Working with Brittany (MUA), Chelsey (hair artist), and Toni (MUA) on our wedding day (Sept 2023 in VT) was AMAZING. First - they are all INCREDIBLY talented. I have never had better hair and make-up done in my life and they made the entire bridal party feel glam and beautiful. All my girls were raving about their looks. They listened to what everyone wanted, and provided great suggestions when people were unfamiliar with getting their hair / make-up done. Their attention to detail was uncanny - they truly made sure everything was perfect. They were organized and kept to the schedule. While all of that is great, the best part of working with them was their energy. It seriously felt like they were an extension of the bridal party - they are genuinely so excited and happy all while executing everyone's looks perfectly. As a bride you’ll end up sitting in the chair for a long time and they make it a fun experience. Brittany takes care of all the booking and was super easy and straightforward to work with - she communicated everything timely, and had a schedule in place that helped create a seamless wedding day (and hair and MU trial). I wish I lived closer to Brittany and Chelsey so I could have them work their magic all the time (also so I could hang out with them because they are truly amazing people). Would book them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!!

I started going to Brittany for regular facials about 6 months before the wedding to make sure my skin was in top condition for the big day! She created a customized skin care routine for me, and I can confidently say my skin is glowing and smooth because of her guidance. At my hair and make-up trials, Brittany and Chelsey created perfect looks for my hair and makeup. Brittany is an amazing communicator, super organized, punctual, a lot of fun to be around, and an incredible make-up artist. Chelsey’s ability to create hairstyles from photos is unparalleled, and sitting in her chair is like hanging out with a close friend! One of my bridesmaids got married two weeks after I did, and she asked for pictures of the bun Chelsey created for me as an “inspiration pic” to show her team. I can confidently say that I have never felt prettier or happier than I did on my wedding day thanks to Brittany and Chelsey. I happened to have a pretty rainy wedding day, and let me tell you, my hair and make-up did not budge the entire night, even with the weather and excessive dancing. Brittany, Chelsey, and their team did a FANTASTIC job on my bridal party's hair and makeup. They were super punctual, even had us done ahead of schedule, and they were incredibly helpful along the way! Many of my girls (myself included) are not used to wearing much makeup or getting our hair professionally styled, but they guided us and styled us in ways that made us feel so beautiful and comfortable. I decided to book LC Beauty company for make-up only on my wedding day. Our make-up artist was Heather. She is so talented! She made all of my bridesmaids, my mother, and my step mother, look absolutely gorgeous. She mastered each different look they requested. I personally I have never felt so confident on my wedding day as Heather made me feel and our make-up lasted all night long, through lots of laughing, sweating and crying! I would highly recommend her as a make-up artist for any occasion!

Where do I even start?! Brittany and Chelsea not only made sure my bridesmaids and I looked pictured perfect throughout the entire wedding, they were also just genuinely so happy and excited and made the day all the more special. They did such an amazing job, one of my bridesmaids even took pictures to send to her hair and makeup team for her upcoming wedding. I recently used LC Beauty Co. for my wedding on 07/15/23. They are amazing!! Brittany, Chelsea, and their whole team were incredible. Brittany was very accommodating and responsive throughout the whole planning process. I went for a trail before my wedding and brought inspiration photos with me and Brittany and Chelsea literally made those photos come to life! Chelsea is the Hollywood waves queen. My bridesmaids and myself have been in a ton of weddings and we all agreed that LC Beauty Co. was the best hair and makeup we have ever gotten! They were also so patient with both my mother and mother in-law who decided during touch ups that they wanted something a little different than what was originally done. Both mothers can be a little particular with their hair and make-up and both loved their looks. I cannot recommend these ladies enough!

