I live out of state and wanted to surprise my daughter with macarons for her 30th birthday recently. Stacy was an absolute delight to work with from our first phone call to our last text! She was so responsive and helpful - she made me feel Ike pulling off this surprise for my daughter was as important to her as it was to me! I asked if she could put a “Happy Birthday” tag on the macaron tower, but what my daughter received was so much more - an incredibly thoughtful and inspirational hand-written message from the Le Macaron team that my daughter will treasure forever!
My daughter was completely surprised and said it made her day! She called me later to say the macarons were the best she’d ever tasted!

Le Macaron provided amazing sweets for our wedding (200 guests)! They were very communicative and responsive throughout the planning process. I was so grateful they helped me figure out quantity, flavor selection, design, delivery and custom signage. Our guests loved the variety of flavors! We had such a positive experience, and even used them for our baby shower. The shop is chic and their staff are very friendly! Highly recommend.

Owner Stacy, a wife of more than 25 years and mom of five, opened Le Macaron Tucson after her oldest daughter's passion for baking French macarons inspired the family to bring authentic French pastries to Southern Arizona. Today, Stacy and her family are proud to share handcrafted macarons made using traditional French methods and premium ingredients in their charming Parisian-style café.
As part of the Le Macaron French Pastries family, our recipes were developed by founders Rosalie Guillem and Audrey Saba, whose professional pastry training and commitment to authentic French baking have made Le Macaron a beloved destination across the country.

Stacy is the proud co-owner of Le Macaron Tucson, where she combines her love of family, hospitality, and beautiful desserts to help make life's sweetest celebrations unforgettable.
A wife of over 25 years and mom of five, Stacy has always believed that the best memories are made around good food and the people you love. Her journey into the macaron world began with her oldest daughter, whose passion for baking French macarons at the age of 13 inspired the entire family. After tasting authentic, handcrafted macarons, Stacy realized Tucson deserved a place where people could enjoy these elegant treats made with quality ingredients and authentic French techniques.
That inspiration led to the opening of Le Macaron Tucson—a boutique treat shop dedicated to creating delicious macarons, gourmet chocolates, and desserts that add a special touch to weddings, showers, parties, and every milestone in between.
Stacy loves working one-on-one with couples to create custom macaron displays, wedding favors, dessert tables, and color palettes that reflect each couple's unique style. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, she believes every detail should be as memorable as the occasion itself.
