Don’t walk, RUN to LCR events if you are planning your wedding or other special event! Lauren Stanco is such a pro and capable of juggling so many things at once, I’m convinced she’s superhuman. The level of detail in her wedding timeline and the competency with which she coordinated our many separate vendors was so impressive. And perhaps more importantly, she was always a text away to answer a question, set up a call, or generally quell any of the anxieties that popped up along the process — and that is an invaluable quality in someone who is helping to shape your wedding day. Day of coordination went off without a hitch too, and Lauren’s additional staff lived up to every expectation. Couldn’t have done it without her!

I am so happy that we chose Lauren as our wedding planner. She is INCREDIBLY organized, always calm and friendly. She made sure our day went absolutely seamlessly. You need to hire Lauren!! Our wedding and the entire planning process was an absolute dream come true thanks to her. From start to finish, Lauren made sure we felt calm and enjoyed every single moment of our day and throughout the planning process. Our timeline was absolutely perfect- we had the most calm, enjoyable morning and every single person in our bridal party has said this was the most stress-free wedding they have ever been part of. I am extremely organized and Lauren took our organization and planning to another level - her attention to detail is unmatched. I helped my son and fiancé find an onsite wedding coordinator for their 150 person wedding in Tarrytown at Goosefeather at their last minute ! I thankfully found Lauren and LCR ! Lauren completely understood what we needed as we did not make use of her entire planning services and provided us with Greg, one of her team members who used a run-of-show I prepared and executed EVERYTHING seamlessly, professionally and brought a wonderfully personality to work with. We could not have been more pleased. If I had known about Lauren well in advance of the newlyweds "last minute oh no!", I would have gone with her in a heartbeat. She was wonderful to work with especially on such short (days) notice. I HIGHLY recommend engaging LCR (but please start at the beginning of the process !!!).

Lauren at LCR Events was my full service wedding planner for my wedding in May 2023 and she was incredible! Not only did she have great vendor connections in the Hudson Valley but she was a true pro that remained calm and collected every step of the way. She was highly organized and kept me on schedule to ensure everything was ready for our wedding day. Throughout the whole process, she was always very quick to respond to any email and super friendly to work with! During the month of the wedding, she helped set up calls with each vendor to make sure all the final details were worked out. She also prepared a highly detailed timeline that she sent to each vendor to ensure the day of went smoothly. Our venue was half indoor / half outdoor and it ended up raining on our wedding day, but Lauren reacted quickly the week of and day of to make sure our rain contingency plan was perfect, which it was! Her staff that helped during the day of the wedding were also invaluable. Greg and Caroline were a huge part in making sure the the day flowed seamlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Lauren at LCR Events to anyone looking to get married, particularly in the Hudson Valley area!!

My wedding day was beyond perfect and I have Lauren and her team to thank for all of it. Working with Lauren up to the wedding day was incredibly easy. Lauren and Staff are clearly pros at giving you the perfect day. We hired LCR as a "day-of coordinator," though they were with us side-by-side throughout the months leading up to the event. Lauren was on top of wrangling our other vendors (and us!), along with doing so much more, taking away almost all of our stress as we got closer to the day. She was extremely well prepared for any and all of the curveballs we were thrown and without her, our wedding would not have been the wonderful time it was for us and our guests. On top of her and her staff being absolutely amazing at their job, the price of this service is incredibly worth it - in fact they ended up paying for themselves by saving us money elsewhere. My wife(!) and I would recommend LCR to anyone who will listen, for weddings and any other major event. I cannot list in one post all the different ways that Lauren and team helped us, but in every way the quality of the work was exceptional. If you want your day to go perfectly, we would absolutely suggest that you make sure to have LCR at your side.

