Had the best experience with LBR! They were so knowledgeable about all the different fabrics and styles and truly made it a great experience. I had only visited two other places and found my dress immediately at LBR. The quality and expertise was unmatched, and I knew I had to get my dress there! Overall, it was a great experience and I couldn’t recommend LBR enough!

Let me start by saying I had to cancel my initial appointment because I caught a cold. Vilma (the owner) was very understanding & rescheduled me for the following Saturday. When I first arrived I was greeted by Cat who informed me that the entire store was reserved just for ME for an hour & a half. She asked me about my wedding & I showed her pictures of dresses I liked. I also let her know I already had a dress in mind that I was ready to buy come Monday. LBR was the last store on my list - so if she could find something that would blow me away that could all change. Cat pulled a total of 3 dresses for me but after trying on 2nd dress she knew immediately there was a 4th one I HAD to try on. The quality of the dresses at LBR were top notch compared to all the other wedding dress stores/boutiques I had previously gone to. I also can’t emphasize what a difference it makes to have a sales person that loves what they do (Cat) and a store that is clean & has AC. Cat was super patient, let me try on the two dresses (I was torn between) two time (so I could see them back to back) we went over what I liked about each one. Vilma showed up right on time as I was debating between the two. She chimed in and helped Cat re-clip the dresses in all the right places she also explained how they would look different once the dress would be tailored to my body as well as I am 5'10". In the end with help of both Cat and Vilma I said YES TO THE DRESS. Thank you both for such a great experience and for putting some sparkle into my wedding experience.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at LBR Bridal in Miami, and I can't say enough good things about this store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Vilma and Catherine went above and beyond to make my wedding dress shopping experience unforgettable. They narrowed down from five dresses down to my dream dress and carefully selected dresses to try on based on my description of what I wanted. I still had other bridal appointments to try on more dresses but kept comparing any future dresses I tried on to the ONE I absolutely loved in store. I finally decided to go back to LBR Bridal and say yes to the dress! Our main concern was the price as it was out of budget, but the store owner Vilma worked with us. You can tell they really care about you choosing your dream dress and went out of their way to make anything work. Not only did I find my dream wedding dress here, but I also felt like I was part of a supportive bridal community. The alterations were done flawlessly, ensuring that my dress fit like a glove. Every applique that was hand stitched or added was done beautifully. I can't thank LBR Bridal enough for making me feel like the most beautiful bride on my special day. They had wonderful customer service, a great dress selection and everyone I worked with was so kind. I’m not kidding when I say I found my dress in 18 minutes, it arrived early and they were so helpful throughout alterations. I recommended to all my coworkers and friends who are getting married in Chicago.
