We had the honor and pleasure of having Carlos as the DJ and MC at our wedding. Carlos was amazing both in the prep before our wedding as well as the day of. He catered to exactl...
y our preferences and what we were looking for but also made us feel comfortable with trusting him completely with feeling it out that day. He timing was impeccable and he made our special day better. We would love to have Carlos and LB Entertainment for any other event (but hopefully not another wedding!) and would highly recommend him to anyone else!
Carlos was awesome to work with for our wedding! He was quick to answer all our questions and help us decide the best lighting for our venue. The music choices were exactly what we...
hoped and the dance floor was never empty! Would highly recommend Carlos for any event!
Amazing!!! Energy, enthusiasm, and talent were fantastic
We felt great about using Carlos right from the first interview. We interviewed other DJs, but it was evident that he knows his music and pays attention to the crowd. He was one of...
the preferred vendors on our venue list. Carlos did not disappoint! We absolutely loved his work. We wanted a mix of music from salsa to 70's. He works with the energy of crowd to play the right songs to get them dancing. My now husband and Carlos worked together on a surprise song my husband sang to me! Carlos was absolutely amazing and we now consider him our friend! We will use him again!
Carlos was AMAZING!! He was able to read the crowd, dissern what would get people up dancing and keep the dance party going!!!! Also, his technical skills, in terms of mixing son...
gs, was very impressive! We are in our mid 50's getting married, and wanted a dance party and we got it!!! He was very professional and took time to meet with us ahead of time, made himself available for whatever we needed and our wedding participants loved him!!! We have had people come up to us and commented on how wonderful our DJ and dance party was. THANK YOU CARLOS:)!!
Carlos was amazing to work with! He was quick and responsive during the planning process. He was anAMAZING emcee for the night and really got the crowd excited! We had a bilingual ...
crowd and he easily mixed in both cultures and languages (Spanish & English). Cannot recommend LB Entertainment enough!!!
Carlos responded to our initial inquiry on his website same day and was a true professional with providing transparent information about what services LB Entertainment could provid...
e, pricing, and options for personalization. He came highly recommended by our venue, and we loved that we could easily reference his portfolio and clients on his website. He brings great energy and enthusiasm, and he got us so excited for our big day. When we asked for his opinion and guidance as we were planning, he was thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely sincere when offering suggestions or feedback. He incorporated song requests from our guests, which was a highlight as people recognized their songs! We also had a trivia game for our wedding, and he worked with the host on equipment set up to make it a seamless event. Our photobooth was a hit, with a beautiful backdrop and fun props. He made our reception the best party, and he brought amazing energy as our emcee. We LOVED working with Carlos. Can't say enough great things about him and wouldn't change a thing!!
We recently had the pleasure of having Carlos of LB Entertainment both MC and perform as DJ at our wedding, and are beyond thrilled with the unforgettable, personalized, musical jo...
urney he crafted for us. Everyone, from our friends to our aunties and uncles, kept raving about the music. Our dance floor was popping off the entire night!
What also sets Carlos apart is not just his ability to curate the perfect playlist, but his seamless coordination with our vendor team. He is a preferred vendor at the Ebell at Long Beach, where he has been the DJ for decades, and his longstanding partnership was evident in the flawless execution of the music and directions he gave as MC to create the most enjoyable party. For our day, we had several complex components that required detailed coordination, including a money dance, table group photos, full wedding guest photo, and various line dances, and he worked with us and our wedding coordinator to plan out how it could all flow. Carlos then executed all of them with the given time frame without hiccups. So many friends and family said it was the smoothest wedding they've attended and we got to truly enjoy everything in the moment.
Carlos also set up the lights that synced with the music, and we had opted for the additional photo booth which came in a vintage exterior that fit with the overall decor, and are so glad we got to capture the various shenanigans of our friends and family throughout the night.
Our wedding truly wouldn't have been the same without him, and we wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a DJ who is not just skilled but also a joy to work with. Thank you Carlos for making our day so special and for being an integral part of the magic!
Absolutely great! Carlos was easy to work with. He was thorough, thoughtful, and extremely helpful when reviewing the details. Day of, he had a professional set up, looked great, a...
nd kept the party going with just the right amount of interaction. Would highly recommend and would use again if the event called for it.
Carlos made the party happen. I’ll take some of the credit as I know our friends and family like to dance and have a good time. However, when my husband and I had our first convers...
ation with Carlos when trying to find the right DJ for our event, he acknowledged our anxious concerns about how a DJ and their music selections can make or break an event. We are beyond appreciative of him for taking the reins on this one because he KILLED IT.
Some comments from the night:
• “Awesome music guys, you know how to throw a party”
• “This DJ is AMAZING!”
• Friend: “I was so looking forward to this party because I knew you guys would create a good playlist”
Me: “Oh, no. It’s all the DJ. We gave him some songs but he’s doing all of this, he gets the credit”
Friend: “Omg really?! He’s so good!!!”
•”You guys picked the best DJ ever!”
• From my dad in particular who is a music snob: “The DJ did a great job. All the transitions and flows were perfect all night long. He kept it going really well.”
•”How’d you find this guy?!!”
Carlos was amazing from start to finish! He was able to combine our mixed love of country, pop, and rock seamlessly, all while making sure our guest had a fantastic time. We've ha...
d multiple comments during the reception and after about his skills. We cannot thank him enough!
Our wedding would not have been as incredibly fun as it was without Carlos. We called a couple DJs for quotes, but I was immediately drawn to Carlos. His energy, his thoroughness, ...
and especially his honesty. The other DJs convinced us they basically double as a wedding coordinator since they will be familiar with the event schedule. But Carlos was honest and reminded us that the DJ's main responsibility is to get the guests engaged with great music and fun crowd work, so they can't be running around checking on other things. They are also not responsible for set up and clean up of the venue. This may seem obvious now, but as a bride to be, with no clue how much goes into planning a wedding, this was very informative. We booked him and from that first consultation until the day of our wedding, he was responsive and incredibly comforting. Why comforting? Because our wedding was taking place during the week of a rare Southern California storm and I was really worried. We had our call the week of to go over details and Carlos really convinced me that no matter how the weather will be (because it's out of our control), we will have a blast during the reception. His energy and attitude perked me right up and made me really excited again. And day of?? Well he definitely delivered! We even had a few family and friends asking where we found the DJ, because they thought he was amazing! We danced ALL NIGHT! Hands down, BEST DJ EVERRRRRR!

