We used Laytn’s Land-N for our wedding on December 3rd and have nothing but amazing things to say! First off, the venue owners, Teresa and Bubba, were amazing! They answered any qu...
estions we had and let us visit the venue several times leading up to the wedding. We had the venue the whole weekend, so we were able to set up the day before and load up all of the decorations into our cars the day after. We did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at Laytn’s Land-N and it was great because while we didn’t leave the property, there was plenty of space for everything and each spot we had things set up was different and beautiful. My bridal party and I even got our hair and makeup done, and got dressed and ready, in the bridal suite they have! Our guests and vendors absolutely loved the property as well and were raving about it all night long! We did our ceremony under the huge oak tree and had cocktail hour by the fire pits. The dinner and reception inside the venue was amazing and perfect! We had about an 80 person wedding and there was so much space inside for the DJ, photo booth, catering buffet, all the guests tables, the desert bar, and space for dancing! We then ended the night outside, playing corn hole and roasting s’mores on the fire. All of the lights set up outside at the venue are amazing and made it even more spectacular! The whole venue itself is decorated incredibly and we really did not have to add a whole lot of decor which was great. Overall, we loved having our wedding here and seriously recommend it to anyone looking for a venue!
What a wonderful venue for our granddaughters wedding! Her guests enjoyed both the inside and outside spaces, as the night was coming to an end the firepit was the place to be.
My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this venue! From the moment we pulled up we knew it would be the place we got married at! Thersea and her husband were so easy to work...
with! Anytime we needed to come out to the venue with our wedding planner it was never an issue setting up a date/time. We had the venue both Friday & Saturday, and were also able to come back Sunday morning to clean up. The only thing that bummed us out were the bathrooms. They were super nice and clean but at the rehearsal the men’s restroom got clogged up, thersea sent her husband over to fix it and he did very quickly which was so nice however the day of the wedding at some point the men’s bathroom got clogged again & was just disgusting (we all know men can be very gross lol). Other than that issue we absolutely loved our venue and would recommend it to anyone!
Our wedding was absolutely perfect! the barn was perfect and the oak tree gave symbolism to our ceremony. the bridal suite was so comfortable. everything was perfect! Thank you...
Teresa for allowing us to have our magical day at your venue.
Teresa and her husband were amazing, easy to work with and the barn was beautiful! Soo extremely happy I chose this venue!
The owners are amazing! They went above and beyond to help make the place look great and answered any questions within a timely manner. My wedding was absolutely stunning!
We fell in love with this venue and booked it the same day we saw it. We wanted somewhere our family could relax and enjoy them self's. We didn't want to have to rush and be out in...
5 hours. We had the venue all day Friday and Saturday. We set up on Friday and even had our rehearsal dinner on Friday evening here. They let you pick all your own vendors so you get just what you want.
Teresa was always available via phone or email to answer any of my questions. She even ran over with a heater the day of the wedding for the bridal suite.
We where able to take first look photos in front of her beautiful farm house.
Everyone was blown away at how pretty the place was. I would recommend to anyone.