I was so happy to find LC Beauty Co to handle the hair and makeup for my wedding in Lake George. I had done a lot of research on the Knot and asked for our vendor’s recommendations but after speaking with Brittany I had all the confidence her and her team would do an amazing job. I hired Brittany to do my makeup and Chelsey for hair. They both did such an incredible job to bring my wedding look to life! She also has such a unique way of making you feel completely at ease, which is so important considering you spend over an hour with your hairstylist the wedding morning. I scheduled both makeup and hair trials and would highly recommend both in order to take the time to figure out what styles you want and also to get to know the team because they are truly a pleasure to be around. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with LC beauty and cannot imagine my wedding day without them. Brittany and her team are absolutely fantastic! I hired them for my wedding recently (9/17/2022) and they exceeded expectations. The entire team was friendly, on time, organized and had all 10 of us ready and touched up before the photographers arrived. I can't really put into words just how happy I was working with Brittany and Chelsey. First off, I wasn't planning on having a makeup trial (just hair), and the week of, I changed my mind and they were able to fit in both trials in the same day! I left that trial knowing I made the right decision for my beauty team. They are so organized and punctual (we were actually ahead of schedule on the day-of)! I felt stunning and I know the women of my bridal party felt the same. My mom and mother-in-law have different comfort levels with makeup (my mom has more makeup than shoes- and that's saying alot) and they both loved how they looked- naturally gorgeous! My mom, sister, and sister-in-law all wanted hair styles similar to mine, and Chelsey was able to make them all individual and allowed me to stand out as the bride. If you are interested in getting your makeup professionally done for your wedding, I definitely recommend the ladies at LC Beauty. Brittany helped me prepare my skin with the most relaxing facials starting 6 months before my wedding, I have not had a more relaxing facial in my life and the recommendation for products to improve my skincare was phenomenal. Heather did my makeup the day of and she is so friendly and a true artist. The price is so reasonable for the bride and bridesmaids. It includes airbrush and lashes! I never felt more beautiful in my life then the day of my wedding. I highly recommend this amazing team!

Their services go far beyond just the day of; they assisted in a hair trial for my other (who was worried about her thinning hair and what kind of style to choose) and did two different makeup trials with me to ensure that I got the perfect look for our special day. I booked Brittany and Valerie for hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and the moms. Booking LC more than a year before my wedding gave me plenty of time to brainstorm hair/makeup ideas and schedule my bridal trials. Brittany and Valerie were extremely accommodating and professional throughout the whole process. Leading up to my wedding date, I coordinated mostly with Brittany on final details and timing. She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. On the Wedding Day, Brittany and Valerie had everyone looking absolutely stunning and all the girls were so happy with how they listened to what they wanted and executed their wishes to perfection. The only downside of the whole experience was the early start time (7AM for a 1PM cutoff) but my bridesmaids were all good sports and this allowed Brittany and Valerie to have all of us ready with some time to spare before the photographer arrived. If you’re looking for a high quality experience, I would highly recommend booking LC for your wedding.

I can’t say enough good things about Chelsey and Heather. From the day of my trial to the day of my wedding I felt so comfortable with both of them and had so much fun. They were also comforting and kind during my moments of stress on the wedding morning. But let’s get to the most important part: I LOVED the way I looked on my wedding day. The main reason I chose to go with LC Beauty Co is because my close friend/hair stylist, Chelsey, works there. I knew I wanted her to be the one to do my hair on my big day, and let me tell you, she did not disappoint! Every one of my bridesmaids and my mom (who is the pickiest person I know) absolutely loved the way their hair came out. The owner of the salon and MUA, Brittany, did everyone's makeup. My sister, who has never had her makeup done before, kept saying how she wanted Brittany to do her makeup for her everyday. I hired Brittany for my wedding makeup on 10/10/21. Throughout the entire process, Brittany was so sweet and communicative. She made planning my trial and traveling up from Long Island super easy. When I wasn't completely sold on an MUA back in 2020 for my wedding I started to panic, but then we postponed to 2021 and I felt like I had time to make a decision. Fast forward to 2021, I quickly realized I was running out of time. I found Brittany and LC Beauty Company during a Google and Instagram sweep of the Capital Regions top wedding makeup artists. I looked over some pictures and reached out via e-mail and she instantly responded to my cry for help. I had a trial with Brittany and remember sitting in the chair with no mirror wondering if this would work - I am a makeup artist myself and very particular about certain things! Boy, did it work!! Brittany far exceeded my expectations at the trial and even quickly accommodated the one tweak I asked for at the end, making it everything I'd hoped for. Come Wedding Day I was so anxious for my girls to get their makeup done!! These were all girls I'd done makeup on before and I was for them to all get beautiful with me from this amazing MUA I'd found!! Every time one of my bridesmaids stepped out of the room where Brittany was working my jaw dropped. Even my mother, who didn't have makeup done, was walking around going, "That makeup girl is kickin' a$$!" I couldn't agree more!! My girls all felt so beautiful that day, which was more than I could ask for. As for me, When I walked past the mirror and caught a glimpse of myself I grinned so hard. Everything I was stressed about was coming together! My hair was already done and Brittany turned me into the most beautiful version of myself I could've possibly asked for that day! It was truly perfection - her shade match, her blending, the brows, the individual lashes, the lip line. She knows exactly how to compliment each face and I truly couldn't have been happier. Brittany and Chelsey were absolutely fantastic for my wedding on June 5, 2021 in Bolton Landing. They were very open with communication early in this process, the trial dates were great and very open to changes I wished to make, and everyone was fun and up beat the day of the wedding. I am very glad I hired this team for our special day. I am an OVEREMOTIONAL person naturally, so you can guess how many tears I had on my wedding day - the makeup stayed in place! I also am a dancing machine and my hair stayed in place from 10:00 am until midnight. Please make sure you are aware TIP is not included in the set price!