Hiring Lauren was the best decision we made for our wedding. My fiancé and I did not know what we were doing, and Lauren guided us through everything. You need to hire, Lauren! As one of the first of my friends to get married, I didn’t understand the true value in having a wedding planner until I had one. I thought I could do it all myself. My wedding day would truly not be what it was without LCR events! From the first conversation, Lauren was helping me think through all the different aspects of the wedding to ensure that it was our dream day. She helped me find some AMAZING vendors and put together a dream team. Our wedding was planned at a unique venue that was 80% outdoors and on the day of it ended up raining. Lauren, Greg, and Sarah were amazing keeping us calm and adjusting the schedule to work around the weather. They worked diligently throughout the day and night to ensure all the vendors were organized and that everything was done accordingly to plan. Lauren is incredibly responsive and helped answer any questions no matter the time of day. My husband and I got married on August 13, 2022 and the day was an absolute dream thanks to our amazing coordinator, Lauren! When we first got engaged, I knew we'd need so major help with the planning process. We hired Lauren as a Day of Coordinator but she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Lauren, Lauren, Lauren...it is difficult to describe how incredible this women and her team were on Jeff and my wedding day. Thank you to her and Greg for making our wedding day at the Bronx Zoo an absolute dream! Well, first of all, Lauren is not just a day-of coordinator. She is so much more than this. She is a therapist, a cheerleader and the most attentive to detail I have ever seen. If you want someone so meticulous, organized and friendly, look no further. Lauren had a timeline for our wedding day planned out MONTHS in advance and was constantly changing this to fit our needs. Lauren was always so responsive no matter the time of day or night. Her timeline was so detailed, everything was thought of and planned out. I’m not sure we could have made it through the chaos of planning a wedding during a pandemic without Lauren there to help organize and guide our way. She was incredibly helpful and transparent when we needed to modify our wedding into a mini ceremony followed by a reception a year later due to restrictions from Covid. Her and her staff were so helpful, and she even offered to help coordinate our mini ceremony at no cost to us when we had to make our changes and one of her staff members went to several spots to find shoe stoppers for my mom. Above and beyond barely scratch the surface when describing what she and her staff did for us. Lauren responded quickly to our questions, often thought of things that we had completely forgotten about, and made sure no detail went unplanned. I am so thankful that we found her to help organize and plan our big day, and recommend her for anyone’s wedding coordination needs.

Could not have planned my wedding without Lauren! At first I wasn't sure I needed to hire a planner, but was so glad I did. Lauren was so flexible and easy to work with and she kept me on track throughout the entire process. Lauren was outstanding. We were a covid wedding who changed dates 6 times over two years. She came to the intimate wedding at my parents home then drove to Jersey a year and a half later for a second wedding. She was organized, helpful, kind, and I would have been lost without her. She is now a friend of mine and I will use her again in the future for baby showers and kids birthdays!!

Due to the pandemic we rescheduled our wedding three times, and Lauren was a massive, massive help keeping us organized with all the changes. You do not realize how badly you need a wedding planner until you have a wedding planner. There are so many little things to consider and think about and Lauren helped fill in those gaps. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and she was able to put her foot down where it needed to be put down. It wouldn’t make sense to NOT hire LCR Events.

I hired Lauren as a day-of planner for my daughter's wedding, and she exceeded every expectation! It was a wedding in our backyard in Scarsdale with 230 guests, so not an easy endeavor--especially during covid and with Hurricane Henri heading our way. Lauren was there for us, every step of the way, thinking of details that never would have occurred to me. Her team was also terrific. I could not have been happier.

