Lucas from LD Techniques is an incredible DJ! If you want the best wedding party ever, this is your man! We hired him for our August 2024 wedding and couldn't be more happy that we did. From the start, Lucas was professional, kind, and hilarious. We initially met with him via zoom and learned very quickly that this guy absolutely knows how to DJ/MC a wedding that makes it great for every guest. He answered all our questions and even helped guide us through some of the planning process. He was very responsive leading up to game day and it made us very confident in his abilities. During the wedding, he played all of our song requests and added his own touches based on how the event was going. There were various types of music so that all of our guests could have an amazing experience. His DJing abilities are off the charts as far as mixing, song transitions, song choices, and sound quality. Our important songs for the ceremony and dances were played exactly how we envisioned and set the scene for those special moments! He dressed professionally and his MCing skills made all the event transitions go that much smoother. He has an amazing DJ booth setup with speakers, lights, and a screen for photos to be shown! He has plenty of microphones and additional speakers for ceremonies, officiants, vow readings, and toasts. He assisted our officiant with a microphone set up as well as our guests who were providing toasts during the dinner. He worked great with all of our other vendors, especially our wedding coordinator so that the day went smoothly. Lucas from LD Techniques was an amazing DJ at our wedding! With him, you get much more than you pay for. Not only was he DJ'ing throughout the entire wedding, but he set up lights throughout the venue and changed the lighting style/colors depending on whether it was ceremony time or dance party. He also created a video of photos of me and my husband and projected it on a screen during the beginning of the wedding. During the planning process, we gave him very low-quality, scratchy recordings of songs we wanted played, and he improved and edited them so that they would sound great on speakers. He also helped fuse four different songs together for our first dance choreography. He is also a very friendly person, super organized, and overall a great person to have on your wedding planning team. Highly recommend him!