Carlos and his team were so amazing to work with for our wedding day!
Leading up to our event, Carlos was so helpful and communicative, as well as responded quickly to any questio...
ns we had. He also helped cut music for our first dance, as well as my father/daughter dance. In addition to this, he was able to attach our last name sign to the photobooth so we could have it in the background of our photos.
On our wedding day, Carlos and his team did such an amazing job facilitating our wedding ceremony and reception. So many people commented that they loved our music and the way that Carlos hyped everyone up! After giving him just a couple songs we liked, he was able to curate an amazing playlist for us and our guests that kept the party going all night long. Our guests also had such an amazing time in the photobooth. They loved getting printed photos, as well as utilizing the fun props Carlos provided.
I highly recommend Carlos to anyone needing entertainment for their event and I can't wait to work with him again for future events.
We hired DJ Carlos for our wedding. After hearing a sample mix he created for us, we knew he would be perfect for our event. Prior to the event, he was very accessible. He alwa...
ys responded to our e-mails even if it was just to confirm he received our message. He did a telephone walk through with us a week before the wedding to make sure everything was covered and we had no questions or concerns. The actual event was spectacular. He didn't miss a beat with the music for our ceremony. The reception was equally as good. His transitions from song to song are seamless. The selection of songs he played were excellent. DJ Carlos was able to get our guests pumped up and keep them on the dance floor until the night was over. He even took some time to get all our guests on the dance floor for a photo. I never would have thought to get a photo of all of our guests at once. I haven't received the photographs yet, but I'm sure I will cherish that photo.
I know I wrote a lot. It really is because we had such a wonderful experience with DJ Carlos. All in all, DJ Carlos was attentive, accessible, and a fantastic DJ. More than that, he genuinely cared that we had the time of our lives at the wedding.
Carlos was absolutely fantastic and we couldn't recommend LB Entertainment enough. So many of our guests approached us throughout our wedding night to comment on how great the musi...
c was, and the photos from the photo booth are such a fun collection of warm memories.
Carlos and his team are friendly, supportive, and helped guide us through the entire process from planning to the big day itself. Everyone at our wedding had such an amazing time, from the ceremony music and audio setup to the packed dance floor at the reception. We'd hire Carlos again in a heartbeat!