If your hesitant about hiring a wedding planner, I can assure you it’s the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. In the beginning, people we talked to said “you don’t need a wedding planner, the venue handles everything” - I learned very quickly that is so far from the truth. Lauren and I met 2 years ago after I already planned my wedding. Once my venue and all my vendors were booked, I realized I wanted someone who can connect all the dots and insure everything would run smoothly on my wedding day, leaving me without any worries so that I can actually enjoy my wedding day. I hired Lauren for “Day Of Coordination” but to say she only helped with day of coordination is a complete understatement. Lauren is the ultimate wedding planner, covering every single detail you could ever imagine - she discussed details with me I would have never even thought about, reviewed every contract I had and worked with my venue and vendors. When COVID hit, Lauren made sure I remained calm and we worked through the bumps in the road together; she helped me through 3 date changes and a last minute venue change - if I didn’t have her through COVID, I really don’t know if our wedding would have turned out as amazing as it did. Lauren was available to me nearly 24/7 it seemed! When I emailed her, I would get a response in less than an hour. She allowed me to text or call her whenever I needed as well. She attended vendor meetings in-person as well as on the phone. Lauren created the ultimate wedding timeline that would be given to our venue and vendors; every minute was planned out perfectly to the T! Not only did we have Lauren for our wedding day, we had her amazing co-worker Greg who stayed with my husband catering to his every need, along with two other hard-working staff members who set up our wedding venue exactly how we envisioned it with our decor. Lauren was by my side from start to finish on my wedding day, she handled everything - there wasn’t anything I needed to think about or do, she took care of it all. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for helping me plan/replan a wedding through COVID, and in the end everything turned out perfectly, just like a fairytale. Most importantly, Lauren’s pricing is extremely reasonable - you get SO much for your money! I could go on and on forever about Lauren and her staff, but I encourage you to see for yourself how amazing she is … I promise LCR Events will not disappoint! Trust me, everyone needs a wedding planner - I’m OCD organized and pay attention to every little detail, yet there were things Lauren brought to my attention that never crossed my mind. The best decision I made regarding my wedding was hiring Lauren and her team. After a COVID postponement, I was completely burnt out and was looking for a day of wedding coordinator to make sure I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on that day and truthfully, I got that and more. We had a 200+ guest wedding that began with 2 separate getting ready locations, a church ceremony, photos in yet another separate location and then finally the venue - Lauren and her whole team made sure everything went according to plan. So thankful to Lauren and her team at LCR- I wouldn’t have enjoyed my wedding day half as much without them. I danced the night away knowing they were handling everything behind the scenes.

We hired Lauren and her team for some extra hands on the day of wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. Our timeline was flawless and the day moved so smoothly - we somehow even had some down time built in and were able to soak in the day. Greg did an amazing job with the guys, making sure they ate and didn’t drink too much (haha), along with adjusting boutineers and ensuring everyone was where they were needed at all times. Lauren truly has a talent for corrdination and an eye for every detail. All of my anxiety and stress melted away that day knowing I had her and her team.

Truly an outstanding job from start to finish! After deciding to have our wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Lauren was our next stop, so she was with us from start to literally the last person we said goodnight to after our wedding.  A total first class act, knows how to get a wedding planned and fantastic to deal with, she was tireless in making sure no detail, no matter how small, was overlooked.  She helped guide us through the process of hiring great vendors (musicians, DJs, photographers, florists) and then interacting with them to make sure they understood all of the details of our wedding - things as small (or BIG) as what version of Ave Maria we wanted playing as we walked down the aisle.  Lauren was outstanding at making recommendations but never pushing her agenda - she wanted us to have a great wedding that was ours.  And we did. It was a perfect day.  Lauren and her team showed up at our house early (the bridal party all got their hair and make up done here) and one of her team was with each of us the entire wedding.  Never overbearing but always there at critical junctures to make sure we were on schedule. I cannot emphasize how important this was - you have hundreds of people who have travelled to see you - the last thing we or you want to do is waste precious time when you can be talking to or dancing with your family and friends.  And we never had to worry or fret over any detail or what was next.  Lauren and her team kept everything flowing so we could focus on having a great time. And Lauren stayed with us until the very end to make sure we got all our stuff into cars and home safe. Bottom line - Lauren and LCR nailed it.  We had an amazing wedding.  Without Lauren we would have overlooked so many of the small details that make a great wedding unforgettable.   Highly recommended with zero hesitation.  Enjoy your wedding  - every second of it!

This is a late review, but I just want to express how amazing Lauren was with my wedding, which was June 23, 2019. My mom hired her because things were beginning to get overwhelming and she needed help. Lauren exceeded our expectations and was probably one of the best decisions we made for that day. She was always available to speak when we needed to and even came to our food tasting with us. She always went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and happy. My entire wedding day she ensured that everything went smoothly. We are so grateful that we found Lauren! We highly recommend having Lauren be your coordinator.

