You can choose an all-inclusive package to suit your needs, benefitting from in-house catering and bar services. You will have the opportunity to arrange a tasting before settling on your menu, and you can also decide on your ideal meal service type. The bar will be stocked with a selection of beverages ranging from beers and wines to champagne and ingredients for a signature drink. While you prepare for the event in your get-ready room, the staff will look after setting up for your event. This includes all tables, chairs, linens, and sound and lighting equipment, which will also be dismantled by the team when the day has ended. Meet Alison! She is our fearless Director of Catering and Events. Alison has been with Le Meridien / Sheraton Charlotte since 2015. She has worked all over the country hosting weddings of all cultures, special events, and meeting for the last 15 years.
As a graduate of Johnson & Wales University she shares her Hospitality Sales & Meeting Management degree education to not only her amazing clients, but peers too.