c, it was a joy to work with him. We want to have another wedding just to hire him again! His photo booth and attendant, Alex, were great too. Beautiful back drop and great props. We had a great time!
We don't think it couldn't have gone any better with how both DJ Irv and the MC Dennis handled everything! It made the day and night that much better.

e / schedule of events, letting myself and Tracy know of what was coming up was all what we were hoping.
With the way they handled our music, all of the pieces we had discussed on our call in the weeks leading up to the wedding were taking into account. Our suggestions were taken and the branching they did kept the dance floor busy with many happy guests. Weeks after the wedding guests were still saying how much fun they had and the music was done very well.
Even if we had the chance to go back and redo the night, there wouldn't be anything we'd change about how it was conducted as it greatly met our expectations.

at because you fill out a form that runs through the entire wedding through the eyes of the DJ, so they know exactly what you want. Both Irv and Carlos were so nice and a blast to have at my wedding. They played the songs we wanted and had flawless transitions between them (everyone was commenting about how smooth they were)! You even get a "Do Not Play" section of songs which helped a lot for those songs you personally don't like but you know people will request. Carlos was great with announcing and transitioning between events too. And he goes with the flow! If we wanted to change something last minute, we just went up to him and asked if we could make an announcement and he made it happen. Best DJ experience ever. I wouldn't change a thing!! Love you guys!

ing. Our dance floor was packed all night long!! Carlos made our wedding what it was. Weeks later, people are still talking about how great the music was and how much fun they had! You should absolutely hire Carlos for your wedding!!
We got married on 10/25/19 at the Long Beach Museum of Art and our wedding was magical!!!! When we started looking for a DJ/MC we came across the great reviews on yelp about Carlos...
at LB Entertainment so we decided to scheduled a meeting with him and he made us feel so confident and relaxed about the planning process and his skills and track record that hired him immediately... One of the BEST decision we made for our wedding! The reviews are not even close to describing how amazing he made our event! He is professional, talented, super friendly, and kept us on track with the planning and throughout the evening of the wedding! Carlos also has an incredible microphone voice so if you want to feel like you are entering a red carpet event with Ryan Crest as your announcer, Carlos is your guy!!! He is a gem and if you are looking for a DJ/MC stop looking, you have found him!!!!!!
Carlos was very easy to talk to when helping us plan how our wedding ceremony and reception would go. He was flexible and didn't hinder us at all from having the night go exactly a...
s we wanted. On top of that he was very good at reading the crowd, switching away from songs that they weren't feeling and finding ones that they were.
Carlos killed it! It was very obvious how much work he put into our set for the wedding. With just a few conversations he was able to make the perfect playlist full of our favorite...
requested songs and others that hadn't come to our mind during planning. He was so wonderful, respectful, and culturally aware. Could not have asked for a better DJ
Carlos was really great to work with. He took a lot of time to find the right music. The music he chose was perfect.
Everything was so perfect !