Phenomenal Day of Wedding Planner I hired Lauren Malang Stanco, Founder and Lead Planner of LCR Events to be our "day of" wedding planner. Lauren was that and much much more. After contracting with a number of vendors on my own, I became overwhelmed with the amount of time it was taking me to plan my daughter's wedding. Hiring Lauren was hands down the best decision I made. Not only is she a pleasure to work with, she is the consummate professional who responded to my many texts/emails day and night. Her opinions were invaluable and her recommendations for vendors or items I had not thought about were superb. She created the timeline, which unbeknownst to me was the vehicle that ensured nothing was missed on the wedding day. In fact it was from reviewing her timeline, that I discovered how the "first look" occurs. I would never have known that otherwise. Like everything else, Lauren ensured that the "first look" was pulled off perfectly. Lauren was so much more than a "day of" planner. Lauren did everything from visiting the venue prior to the wedding to make sure she knew where everything would take place, to accompanying us to the food tasting, to overseeing all of the vendors at the wedding and to handing out the favors at the end. She even distributed the tips at the wedding, and informed me prior to the wedding day what the tips for each person should be. Solely because of Lauren and her staff, my husband and I were actually able to enjoy the wedding. Lauren also brought two assistants to the wedding, one of which was a man who stayed with the Groom and made sure all his needs were attended to and to make sure he was where he needed to be. During the wedding, with Lauren in the background, we did not have to deal with a single issue. She made sure my daughter had the wedding of her dreams. Lauren is outstanding and I can not recommend her highly enough.

My husband and I took a risk and chose a venue that had never held an event before and was still under construction when we chose it. When a few months before we found out that construction still wouldn't be finished by our wedding date, Lauren and her team quickly came up with a Plan B that was even BETTER than our original plan! Our wedding went off without a hitch. We got rave reviews from our friends and family and turned a DIY wedding into a chic, unique affair. Lauren was incredibly creative, resourceful, and just a joy to work with from start to finish. She thought about everything and was always five steps ahead. She and her staff were the best. Lauren and her team were perfection from start to finish! We got married at our house and hired every single vendor she recommended. She was organized with a military-style precision but was calm as a cucumber - a unwavering source of knowledge and support. Our wedding was perfect and we have Lauren to thank for that!

We hired Lauren as our Day of Coordinator & it was the best decision we made! She is extremely organized and easy to work with! Lauren was genuinely excited about our wedding and it showed through her work. I wasn’t too nervous to plan the wedding, but we also didn't know the in’s & outs. Lauren saved me from wedding planning hell. I've been calling myself the Anti-Bride from the very beginning, I loathed the whole process of planning but Lauren instantly turned everything around for me. I hired her as my Day Of Coordinator but she also assisted for a few months leading up to the day. She was extremely helpful from start to finish. She reminded me of little wedding tasks and details that I hadn't even thought of. She met with us at our house first and then helped set up a meeting at the venue for a walkthrough as well. She had 2 assistants on the day of the wedding which was super helpful. Greg - who was awesome too! - stayed with the guys all morning and Lauren was with me and the bridal party. Everything went off without a hitch on the day and any hiccups that came, Lauren was ON TOP OF IT. I was so happy to have her on the scene and behind the scenes. As soon as I met her, I instantly felt relieved and for the first time, excited. I was engaged for 3 years because the whole wedding planning process was just so frustrating for me. I either needed a wedding planner or I was about ready to pack my bags and elope, something that neither my mother or mother in law would have approved of. Lauren was there for me every step of the way, answered all my questions and she really made planning my wedding fun and stress-free. Her organization skills and attention to detail are truly the best of the best. The day of my wedding came and it went off without a hitch. Lauren and her assistant were there for me every time I needed them, sometimes without me even having to open my mouth (like grabbing my beer for a picture lol) they just knew what I needed, and thanks to her, my big day was nothing short of perfect. My venue provided people to help throughout the day, however, I met them once in the morning and then never saw them again throughout the day and night. If it wasn’t for Lauren, I don’t know what I would have done. She truly is a miracle worker, hard working, dedicated, and just a great and fun person to work with and be around!