Brittany and the team from the Lounge did an excellent job with hair and makeup for myself and my whole wedding party. Brittany is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about her. I originally booked with another artist but decided to continue looking for a more reliable person and stumbled upon The Lounge Creative Space and I am so thankful I did. From the very beginning, Brittany was so professional, prompt and organized I knew I made the right choice even before my trial. I went to my trial and left feeling and looking beautiful. Brittany created perfect looks for myself and my bridesmaids that lasted all night long. I can’t say enough about Brittany and TLCS. Thank you Brittany for everything you did to make my day flawless.

Omg where to start! Brittany and her team were absolutely amazing! They came to my home to get me and my bridal party ready, not only were they on time they were early and prompt and ready to start. This year has been very hard due to COVID and rescheduling but Brittany worked with me the entire way and was so helpful with all my constant emails lol Brittany and her team were VERY sanitary which was nice to see especially with everything going on in the world. They constantly sanitized and wore masks the whole day. They were such a great addition to have the morning and for right in with our group and we had plenty of laughs which help keep me calm that morning. My makeup and hair lasted ALL night and I seriously have never felt better. Brittany is truly so talented at what she does and I promise you will regret not hiring them. Just do it now and thank me later! Thank you Brittany and team for making my bridal vision come to life, I will definitely be using them for all my makeup and hair needs in the future.

The Make-Up Lounge was one of the best vendors we worked with for the entire wedding, I cannot recommend them enough to you! As an out of state bride I relied heavily on emailing and calling The Make-Up Lounge to set up my trial, and all of my wedding day. Communication with Brittany was never a hassle, she answered all of my questions (including the silly little ones) and when we had to postpone the wedding she was so helpful with finding a new date and working with us to make sure they would be available! My hair and make-up trial was seamless to set up, the time in the salon getting to know Valerie was fun, and we tried a few different looks before finding the perfect hairstyle, and Brittany even last minute fit me in to do a make-up trial! I left the salon feeling like a runway model, a perfect way to walk into engagement photos! On the wedding day Brittany and Valerie were early, and before I could blink were set up and ready to start hair and make-up! The Bridal Party was a wide range of girls from someone who has never had their hair or make-up professional done and doesn’t wear make-up at all, to a full face of make-up every day and everywhere in between, and all of them were happily accommodated with there preferences! We had so much fun with Brittany and Valerie the morning of (they have plenty of stories to take away from our crazy antics too!) and it truly felt like they were a part of the wedding party! I honestly wish we lived in state so I could be a regular customer!

Brittany was phenomenal and so prompt with getting back to me regarding my engagement photo makeup. She does beautiful work and the makeup came out stunning. I received so many compliments how my eyes came out and she knew how to cover my redness. I can’t appreciate enough all the questions she was asking during my session and ensured that my makeup came out flawless. Thank you soo muchh!!

If you’re debating on whether or not to hire The Make Up Lounge for your wedding make up, just do it and you will thank me later! Brittany is so talented and a sweetheart!! I have oily skin with hyperpigmentation from acne scars and you would have never known because my make up looked absolutely flawless! Thank you for making me feel like a babe on my way wedding day! My husband loved it too 🥰

Brittany and Chelsey were AMAZING for my wedding day. They stuck with us after we had to reschedule when my mother in law passed, and once again due to the COVID pandemic, and I'm so glad they did because they were so compassionate, understanding, professional, and reliable! They both nailed the look I was hoping for and made me feel like so beautiful all day :) I would definitely recommend them to any bride in the area!!