ay of the wedding a breeze!!! He is someone we will forever look back on and remember the amazing music he played and how delightful he was! Thank you, Carlos!
Carlos was our DJ at our “May the 4th Be With You” wedding. The first thing that really made me excited to work with Carlos was that he seemed excited too! It wasn’t just about him...
being the MC or playing music- he truly cared that our wedding went off without a hitch. He offered to help with anything, even if it wasn’t necessarily part of his job description. He was quick to answer an email or phone call with any questions or ideas we had.
When it came time for the big day, he executed everything we had talked about perfectly. He doesn’t just mindlessly play music- he’s paying attention to what’s going on and will improvise or play to what’s happening on the dance floor. We even had a “walk off” that happened organically, and he directed the crowd to split into two lines and have people face off with me! It was a highlight of the night that I will never forget- thanks to Carlos!
You know you have a great DJ when at the end of the night, your guests are giving him a hug and taking pictures with him. Please do yourself a big favor for your wedding or next event and hire Carlos!
Carlos is an amazing DJ. We recommended Carlos to our friends that got married in Jan. of 2019 and we enjoyed Carlos as the MC and DJ there. We had Carlos play at our wedding on Ma...
rch 3, 2019 and we totally loved him! Carlos worked with our live band and was very professional in working with the venue and band, Carlos is so easy going and flexible. But also has a great form with the right questions to ask regarding the flow and taste of music for your event. I loved that the week before our wedding he scheduled a call with us to review and talk about the ambiance of our wedding. I will continue to recommend Carlos to anyone who is looking for an MC and DJ.
100% Recommend!!! He saved our wedding!
We found DJ Carlos through a referral from another vendor and we were surely blessed to have found Carlos. When we spoke to him via email or...
on the phone we could tell Carlos was passionate about what he does, was very excited to be a part of our day and ensured us he would do everything he could to make it a success. Carlos supplies us with a list for us to fill in for the songs to play for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He was very easy to work with and was easily able to mix in both modern hits, classics and Hispanic music into the setlist. On the day of the wedding, our timeline for eating was delayed a bit due to weather and Carlos saved the day by working with our day of coordinator to keep the party moving and the dance floor packed. We can honestly say that if it weren’t for Carlos our wedding wouldn’t have been half as successful as it was. Additionally, Carlos is very willing and able to accommodate special requests (playing certain parts of songs for example) and we were very happy with his services and we got many compliments from our guests and other vendors about how great Carlos was. Carlos, we can’t thank you enough and we will be telling everyone we know that he made our wedding a success!

im how we met. We never even looked for another DJ and booked right on the spot. We met a month before the wedding, and we had made some changes and totally forgot to inform him (bride brain) and he rolled with it! Without a blink he said no problem and he would be all set up and ready to go! And boy was he! Everything from the grand entrance, to dinner music, to when the party started was unbelievable!! Time flew by and everyone danced the night away. He took requests, he played all of our must haves, but more importantly he made us feel like family. I will recommend Carlos to everyone from this point forward! Thank you Carlos!! Love the Dels!
DJ Carlos DJ'd at our wedding on November 12th and did an amazing job. We met with him personally about six months before the wedding and then again at the venue a few months late...
r. The venue was more than an hour drive each way and he didn't even charge us extra for it.
Carlos was great at envisioning the lighting, his setup and the overall flow of the evening. He was organized, asked all the right questions and made sure our night went smoothly.
His ability to read the crowd and the dance floor was amazing and our friends commented on what a great DJ we had. I would highly recommend DJ Carlos to anyone looking for a fun, friendly, organized, professional DJ. He has top notch sound and light equipment and he really cares about making your event the best it can be.
My husband and I absolutely loved working with Carlos!
LB Entertainment came highly recommended by two co-workers of mine who both individually hired Carlos for their weddings in...
2015. I honestly did not even search for an additional DJ, because I trusted the opinions of both colleagues.
My husband and I are big-time music lovers, so having a great DJ was an absolute must for our wedding! I booked Carlos about 10 months in advance and from my first phone call with him he was eager to assist with any questions I had. As the date approached we set up an in-person meeting with Carlos ; he was organized, friendly and very helpful.
Our wedding was everything I could have dreamed of and a big part of that had to do with the awesome music! Our family was ready to party and Carlos delivered perfectly blending hits for both the young and old! I can not say thank you enough Carlos for help creating awesome memories!
If you are looking for a fantastic wedding DJ, stop searching and just book him :) You won't regret it!
