was PERFECT. It's gorgeous, classic, and minimal additional decoration is needed to be added since the rooms speak for themselves. We used the venue for both our ceremony and our reception. During the cocktail hour, the guests go to the Formal Dining Room and the Ballroom is flipped for the reception. Much to my chagrin, it rained on our wedding day. Thankfully, 99% of the time we were inside the Lawn Club, but you do need to briefly go outside to enter into the ballroom for the ceremony. The whole week leading up to our wedding, I emailed Christine every day about the weather. She was amazing at calming my nerves, but the day of - downpour the whole day! The whole staff pitched in and with lots of umbrellas of all shapes and sizes (including giant patio table umbrellas) we all made it in for our grand entrance. So many beautiful spaces for photographs, that while I missed not being able to have outdoor shots, we couldn't have asked for a more picturesque indoor space. Food, drink, tables, chairs, dishes, table cloths, coat check, etc...all included in the pricing. This really helps limit the amount you have to worry about when planning and really, in my opinion, helps justify the pricing. Food was PHENOMENAL...chefs did an amazing job. A few months before your big day, the LC puts on a tasting where you can try all the different food choices you have. You almost had to roll me out of there that day - ha! Day of Staff (other than the AMAZING Christine!) : There is 1 server per table, so quick and efficient when putting out the courses. The general manager is discreet and very professional. He made rounds asking if everyone was enjoying their time and if he could do anything for them. I did not find out until the next day that there was an incident with one of our guests who had to be cut off at the bar! (being embarrassed about a person the day after is so much better than being embarrassed about someone the day of your wedding) There is a preferred vendor list, which also helps you hire quality people that will compliment your day at the Lawn Club. They are very careful when curating this list, but are happy to review any potential new vendors you may want. To sum up, the Lawn Club was my dream venue for our wedding, and Christine and all the staff at the LC made my dream a reality on 11-11-22! Thank you, a thousand times thank you!
