le the experience was. From the very start, Erin's attention to detail was evident. She was on top of every aspect of the event, ensuring that the wedding timeline was not only followed but executed flawlessly. Throughout the day, I witnessed Erin consistently checking in with all vendors, the bride, and the groom to make sure everyone was comfortable and on track. Her communication was clear and timely, both before and during the event, which made my job as a photographer significantly easier. One moment that stood out was during the family photo sessions. Erin went above and beyond to gather and organize family members, making sure everyone was lined up and ready—something that can often become chaotic without the right coordination. Her support made a big difference in allowing us to capture those important moments efficiently. As a wedding photographer who works with many planners and coordinators, I can confidently say Erin stands out from the rest. She is professional, proactive, and genuinely passionate about what she does. It’s one thing to have a planner; it’s another to have the right planner who goes the extra mile—and Erin is exactly that. Looking forward to the next event we get to work together on! — JKPhotography

e had a very short timeframe as we reserved the venue in mid August and the wedding was on February 8 so only a few months. After the wedding, my husband said “that’s the best wedding I’ve ever attended and we put it on”! From the very first meeting, she identified things that we needed to do that I would have never even thought of. We worked together to set up a budget and she was able to find vendors that would work with the budget we had set. She handled all of the coordination with the various vendors, which saved me a lot of time and headache. She was also very responsive whenever we had questions or ideas and I know that my daughter, the bride and my new son-in-law, relied on her for advice and direction quite a bit. It’s hard to believe, but the entire process was relatively stress-free and that was due to Nicole’s guidance. She never got flustered for even one moment. The day of the wedding, Nicole was there from morning till the end of night. She coordinated all activities and decorated and set up the ballroom with the many items that my daughter had bought to put out on the tables. She created a detailed timeline for us to follow which assured that we were able to get everything done that we wanted to. When my sister had a strap that broke on her dress, Nicole even had a sewing kit and sewed the strap back on. When a couple of the bridesmaids forgot their key in the Airbnb, Nicole handled the issue by contacting the proprietor and having the key put back in the lock box so that they would be able to get it after the wedding was over. She helped my daughter with a complicated French bustle, and a wedding dress change halfway through the wedding. After the wedding, she supervised packing up all of the things that needed to be taken back home so we did not need to stay after to do it ourselves. Everything was ready and waiting for us to take home in the morning. All of these things were things that I did not have to worry about and instead was able to enjoy the wedding. Now a few days after the wedding, my friends are all raving about how marvelous the wedding was, and I know that it would not have been as stress-free, financially manageable, and beautiful without Nicole‘s help. Do not hesitate to hire Nicole if you are planning a wedding or other event. And my daughter, and I also realized we got through the entire planning and wedding without any major fights or disagreements and I attribute that to Nicole guiding us through the decisions so that they did not become issues.