Lauren is amazing! I would consider myself a pretty organized person so I had most of the Vendors booked before I hired LCR Events but I wanted to make sure the actual day went on without a hitch. I didn't want my mom, dad, husband, myself, or any of my family or friends having to worry about anything on our wedding day. Lauren is the absolute best! We wanted a venue a little different and she made it happen. We wanted to worry about nothing on our wedding day and she made it happen. She knew our style and fit everything accordingly. She has such a calming demeanor that even her attitude made me feel like everything was going to work out fine. She had some great people helping out on our wedding day, who were all really professional and as helpful and nice as she is. Her attention to detail is like no other. She was super responsive and on the ball with chasing vendors. My only regret is that my husband and I forgot to take a photo with her on wedding day =)

Lauren was our day-of coordinator for our October 2014 wedding. My now-husband and I had booked all our vendors but as the wedding approached, we realized we wanted more help and so we began looking for a day-of coordinator. My makeup artist (Meredith Hayman; also fabulous!) recommended Lauren to me, and I'm so glad she did. Lauren took a great deal of time to get up to speed on our plans, and hit the ground running to finalize details. She was incredibly organized, and dealt with us and our vendors with utmost professionalism. She thought of many details and questions that hadn't even crossed our minds, and she created an incredibly thorough and clear day-of timeline that ensured we were all where we needed to be on our wedding day (including all vendors). It was great to have her on-site for our wedding day; it gave us a lot of peace of mind and let us enjoy the day as much as possible without having to worry about logistics. Indeed, our wedding day went as seamlessly as we could have hoped. Lauren went above and beyond what I expected a day-of coordinator would do, and her pricing was very reasonable considering how much effort she put into making sure our wedding went smoothly. We sent out emails to four different planners who came highly recommended, but only one struck us immediately as “the one.” Lauren Stanco of LCR Events sent back an easy-going message that was just our style—straightforward, not at all pushy, and she was willing to meet in person so we could make sure we all agreed on how the event would come together. From the moment we met her, we could tell we were in excellent hands, and some of the “How are we ever going to get everything done in time?!” panic started to subside. Although we hired Lauren as a “day-of” planner, just for the reception, she was with us every step of the way from our meeting point on, and was absolutely willing to work within our tight budget. When my fiance had given up on finding a studio rehearsal space for his band near our reception site, Lauren stepped in, did some research, and had the perfect suggestion within a day. She made the final calls to the supply company and caterer, to make sure that everything would arrive at the right time, and got in touch with local taxi companies to ensure that guests would have no trouble getting to and from the venue. She even helped us figure out what tip amounts were appropriate for each vendor. Most importantly, Lauren gently but firmly reminded us that setting up for the party was going to take about five times longer than we imagined it would. Without her insistence that we set up way in advance, our guests would have found us still madly stuffing candles into pumpkins and figuring out where the place cards were supposed to go! During the reception, Lauren was everywhere at once—counting to make sure all the plates and glasses had been delivered, organizing the caterers, decorating the tables according to our sketched designs, even racing back to the hotel when we realized part of the band equipment had been left behind. It was wonderful to direct all questions and issues to her, leaving us free to mingle and eat and enjoy. Because of Lauren, our memories are full of the fun we had, rather than what went wrong and how stressed out we were. Could we have pulled off our beautiful wedding reception without Lauren? Probably. But would we have enjoyed ourselves half as much? Not a chance.

Lauren Malang Stanco was an essential contributor to our wedding planning. She helped us coordinate schedules and navigate correspondence with our photographer, dj, florist, venue coordinator, wedding day babysitters, and friends who were doing volunteer duties. She was available and accessible at times convenient for us and made time to meet up with us in person. She kept us organized and followed-through on all tasks that she took on in order to alleviate the wedding planning burden on us, all within our budget. Her calm and pleasant demeanor and extremely practical input made her a delight to work with. We want to highlight just one example from the many of the way that she went above and beyond for us. We needed a step ladder for the photographer to stand on to take a large group shot, and when neither the venue nor the photographer were able to provide this, she secured the ladder for us.
