For my niece’s wedding in La Jolla, I had Laura Claire and her team do our hair and makeup. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Laura and her team were very professional, but at the same time you felt like you had known them for years! I would definitely recommend Laura Claire!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better hairstylist for my wedding than Laura! She promptly arrived at the start time, ready to tackle me, my 7 bridesmaids and mothers of the bride & groom! She was patient and kind through the whole process. I wanted my hair down and curly for the ceremony and an updo for the reception, so she stuck around to make it happen! Plot twist- it’s started raining during my ceremony so I was so relieved she was there to fix me back up so I could carry on through the night with a beautiful braided updo! I 100% would recommend her to anyone!

Laura Claire was really helpful and fun to have with us on our destination wedding overseas. She helped me feel beautiful and calm and understood exactly what I was going for hair and makeup wise. The photos turned out stunning not only because the weather had cleared for sunset right as we began our ceremony, but also because we were all styled in just the right way! It was great to have Laura help us with our legal ceremony and big party back home as well! She came to my home and helped my mom, sisters and I get ready for our party! Laura Claire came to our home to style my sisters and I for my sister’s wedding day. She listened well during the trial and tried a few different looks for my sister. On the day of, she arrived early, and was flexible with where she styled and even trimmed my husbands hair before the ceremony! My sisters and I have counted on her a few times since the wedding to get us all glammed up. Karen does amazing makeup and Laura has fun trying hair styles I find on Pinterest. Laura Claire is a longtime friend who has had a passion for the beauty industry for years. When she found out I was getting married out of state and even though it was a small family and friends gathering she flew out to help me feel fabulous on my wedding day. I am more of a natural, no fuss gal myself, but I still wanted to feel vibrant and dolled up on my wedding day. She understood my inspiration and overall look I wanted and helped me get it just right! She even helped style my family and I for our photos after the ceremony. LC was absolutely amazing, from her talent and skills to her personality and professionalism! Living out of state, I thought it would be difficult to nail down exactly what I wanted, but LC captured my Pinterest ideas wonderfully. She was so accommodating, making time to do my hair and make-up trial right before the rehearsal on Friday afternoon, and then altering my hairstyle a bit so that I wouldn't have the same style at the rehearsal that I had planned for the wedding on Saturday. She was fun and easy to talk to - fit right in with my bridesmaids/moms and the vibe of the day.

Laura has done my hair for two different weddings in which I was a bridesmaid. She created styles that were exactly what I had envisioned. I adored the soft and whimsical updo with braid detail for one event, and the chic fishtail side braid for the other. She was 100% professional and such a fun and vibrant personality to have in the suite while all the girls got ready. I would absolutely recommend her for your big day!

Laura Claire is a longtime friend of mine so I was happy when I found out she was styling a good friends wedding. She is fun and upbeat, but I was impressed with how professional and timely she was on the day of the wedding. She arrived well prepared with a bunch of hair styling goodies and a great attitude to make the early morning start fun for us! Laura Claire and her team were incredible to have on my wedding day. We ended up having someone else fall through and she came in without knowing me well and was so helpful and passionate about what she does! She was flexible and go with the flow as we were a bit unorganized. She helped keep the flow of the day going and listened to each of my bridesmaids on their desired looks and their hair concerns. My mom even said it was the best her hair has been styled in years! LC is really professional and calm in her demeanor, but also lighthearted to be around. I couldn't have been happier with Laura and team on my wedding day - in fact, I've asked Laura doll me up for multiple occasions since. She helped guide me and plan my looks for all of my wedding week events, head to toe, and often via a late-night flurry of dress/makeup/hair screenshots. On the day of our wedding, Laura was early, prepared, flexible and relaxed. I had a house full of girlfriends and bridesmaids and family and I appreciated Laura's experience with wedding day chaos and keeping everyone on schedule. She was calm and focused and ready with a tissue and a touchup when I needed it. We got married on a hot and super humid day so staying power was key. My hair and makeup were perfect through the night, and she sent my planner with a touchup kit for the night, but I really only ended up needing some lip after the reception. She is my only wedding vendor that I still reach out to for advice almost a year later (she recently gave me the scoop on perms for my hair type when I thought that was a good idea lol). I have recommended Laura Claire to a bunch of friends getting married or just needing some styling help and will continue to do so with confidence!!
